I take 300 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs, 70 grams of fat, and 3000 calories a day.

this only comes to 2,600 you should up carbs to 250 grams and 80g fat and if you havent seen Milos Sarcevs Seminar then i should tell you how to diet tips,
1.Eat 80%-90% of carbs and fats during the day before you go to workout.
2.Eat complex carbs mostly at Breakfast and 1hr before workouts.
3.Eat some simple carbs after wokouts.
4.you can Eat vegetables at anytime even though there carbs because there fiberous.
5.After workouts consume protein powder sources or protein from eggs because the body needs protein immediatly after workouts to build with and other sources like chicken and other meat take up to 6hrs before the body can digest and use the protein for building.
reason for carbs and fats before workouts is because they are energy and they sustain energy through the workout and after one your body will store the left over energy because your not using it,but simple carbs need to be added so your muscles can recover from the depletion of workout.

Thanks genetisch that was really helpful information I greatly appreciate it!! One question though....can you give me some examples of complex carbs and fats I can take ?? I'm kind of new to the whole diet thing. Before I just ate everything in sight! Lol
