    watch me grow cycle 3

    about to start week three. Week three adding tren and winny onto the test e im currently taking 700 mg a week.

    so overall plan
    week 1-8 test e at 700 mg
    week 3-8 tren 75mg ed
    weeks 3-8 winny 50mg ed

    pct... clomid, nolva and hcg


    diet is in check walking on incline 60 min a day for cardio. before and after pics coming soon!!!! im excited about adding tren ace and winny

    i usually do 10 but seems like results stop around 8. Do you think it will be ok?

    well into week three of test e, day three of winny and just did second shot of tren ace at 100 mg eod. I can already see lean mass but im thinking its to early prolly just from my diet. I have been tracking everything that I eat and doing a great job watching my diet and cardio. for you other iphone users the application called lose it is the best thing ever. My strength is also up.

    I find that a bit short for long esters, but keep us posted. often when gains taper off it's because the diet isn't sufficiently adjusted as to not only maintain the new mass but to continue to add.

    thanks everyone I jacked up my diet last night though and went to apple bees and ate two orders of hot wings... with fat free ranch and a diet coke lol. the waitress laughed when I asked her for ff ranch and diet coke

    well today was leg day... and Im getting stronger every day it seems. three weeks ago I missed 495 on squat at a meet. today I did 385 x5, 405 x5, 435 x5, 455x5 and then 495 x 2 I love this

    maxed out today on bench press in my measurement and eval class. three weeks ago at a comp i did 325 and missed 340. today I did 365. My strength is getting better and better everyday

    low carbs, about 350 g of protein. low fat. eating every 2.5-3 hours. taking in about 2800 cal lots of water

    update

    I cut the winny out after using it for two weeks. NOw Im on week 7 and Im up to 248lbs and Im 6ft1. I have straitions and im still vascular as shit. Im stronger than I ever have been. before cycle I maxed at 325 on flat bench today I did 340 twice. I love tren . end of story pics coming soon. Oh yea. maxed at 495 on squat now I rep 530... crazy stuff. I never would have dreamed this stuff makes that big of a diff

    Hey savage. Im about to start my sustaplex 325 and i read about the big strength gains you had. Got any advice on a workout plan. I dont wanna over do it but i want to get the most out of it. right now i do back and bi's once a week and chest and tri's once a week and so on. Think i can do it more often without over doing it?

    Im no expert by no means. But yea I ran sustaplex 325 and got great gains from it. My diet was off though so a lot of bloat came with it. But I know that more testosterone = better recovery. When Im on cycle three days on one off three on one off so each body party twice a week. Plus your less catabolic while on cycle.

    So you think 325mg/1ml every off day so i can work out twice a week would be good. I read peak is 24 hours so id wanna peak the first of the three days. Seems like alot with the long esters? Is that what you did? After seeing the gains you got from this cycle im thinking i might be wanting it after the pct from the sust. thanks man.

    I did the sust 1cc eod which is way more than you need for a first cycle. That was stupid of me I was just being a wild excited 19 year old. .5cc twice a week is fine for a first cycle. just lift and eat man. yea tren and test e is great. Tren makes some parts of life hard but well worth it lol.

    I cut out my cardio but I dont want to cut after so I geuss I may need to add it back on lol. I did 40 min today. walking 3 min then a very slow jog for 7 repeat for 7 times. I can see the weight or bloat in my face = no good

    thanks for the encourage ment bros. I have never did a high carb diet and yesterday I decided I needed to give it a try. I have always had a fear of getting really fat bc in highschool I was 300 lbs and 6ft2. went to college changed my life and dropped to 198. But now Im at 250 lol. I have about 4 diff sets of clothing

    17.25 makes me sad. hell at this weight I should be rockin 18. They just wont grow for anything. But I plan on continueing bulking without getting to slopy and having 18 in the future. thanks van

    test p is usually ran on an 8 week cycle because of the shorter ester chains...test e is run 10-12 weeks

    I agree with mr diesel and younerlion for sure thats y im going to go ahead and run it for 10-12 weeks. I understand my gains slow a lot due to the fact that im bigger so there for need to eat more. But I have a hard time getting as much cals as I do now. So we will see how the progress keeps up and that will determine if I go 12 instead of just 10

    thanks warmachine. After stoping the winstrol I also stopped cardio. as you can tell by the last pic that may have not been the best choice. I have packed on some weight around the belly. Im going to start doing cardio lightly and watching more close what I eat. Any suggestions on cardio. I want to keep growing but want to be able to take my shirt off and look good as well.
