oh yeah its kicking in now that I'm not sick anymore. Went to wally world last night, I felt pretty pumped like I had just got done working out (it was my off day yesterday) and I swear every single time I would pass someone they would just stare at me like I was a freak!!! One black chick made me feel a little uncomfortable just mugging hard. And the tren is freaking jacking up my sex drive to uncontrollable levels, I'll have hard ons at the wrong times at work and shit. NOT GOOD I love it!
Time to go train in a few

Back/rear delts: The pumps are insane. I don't need that many sets to feel pumped. Still focusing and nailing down my form so if the weights don't go up dramatically its cause I doing squeezes, keeping my elbows tucked in and such.
Reverse grip bb row: warm up bar, 135, 225
315 x7 down to 225 x8
hammer row: 2 warm ups
360 x8 +4
High row hammer machine (same grip last time): 1 warm up
320 x8 +3
270 x8 down to 180 x8 w/ 2 second static holds at top to stretch the lats and at bottom.
Lat machine: 1 warm up
200 x8 hold the stretch for a second
160 x10 same
Hyperextension: warm up
25lb plate x20
45lb plate x15
Bent over laterals: 1 warm up
65 x10
70 x7
Rear lat machine: 1 warm up
180 x8
165 x10 w/ static holds on last 3 reps
Pleased. Back was insanely pumped, I don't think its ever been this big or full.

dude looking good. how do you like db's vs. long bar shrugs? my gym only has 130's so it's a waste of time.
btw, not bad on the military, I want to see closer to the 4's though
last wk I did 365 for 4 reps
Where are you sittin right now? I missed your pics from last wk or the wk before.

Ya I'll get there only been focusing on bodybuilding for about a year now, I just screwed around before hand. I got to about 215-220 at 7.5% BF before the cycle started. But I'm not concerned about weight or lifts. I haven't put a pic up in a minute but I'm curious of your physique you got some nice numbers, does it translate to stage??? Lets see come on now

And by screwing around I mean going out partying every weekend drinking, clubbing, all the shit I don't do now. My diet was 6 meals a day and probably 2-3 were wendys, school food, the southern fried food buffet. But I'd still train 4-5 times a week. I didn't get truly focused till I came here I decided hitting the stage is what I wanted to do.
Studied up for a couple months and did my first cycle after I done my research and now were on cycle 2 at 24 so hopefully I'll be able to make some leaps and bounds in the next couple years as I got a good handle on what to do and as I learn more I can get better and better

Lookin good man.
I started cutting 1.5 wks ago, so far so good. Currently 23yo 6'2" 260lbs around 14%....going to get down to 9% or so.
I've always been worried about #'s lol and working on my physique at the same time. Every wk or 2 I will go down a bit in weight and do more reps but everything I do is controlled and good form.
I don't want to be rediculously cut but a nice 4 pack with a flat stomach pushing good #'s is my goal.
Keep it up man, I follow your progress when I can!

As usual, you're still strong as hell and looking good. Keep it up my man!!!
I just finished my first shots for my next cycle about 20 minutes ago. And i have a ways to go to get back where i was, but i'll get there?
How's that tren working for you? I read all of your posts, but just remember that it plays games in your head a lot of times. As long as you realize that it's the juice, you'll be able to keep things under control. Don't allow the tren to control you my friend or you'll find yourself in bad situations. Take it from a very experienced user that still has to watch every move he makes.
Just a little heads up. Be cool my man, and keep killing it!!!

vascularity is sick overall. especially the fact that you can see them in your traps and lats... thats kick ass
a lil puffyness around the nipple it looks like??????
start tanning and it will give you the illusion of lookin bigger and more defined. it will help you look at yourself and be able to pick out lil things easier...
overall.... your a beast my Brother Reed.
atta boy!!!

Thanks I don't think so no sensitivity maybe the shadows and light around it maybe brings it out more IDK to look like it. I'll keep an eye on it. I got arimidex on hand to combat high estro levels just in case as I'll be throwing in drol soon
Anyway bump for the pics kids. Don't cry when I take them down

Legs: Great day, Intense and was sweating like a mad man. had my workout partner back to encourage me to do more and to spot
Leg ext/hack squat superset: 3 warm ups on ext, 2 on hack
230 x12 over to 360 x11
230 x12 over to 430 x6
Smith Front Squat: 135, 225 warm up.
slow w/ pause at bottom completely parallel and squeeze/flex at top
315 x5
Leg press: 2 warm ups
950 x14
1130 x8 +4
Leg curl: 2 warm ups
170 x13 +4 down to 85 x10 super painfully slow with pause on contraction
Seated leg curl: 1 warm up
225 x12 slow w/ 3 second static hold w/ force from my partner making me hold the rep
Box SL deads: 135 x20
185 x15 M.M slow and full contraction w/ squeezes at top
Calves: 2 exercises 3 sets
Just controlling the weight much more than I have in the past w/ squeezes, pauses, etc etc, I think is really making a difference instead of the volume training I have been use to. Pumps are insane. I have never really felt a pump in my hamstrings until here recently.......

Delt/tri: Good day again surprised how much I have been keeping my leanness. Abs, serratus, striations in quads, triceps, and across chest are still very apparent and seem to becoming out more... I like.... Makes it less of a problem to diet down instead of being out of shape offseason
Smith military: 135 225, 275
335 x6
Front raises: 2 warm ups
145 x8
145 x6 over to 50lb straight bar for 10 reps extremely slow with 3 second pauses at top and at the bottom to ensure tension is held throughout the entire motion.
Cable side laterals: 2 warm ups
x10
x8
DB laterals: 1 warm up
70 x8 +3
BB shrug (bar in front): 2 warm ups
405 x12

entire exercise slow w/ 2 second pauses at top of motion and never let off the tension when performing reps. On last rep each time 7 second static hold.
Cable pushdowns: 2 warm ups
overhead triceps machine: 150 x10
170 x7
DB extension: 47.5 x10
Reverse grip bench smith: 2 warm up 185, 275

Chest/biceps: I'll go ahead and say it; I'm looking and feeling absolutely retarded right now..... The thickness/ look I'm obtaining is ridic for under 3 weeks. I don't look like I have gained an ounce of fat while keeping my waist extremely narrow..... And I have cheated on my diet at the same time, sorry offseason and Momma Blues goes hand and hand for me. Love me some fried okra, fried chicken w/ hot sauce, mash potatoes, brown gravy, mac&cheese.
30 degree Incline press: 3 warm ups
360 x7 down to 275 x10
Wide grip machine(went slow 3 seconds down 2 up)
2 warm ups
270 x10
300 x7
30 Incline flyes: 1 warm up
70 x12
95 x6
Cable crossovers: (under)
x15
x12
Biceps: warm up
95 x12
135 x10 +4
DB preacher curl: 40 x12
55 x6
negatives 75 x4 (think this is adding the nice thickness I'm seeing in my biceps)
Hammer curls: 55 x8
super slow 4 seconds up hold for a second 4 down: 30 x10
LOVING IT RIGHT NOW!!!!! I can't wait to throw in the drol!!

^^^^ Nothing less
Legs: Now that I am feeling good from my right knee getting messed up a couple of months ago going back to heavy heavy training. Gotta stay smart when stuff gets cranky or hurts. That was my reasoning behind high reps at first then supersets as heavy weight at first seemed to aggravate the issue. Now I feel go and lubed up
Leg press: 4 warm ups yeah a lot I can't jump from 400 to 900
1050 x12
1230 x8 +2
Hack squat: 2 warm ups
450 x8 down to 180 w/ a slow 10 reps
BB squats: 135 x20
225 x15
315 x10 each set was performed slow with a pause a bottom then back up..... going to have to wear some kinda different pants cause I couldn't go past parallel without my boxers and shorts feeling like they would rip.... yeah I got a big butt
Leg extensions: 2 warm ups
215 x13 +4 and 3 forced reps w/ all the nice static holds and slow motion
Leg curl: 3 warm ups
185 x8
Seated leg curl: 2 warm ups
225 x12 +4 static holds every rep. I love that my hamstrings now "bubble" up and kinda lift me off the seat a bit...... its working
Box DB Stiff deads: 55 x20
55 x15
Calves: donkey, seated, and single calve raise machine or whatever the fukk its called. Calves have made some noticeable improvements now that I have got back into going heavy with them.. Had a comment from someone that said they notice the work I have put in on them and that they look good. Horray for calves!!!

Awesome leg workout man. As far the shorts go, i wear these cotton shorts under my sweats that are skin tight and come down to the top of my knees. Their flexible as hell and feel great cause their nice and tight keeping everything in place. I found them in the bike dept. of a local sports store. A buddy told me about them. I wouldn't even think about working out without them now. Then i just throw on some loose piece of shit cut off sweats on top of them.
