Enough of the "you need to wait to use gear kid!" comments, he acknowledged that, he said he stopped geesh!
Good luck bro! Go get yourself some weight gainer, I use TwinLabs, 3 scoops equals 2500 calories, if you use something similar to this, plus eat 5 or 6 meals you should gain a ton of weight. Be careful of the candy, like the others guys have said, you wanna put on weight, but I'd try and keep the fat gain to a minimum, it's a b!tch trying to lose my gut in time for summer.

This is a prime example of someone who will most likely lose most of their gains. You aren't anywhere close to your natural limits. Hell it looks like you haven't even ever lifted much.
Don't do AAS until you get your diet and training down. You are just wasting your money and putting your health at risk.
I'm sure others have said the same.

I am sorry to say that is one of the worst diets i have ever seen. I am amazed that you would eat that and imagine that your muscles will grow. Thee is hardly any protein (some meals have 0 pro) and most of your carbs come from chocolate.
Below is a generic diet I have given to young people who wish to start training but have terrible diets with little or no knowledge of nutrition. It will set you on a course to understanding how good wholesome real food is absolutely essential to get bigger and stronger.
CARBS
4 slices wholemeal bread
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown rice (dry weight)
2 wholewheat bagels
1 cup wholewheat pasta (dry weight)
2 sweet potatoes
1 baked potatoe
PROTEIN
5 egg whites 1 yolk
130g chicken/lean pork/turkey/lean steak
1 can tuna
150g smoked salmon(no added fat with this meal)
1 cup light cottage cheese
150g smoked mackerel (no fat with this meal)
150g prawns
150g crab
200g cod or any white fish
FATS
1 TBsp ***** margarine
1 Tbsp Olive oil/flax oil
10 nuts any variety but not salted or roasted.
1/2 avocado
15 olives
25g cheese
eat 5 times a day. Pick one item from each food group to create a meal unless otherwise stated next to item. Add as much salad and veg as you like. Season with herbs and spices, chillies, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and pickled veg as required.
No fruit juices, No alcohol, no sugar added to anything, check all lables if using sauce ect, look out for glucose, fructose, sucrose. Do not eat them
Diet soda only.
You may have one piece of fresh fruit with every meal. Limit use of bananas and other sweet exotics (strawberries are fine though). good portion sizes for fruit. 10 strawberries, 20 rasberries, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange, 25 grapes, 1 banana, 1 peach, 2 plums.
Take 6 fish oil capsules every day. Take 2 multivits every day. Take 2000mcg vit C every day.
If you are weight training drink a protein shake before and after training with 1 scoop protein. Eat a banana before and after weight training. Do your cardio in the morn before eating anything at all.

weight gainers are nothing but whey + sugar. Just as bad as candy bars. Eat real food. Gainers are for 18 yr old college kids who believe the supplement hype. The only place for a gainer in a good diet is PWO and to be honest there are still better choices out there (such as blending your own PWO with pro and WMS)

so... am i seeing this correctly? that you only get 6 hrs of sleep? that is totally not enough, esp at your young age, and wanting to gain weight...
http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/2-24-2006-89747.asp
and perfectbeast is totally correct, you def need more protein... tuna is great! and you can check out the diet forum to look at more suggestions... best of luck!!!Last edited by Lemonada8; 03-26-2008 at 09:04 AM.

Hi and thanks for posting your gains. In a nut shell you should just eat a ton of really what ever you want not bull shit McDs but lots of bananas and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The thing is this most people here want to help so take the good advice and make bench press your new best friend seriously. Incline, decline and flat, use barbell bench for 3 months then dumbell bench for two and repeat. I want you to have pain free workouts so if in fact you have a bad back bone injury I would STAY AWAY FROM ANY SQUATS. Back bone lower back yes? Squats are good but NOT FOR YOU. Remember eat eat eat and once again make benching your new best friend at least twice weekly.

Why dont you stop the CHOCOLATE BARS, TEA, SOUP, RIZ/PASTA, BREAD and COOKIES its ridiculous and it's a shitty diet... Where are your Vegetables and Fruits buddy ??? add some VEGETABLE and FRUITS along with Oatmeal and eat more CARBS....some flax oil would make you good and there are many other good foods that you can eat...And you are not even ready to take Steroids what you are doing is totally wrong !!!! I am telling you...and Im not the only one....take some time to train hard add some muscle get some experience and then try STEROIDS..dont go with them like this..dont mess up your life and health..

ok haven't done a thing for around a week now (stopped so to say), but i keep growing and biceps keep increasing (went from 37 cm to 39 cm in a week), nothing except creatine/amino + been eating according to perfectbeast's diet for 2 days now as close as possible. In fact, my biggest "explosion" in gaining is right now. Is that deca starting to kick in after 4 weeks only?
and somebody tell me, what is it that makes my muscles always hard (stonelike), they are always like after training. Is it creatine / water retention? Shouldn't it be soft if with water retention?
and btw yes im fixing diet now, the snickers chocolates i was eating was due to working conditions and not having facilities/possibilities to eat well enough (the others eat McDonalds shit heh)
cheers

umm all thats great n stuff bro but u still havent satisfied all of our #1 question: WTF is that shit on ur left ankle bro?!?!
also in regards to ur inferior working "facilities" alot of bros would reccommend bringing ur food from home rather than relying on the ol vending machine for ur bulking diet needs!!! good luck

its a birthmark bro since birth day 1 a big birth mark
i also have a #1 question (2 of them in fact)
1) why did i just start gaining like crazy, deca ? or did i just start eating good rofl 2) is it creatine that makes my arms stonelike-permahard-like-rock?
and i do bring my food to work but it really is hard working conditions tbh. i'll bringe a fridge with me full of healthy food no worries

yes the gaining is from better food, you can't build muscle without lots of protein. you will find that if you train hard and follow perfectbeasts diet you will gain lots more in the next year. i'm not sure what is causing your pump, could be the deca, no-one seems to have answered you yet. it is not necessary for you to have that feeling for you to grow muscle. don't think that if that feeling goes away that you are doing something wrong, it is un-important. take your fridge to work and eat whenevr you get the chance, if your workmates laugh, they will stop lau***ng when they see how much you grow in a year. keep lifting your heavy weights and follow PB's diet. good luck termo

While were on the subject
Can somebody tell me why he would be damaging his health etc etc by taking mini amounts of steroids
(as we heard over and over in this thread)
as opposed to somebody who has reached their full potential.
I know he needed the diet/sleep and everything else right but healthwise what is the big no no here???
Just curious why its so frowned upon?
