I got the new Methyl 1-D, but my Masterdrol is the old school stuff, the real Masterdrol (Superdrol clone)
I have some arimadex on hand in case of gyno, clomid for PCT along with Formadrol. They say to just use Formadrol, but you need more than just a test booster, need that Anti-Estrogen to back you up. This stuff is basically a steroid in my opinion, I've used Dianabol and Anadrol before, this stuff IMO is pretty much their equal. As you can see from my pics though, I had no idea how to diet and do PCT when I did those cycles before. I've got it down for the most part now.

Another good workout, didn't do too many sets on biceps today. Went for few sets with heavy weights. My weight is up to 209lbs., weird...it went from 205lbs. 3 days ago, up to 208lbs. 2 days ago, down to 205lbs. yesterday, now today it's 209lbs. It's not water weight, I look slimmer than ever. Maybe I need to crap? LOL, no idea whats up with that. I'd like to think it's LBM, but why the flucuation?

Diet cheat day!
Just had 3 slices of Meatlovers pizza from Pizza Hut and some boneless Buffalo wings, delicious! Haven't cheated in like 4 weeks, I feel bloated but damn that was good. Poker game tonight, then bed, plan on hitting the chest hard tomorrow morning. Later guys.

Great workout today. Spent 2 1/2 hours at the gym, did alittle extra cardio, and some burnout sets at the end of my workout. My weight is up 2 more pounds. I weigh 211lbs. now, starting weight was 205lbs. Happy with the results so far, I've leaned out a lot!

Good workout today. Killed my biceps, those 30's are tough. Use a straight bar, do 10 reps overhand, 10 reps normal, and 10 reps wide grip without a rest. Kills your forearms and bi's. Weight back down to 209lbs. Its been fluctuating up and down 2-3 pounds.

Awesome workout today, over 2 hours! I felt so strong today, could've lifted heavier, but even with straps my hands couldn't hold the weight, need some forearm work I guess. Very happy with results so far. The pump in my lower back is so F'in uncomfortable though.

My weight is between 208-211, I started at 205lbs. so I am up a couple pounds, still losing fat so that's good. Occasional back pumps, shines hurt very rarely. My balls don't feel smaller, but their definately sucked up to my body. Besides that no sides to report.
My recovery time is amazing, I'll be sore for like an hour or two the day after an intense workout, then suddenly the soreness is gone. Makes me wanna trade harder.

I've been feeling light headed last couple of days, figure its my blood pressure. Even though I have a few days left on cycle, I decided to stop today and start PCT, just took 40mg of Liqui Tamox from Lion, nasty taste man! Weight is at 209lbs. lost almost 10 lbs. of fat, gained 5lbs. of LBM!

Probably the same ingredients, but thats not the stuff, I was using Methyl Vol by EST, google it, comes in a purple bottle with red label.

Just finished my third week of PCT, I managed to keep all of my gains, weight is at 210lbs. strength has stayed. Waiting on my Dianabols to show up...
I know everyone says DBol 's only is a bad cycle, but after doing numerous hours of research I disagree, I think with a good diet and proper PCT, almost all gains from DBol can be kept, anyways heres what I am thinking.
Week 1-6 DBOL 50mg a day (dose spilt throughout day)
Week 7 TAMOX 60mg a day
Week 8-9 TAMOX 20mg a day
I imagine I'll gain 15-30lbs. on this cycle, about half of that weight will be water, but if I could keep 10-15lbs. of LBM in 6 weeks I'd be happy. I am planning on a Test DBOL cycle for the summer, but I already have the DBOL so I wanted to experiment and see what will happen. I've got 1000 dbol tabs, so I can afford to use a few. My tabs should be in any day now, I'll post some measurements b4 I start the cycle.

Hi Aaron,
Just picked up your thread dude. I have a couple of observations I'f you don't mind listening to a newbie.
Looks like your weak areas are you Bi's and Pecs so I would spend more time doing old school excercises like BB curls and Flat bench. All the reaserch I've done suggests that these are the best for these bodyparts for bulking up. Cable work is fun but not as good as the basics. Still do the iso stuff just less with more emphasis on the basics.
I rarely do more than 7 sets for Bi's so you might be overtraining and you've seen my photos so you know it works for me. Everyone is different but give it a go if you feel like it.
Re: your diet. I've just started looking into diet for the first time in my 38 years and I was shocked at how much cholestrol I have been eating.
I thinks its the American Institute of Heart Disease put the RDA at no more than 300mg ed. Now a single egg yolk has 212mg and can of tuna has 48mg so with your 6 eggs and 4 tunas a day you're up to about 1400mg a day not including what's in your cottage cheese (theres 73mg in a single chicken breast.
I've also read that there is no proven link between heart desease because everyone regulates the cholesterol in their blood differently but It kinda scared me when I saw how much I was eating. You could lose some yolks and up the whites. I've started doing that.
Anyway I just thought that might help.

You're right the proper thing to do would wait atleast 4-6 weeks, I am not ignorant to that, IMO the Superdrol cycle I ran barely shut down my natty test, atleast there weren't any signs, no testicle shrinkage etc...I'm not getting bloodwork done until after Dbol so it is what it is. I feel great though. Thanks for your input though, respectful criticism is always welcome!

Day 4 today...weight is up 3-4 pounds, I'm at 213lbs.
Strength is way up...I benched 275lbs. x 2 reps today, last week I could only rep 250 x 2 reps
I feel really good, appetite has increased a lot, no visible sides yet...

I've been on my Dianabol for a week tomorrow. So far I've gained 5-6lbs. my weight is up to 214-216lbs.
Strength has increased a lot on certain lifts, repped 285 x 3 on flat bench today. Legs and arms don't seem to be much stronger though. I've been doing a lot of research lately on Dbol dosages and what seems to be the norm versus low and high doses. Now keep in mind this is simply experimental, but I am raising my dose tomorrow, for the first week I used 50mg a day split throughout the day. Tomorrow I am raising the dose to 80mg a day. I know this may be about double the recommended dose, but so far I have read a lot of guys experience with up to 100mg a day. I don't see myself going quite that high, but I wanna see what happens at 80mg. I'm planning on sticking at 80mg a day for atleast a week maybe 2 weeks then start to taper the dose down over the next few weeks. I am excited to see what happens, I am lucky to not experience much bloat from steroids , so this should be interesting to see if I start to see visible sides or better results...for all the skeptics I will be getting bloodwork as soon as cycle is over. Again I know most say not to use Dbol alone, and most will say I am crazy for taking such a high dose, but again this is simply an experiment.

Today is the 2nd day at 80mgs, I am fortunate not to experience much bloat from steroids , I have gained a few pounds. A week ago (when I started cycle) I could bench press 255lbs. 3 times, yesterday I benched 285lbs. 3 times, so my bench when from around 280lbs. max to I'm guessing 315lbs. My other lefts don't seem to be effects too much, moving the weight is easier, but I haven't bumped up the weight yet. I have noticed some really tight lower back pumps when I was lifting yesterday.
