1 month progress
Hello guys
I asked advice 1 month ago here on forums and here is my result in 4 weeks
please review progress and any opinions are welcome
Feb 24 - March 25
Before: height/weight 192/75.5 kg/BF unknown (estimate 11%) (age 25)
After: 192/81 kg/bf still 11% probably (couldnt measure)
Gained about 5.5 kilos and around 3-3.5 cm increase in arms
because not all steroids are available in my country and with respect to what forums + trainer said, i did following
deca /test e both 200 mg/week
nolvadex
anabol (pills took progressive-regressive with peak mid month)
no signs of side effects so far

after
btw my arms are always like a stone (like just out of workout) is it deca that makes it so?

oh shit......dude. wtf. who told you to start using steroids ? they really need their heads read. bro you have years of work to do before you should consider using steroids again. you should stop now! do pct, and get back to some hard training, if you have.... guys? help me out here. you are not, by any stretch of the imagination ready to do AS. you need to learn how to train properly and how to eat properly. sorry if that sounds harsh bro, but seriously, you need to learn how to lift first.

friend unfortunately my professional work regime won't allow me to put as much time in training and eating (tho i try hard and eat at least 2000+ calories per day)
i only want to bulk up with 1 cycle then try to keep it up normally
please believe i am a really hard gainer i do eat much btw 7 meals a day, yes carbs/protein/vitamins amino fat etc etc, end of day all goes to toilet xD
and yes i will stop either now or +1 month and PCT and stop thanks for advices you guys give me here, thats why i ask here. will i lose everything when i stop? are my gains water retention?

I have to agree w/my friend jbonez...maybe he's been a bit hard with you (because he's way heavier ) but he's right, in fact you shouldn't be on gears while you can't reach 2000+ cals in a bulk diet, because with just a better and more complete diet you will gain more than what any AAS would give you. Stop it and run a full PCT to fully recover, start to train and EAT heavier, EAT and EAT. You haven't reached your natural limit yet, as your pics show, so don't mess with roids yet or you're gonna waste money and health.
OH, don't forget to EAT. Consult the diet forum, the first thing to read in AR.

I think you need to start eating a shit load more. legs I see massive improvement, so thats good... but it looks you got a massive chunk missing from ur left ankle!!! is that a tat or something lol?? also im not sayin do more but 200 mg a week of both compounds isnt shit, most people use 400 of deca and 500 mg of test to see decent results. who told u about that cycle? same guy that got the gear for u??

wow. you need to eat more bro. and what does your training split look like? what do you work and when?? days off? you basically need everything looked at and tweaked if you want to see gains.

Yo guys, so many replies so fast! I try to answer all questions now
yes i'm now officially OFF cycle. Will wait 21 days, then do Nolva for 6 weeks 20mg per day. And end with it.
I work at a car tuning company, but i'm there from 8 am - 8 pm (that includes only 1 meal as lunch, the rest i bring with myself, potatoes, chocolate bars etc).
That thing on my foot is birth-mark? whatever it is called, pigment
Now to minimise my losses i plan to eat shitload, like everything (maybe except way too fatty stuff). Currently i ate
6:00 am amino, creatine, gainer
8:00 am 4-5 eggs breakfast
11:00 am chocolate bar, amino acids
13:00 chicken breast, rice/potatoes+salads+soup+bread
15:00 chocolate bar, redbull etc whatever
17:00 potatoes, anabol pills
19:00 chocolate bar+tea
20:30 300-400g beef steak, rice, salad
22:00 potatoes/rice+sweet cookies or smth
24:00 gainer/amino/creatine
sleep
my excercising is rather limited because of my backbone injury i had few years ago, so i do most excercises with back fixed. I currently lift rather hard, doing what i can do 8 reps, 4 sets (sometimes trainer tells to do 5th set where i completely die without enough rest, lose power and have to decrease weight by 50%-60% for other sets. Is that a good way of workout?) Mostly compound excercises like bench press (the rest i dont know name in english)

Do yourself a HUGE favour. Go to the Diet Forum, look for a guy called "perfectbeast2001" he is the super duper Diet information analyst. He will give you exaclty the correct info you need mate. TRUST me this is an investment!
PS: Stay off the ASS. EAT BIG, SLEEP BIG and LIFT BIG... and cutout on the cocolate bars ....ill get there.... time

i stopped anabol too, i just described my last days of diet
yes i just added +30% of protein/carbs to my diet i like eat lots of protein/carbs + i will read as you pointed out El Diablo.
I go to lifting harder + eating harder, we see what happens in a month.
I have 2 last questions guys:
1) My muscles during cycle were always hard stone-like, was it because of Deca ?
2) Should I do a sperm quality checkup? Or is it no danger in my case?

You need amounts on your foods... that diet is pretty shitty.

Wow dude you work long days! You'd benefit from more sleep. I'd try to move the timings of your meals a little so you're getting a minimum of 7 hours sleep.

I agree with everyone here kiid...gett off the aas and just start eatin wayyyyyyy more and hittin the gym hard believe me you're not eating enough now and need to change ur diet up quite a bit.
