did you ever DO DNP???? YES OR NO

you sack of shit, i did the DAMN thing and I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT

DAN DUCHAINE RECOMMENDED PEOPEL TO GET INTO KETOSIS AND THEN TAKING DNP

DNP BLOCKS INSULIN YOU SACK OF SHIT AND CAUSES KETOSIS.

SO DAN SAYS ENTER KETOSIS IN ADVANCE SO DNP BURNS OFF KETONES.

CALORIES ALWAYS MATTER YOU DUMB PIECE OF SHIT. LOL 50% BASAL BOOST ON A 2000 MAINETANNCE DIET IS ONLY 1000CALORIES YOU SACK OF SHIT. YOU EAT 4000CALS YOULL GAIN WEIGHT YOU DUMB IDIOT.

THIS KID DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING SOMEONE BAN HIM , BAN POATREX.

DNP DOESNT BURN ANYTHING, IT UNCOUPLES ATP THAT FORCES THE BODY TO BURN. IF YOU KEEPON FEEDIN IT CARBS ULL NEVER BURN FAT!!!

CARBS HALT LYPOLISIS, HENCE FAT COMBUSTION YOU SACK OF SHIT

jarrett ya rampage will do fine just dont listen to any advice coming from poantrex

he knows nothing about DNP he never did DNP. DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. he will wreck your cycle.

listen from those who did from experience and those who knows the mechanism of DNP.

Poantrex KNOWS NOTHING about the metabolic process done by DNP. he doesnt undersatnd that 50% Basal boost DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN EAT ALL YOU WANT OR OVER MAINTENANCE.

it means u will burn 50% more than usual, if u eat more ULl gain weight.

so DO NOT LISTEN TO POANTREX as hes another stupid kid that doesnt know nothing .

listen to DNP gurus like Fonz, Macro, Andy, Dan duchaine, Lyle mcdonald. All gurus.. and they ALL LOW CARB IT for maximal results.

Hey bro, thanks for looking out. I got back from work like 20 minutes ago, and I had finals all day, then I had to help my girlfriend move back to her house for the holidays.

I'm just fine, read the post on my cycle updates.

    taken from http://www.getswole.com/profiles/dnp.html

This is what I’m proposing to be the optimal DNP diet (for a high dose short cycle(s) and the end of a low dose extended cycle only):

50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat. It’s not a misprint; carbs are essential for DNP to work properly. Keep in mind that it’s only the percentage that changes and not the total calories. From this point it will get a bit complicated, but read over it a few times and you will get the gist of it. I’ll also try to keep it as simple as possible.

When fatty acids are broken down they need to be fed into an energy cycle for a complete break down so that more can be broken down later. The beginning of this cycle is called the citric acid cycle. Fats enter the citric acid cycle as a 2-carbon molecule called acetate and to start off this cycle it needs to bind to another 2-carbon molecule called oxaloacetate. Without enough oxaloacetate this cycle cannot proceed. With little oxaloacetate this cycle is slowed down, thus fat burning is slowed down. Where does oxaloacetate come from? Several sources, but the main one is from pyruvate, the end product of the first step of glucose (carbohydrate) metabolism. Without enough glucose in the blood, fat burning becomes very inefficient.

This is not to say the more carbs we eat the more pyruvate we can generate, therefore the more fat is burned. We only need adequate levels of pyruvate to supply the citric acid cycle of the necessary starting material for fat to enter, and then it will eventually proceed to be completely oxidized in the electron transport chain.

Don’t worry about eating too many carbs while on DNP because these carbs cannot be stored and are immediately used for fuel to try to replenish cellular ATP. While keeping the calorie level at maintenance level, it would be most beneficial to eat about 55% calories from carbs, 35% protein and 10% fat (mostly unsaturated). It may be optimal for fat burning to raise the carbs a bit more, but the protein should be high enough so that muscle catabolism is kept at a minimum when DNP creates the huge calorie deficit in the body.

The least effective form of dieting while on a DNP cycle is a fat diet, or ketogenic diet, but the high amounts of fat helps to slow gastric emptying, so you feel more satisfied for a longer period of time. This is one reason why I first recommended the isocaloric diet to beginners who may have trouble controlling their appetite while on DNP.

And yes, I have taken dnp.

um dude. POANTREX, what dosage did you do/time lenght/ crystal or powder. what diet did u eat/ show us before/after pics, did u cardio/ how many cals daily. how muchdid u lose in the end

if u read correctly the article said, ITS THE RATIO THAT MATTERS. MORE CARBS COMPARED TO FAT/PROTEIN IS BETTER BCAUSE CARBS ARE WASTED INTO HEAT AND DONT COUNT IN CALORIC INTAKE HENCE THE REASON WHY THEY SAY HIGHT CARB, BUT REMEMBER THIS, CARB CAUSE INSULIN TO RISE, THEY HALT LYPOLISIS, THEY HALT FAT LOSS UNTIL THEY ARE BURNED OFF HENCE WASTE OF TIME.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED, DNP DOESNT WORK BETTER WITH MORECARBS THATS FALSE, IT WORKS BETTER WITH LESS CARBS AS THE BODY IS GONNA BE PISSED OFF AND WILL RAISE THE BASAL METABOLIC RATE TO GET MORE ATP TO REFILL. IF U KEEP CARBS HIGH , ITLL BE SATISFIED UNTIL THEY ARE WASTED INTO HEAT, HENCE HIGH CARB IS NOT BETTER THAN LOW CARB ON DNP. LOW CARB IS BEST.

HERE IS THE PROOF WHY THEY SAY HIGH CARB IS BETTER (IN TERMS OF RATIO TO FAT AND PROTEIN).

    http://www.geocities.com/byggdegstor/dnp9.htm
    So, bodybuilder 1: Carbs= Heat
    Ketones= 65g*7Kcal/g= 455Kcal

    And, Bodybuilder 2: Carbs= Heat
    Ketones= 147g*7Kcal/g= 1017.5Kcal

Bodybuilder1 WILL CREATE an EXTRA 562.5Kcal
    deficit just by macro-nutrient manipulation.
Thats approx. 124% more calories dissipated than
bodybuilder 2. That means MORE ADIPOSE TISSUE
    BURNT FOR FUEL.

HENCE CARB ON DNP DONT REALLY COUNT IN CALORIC INTAKE CONSUMPTION AS THEY ARE WASTED INTO ATP THUS THE ONLY REASON WHY THEY SAY HIGH CARB TO REPLACE HIGH FAT.

BUT REMMBER CARBS STOP FAT LOSS AND CAUSE INSULIN AND HALT KETOSIS HENCE FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE AND NOT WASTE DNP
EAT LOW CARB (CARB DEPLETE IN ADVANCE, GET INTO KETOSIS) , LOW FAT AND PROTEIN ONLY. EAT BELOWMAINTENANCE

AROUND 1500CALS PROTEIN ONLY MAINLY AND PEPSI (fRUCTOSE) JUST INCASE U FEEL HYPO.

THATS THE MOST OPTIMAL DIET ON DNP.

AND ULL TAKE PYRUVATE SUPPLEMENT U JUST NEED A TINY BIT TO MAKE THAT STUPID KREBB CYCLE WORK , SO ULL BE FINE.

SO IN THE END LOW CARB ON DNP PROVES 10 TIMES BETTER RESULTS THAN HIGH CARB BECAUSE U WONT WASTE UR TIME BURNING CARBS FOR HOURS WHEN U COULDA BEEN BURNING FAT.

NO ONE LISTEN TO POANTREX, HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT.

HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT DNP OR THE BODY .

THE BODY DOESNT CHANGE WHEN DNP HITS IT. ALL IT DOES IS BURN MORE CALORIES ,AND KETOSIS IS A PRIORITY ON DNP.

Pfft, Those aren't my words, silly boy.

Also, I think you've misinterprested what people have told you regarding ketosis and DNP . Most everyone you've listed recommended keto 3 days prior to starting DNP, however raising carb levels while on.

    Sheesh, 12 year olds.

PS: Its interesting that you say I know nothing about DNP. Over at anabolex you sent me tons of PM's asking me questions about it.

POANTREX WHY WOULD PEOPLE CARB DEPLETE IF U SAID "CARBS MAKE DNP WORK BETTER" ??? STUPID

CARBS DO NOT MAKE DNP WORK BETTER, THEY JUST VANISH INTO THIN AIR IF U EAT THEM BUT THEY DO TAKE TIME TO BURN AND THEY DO HALF FAT LOSS WHILE BEING BURNED SINCE WE ALL KNOW BODY BURNS GLUCOSE #1, FAT #2

(dIETARY GLUCOSE FIRST THEN STORED GLUCOSE #2, THEN DIETARY FAT #1 THEN STORED FAT #2)

HENCE TO GET TO STORED FAT U CUT OFF CARBS U CUTT OFF FAT AND UR THERE

    HENCE KETOSIS.

DNP ALONE BLOCKS INSULIN SO WHAT HAPPENS? GLUCAGON RISES AND ACUSES KETOSIS. SO ENTERING KETOSIS IN ADVANCE IS EVEN BETTER AND EATING LOW CARB WILL YIELD MUCH BETTER RESULTS.

POANTREX HAS BEEN SHAFTED AS THE PROOF HAS BEEN LAID DOWN TO HIM PROVING THAT CARBS DO NOT PROMOTE FAT LOSS ON DNP , THEY HINDER FAT LOSS.

ONLY REASON CARBS ARE BETTER THAN HIGH FAT ON DNP IS BECAUSE THEY ARE WASTED INTO HEAT. BUT BETTER JUST TO CUT THEM OFF INSTEAD OF WASTING THEM INTO HEAT AND WASTING DNP AND METABOLIC TIME .

WHAT ARE 2 THINGS THAT MAKE PEOPLE FAT. CARBS AND FAT
CUT THEM BOTH. AND UR LOSING WEIGHT.

CARB DEPLETE 3 DAYS ADVANCE, EAT LOW CARBS, LOW FAT, PROTEIN HIGH SUPER HIGH ON DNP AND MIRACLES WILL HAPPEN.

did u see lyle mcdonald dnp diary? he did 400mg powder for 5 days and 100mcg T3 for 5 days. he ate maintenance, he ONLY LOST 2LB OF FAT .

    http://groups.google.com/groups?q=dn...dge.net&rnum=1

U ONLY EAT CARB WHEN U HIT HYPO. (PEPSI)

    POANTREX HAS BEEN ROYALLY DISSED.

AND HE KNOWS IM RIGHT AND FONZ HIMSELF SAID CARBS ARE ONLY GOOD DUE TO CALORIC DISSIPATION (WASTED INTO HEAT) THEY DO NOT PROMOTE FAT LOSS BUT INDIRECTLY THEY PROMOTE MORE CALORIC DEFICIT DUE TO WASTE OF HEAT. BUT INSTEAD OF SUFFERING IN HEAT AND WASTING TIME TO BURN THEM FEW HOURS OF BFAT BURNING WASTED BURNING CARBS, CUT THEM OFF AND ULL BURN 24/7 FAT ADIPOSE TISSUE.

    THANKS AGAIN. IM RIGHT.

So if ur experienced ull do Carb deplete(Glycogen) enter ketosis, take DNP , eat low carb, low fat and high protein below maintenance calories and pepsi if u hit Hypo. and ur done. thast when DNP WILL DO MAGIC , as ketones will pump at an alarming rate.

ull see ur gut dissapear infront of ur eyes.

You don't have to be in calorie deficit to lose fat while on DNP . I'd explain more but you'd make another unintelligible response in caps..i'm done with arguing with you.

The concept is similar to doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can easily burn fat while doing this.....From Dr Atkins website:

First of all, morning cardio burns more fat! Early in the morning before you eat, your levels of muscle and liver glycogen (stored carbohydrate) are low. If you eat dinner at 7 p.m and you eat breakfast at 7 a.m., that's 12 hours without food. During this 12-hour overnight fast, your levels of glycogen slowly decline to provide glucose for various bodily functions that go on even while you sleep. As a result, you wake up in the morning with depleted glycogen and lower blood sugar - the optimum environment for burning fat instead of carbohydrate. How much more fat you'll burn is uncertain, but some studies have suggested that up to 300% more fat is burned when cardio is done in a fasted, glycogen-depleted state.

So how exactly does this work? It's quite simple, really. Carbohydrate (glycogen) is your body's primary and preferred energy source. When your primary fuel source is in short supply, this forces your body to tap into its secondary or reserve energy source; body fat. If you do cardio immediately after eating a meal, you'll still burn fat, but you'll burn less of it because you'll be burning off the carbohydrates you ate first. You always burn a combination of fat and carbohydrate for fuel, but depending on when you exercise, you can burn a greater proportion of fat relative to carbohydrate. If doing cardio first thing in the morning is not an option for you, then the second best time to do it would be immediately after weight training. Lifting weights is anaerobic (carbohydrate-burning) by nature, and therefore depletes muscle glycogen. That's why a post lifting cardio session has a similar effect as morning cardio on an empty stomach.

There you have it. Seeing how you probably haven't hit the treadmill a day in your life, you probably weren't aware of it......

poantrex u fucking idiot. We all know Cardio on empty stomach due to low glycogen levels BUT THEY ARE NOT DEPLETED YOU SACK OF SHIT. TAKES 48 HOURS-72 HOURS OF LOW CARB TO DEPLETE LIVER/MUSCLE GLYCOGEN AND ENTER A STATE WHICH WE CALL KETOSIS.

U IDIOT. SO WHEN U CARDIO ON EMPTY STOMACH U ACTIVATE LYPOLISIS/KETOSIS. DID U KNOW THAT?

lol hes reading off atkins site on this LOL!!!!!!!

or how bout this , deplete 3 days glycogen, enter ketosis and do cardio any time of the day and ull burn only fat=\ at lowest heart rate even , no need to raise heart rate ur alwys burning fat. hence DNP during ketosis is optimal for fat burnnig.

and let me tell u something DNP IS NO MAGIC PILL, 50% BASAL BOOST IS NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE IT MAGIC. 50% of a 2000baseline basal, is only an extra 1000calories burned daily.

nothing extraordinary.. and can easily be fucked up by overeating 1000cals over baseline.

now if DNP was 500% Basal boost thatd be another story=\

Dont listen to poantrex. ON dnp u gotta do a strick diet, u gotta eat low fat,and low carb and take moderate dnp dosage to get good results or else ull suffer for nothing but a loss of water and 1-2lb in 10 days.
those who dont diet on dnp usually take mega doses of DNP 600mg crystalline which is 200mg-400mg around below fatality.=\

so if u can diet do it and do 400mg powder and ull yield better results and better for the body than 600mg crystalline with no good diet=\

K whatever. I'm done with responding to you because you don't make a damn bit of sense. I'll just say that i've lost inches off my waist and gained a ton of muscle without the assistance of drugs for the most part. From the PM's that you sent me over at AB, you seem to be lazy, undedicated and unwilling to put hard work into weight loss. You also haven't lifted a weight in your entire life...which begs the question, why the hell are you here in the first place...

DNPnoobie, you make a few good points, but the fact is, you're just wrong about some of the stuff you say. My DNP blitzes all start at 600mg per day of crystal. My friend, who is also on the boards and can attest to this, starts his at 800mg ed of crystal. He weights 190lbs and his bf is not that high. We have both had great results regardless of how our diets were. We've experimented with a keto diet, with a carb depleted diet, with a low fat higher carb diet, a 40/30/30, you name it, we've done it. We've had good results regardless. A 50% basal boost is HUGE; besides, as I've mentioned before, trace amounts of the crystal remain in your body for a month or so after taking it, so your BMR remains somewhat elevated for a while.

DNP is no miracle drug; one must be careful and endure much discomfort, but it pretty much works unless your diet is Really Really bad.

JP1570, DNP is no miracle drug. and remember you took 600mg CRYSTAL!! (thats like hell on earth) WELL above recommended crystal dosage.

Doesnt 600mg crystal send you to the hospital? unless you underdosed it.

Most people do 600mg Powder and its hell on earth. 600mg crystal is just plain hell would equate to 1gram or more Powder.

Now Any excess DNP dosage (800/1000mg ) powder will make u lose weight even on 5000cals diet. But key is to Use low DNP dosage (400mg powder or 200mg crystal) and combine it with a Low Cal Dietlow carb low fat, protein only. So this way less Dnp needed, less pain, similar fat loss.

400mg powder is a joke and easy to do, couipled with a low cal diet. itll be safer and 10 times less painful than 600mg crystalline or 1gram powder on a poor diet.

JP remember 50% basal boost of lets say 2500 Bodybuilder maintenance cal. is only 1250 Extra cals burned daily.

1250 extra boost is alot but if you eat 3-4 donuts. then its useless. and ull gain weight.

besides 50% Basal boost occurs on high dosage only
    i think 200mg Powder does 25-30% Basal boost/ 400mg does 30-40%
600mg reaches 50% and 1gram Powder will prolly reach 80% Basal boost.

The stuff I have is damn good, don't worry, my source for this stuff is the shit (don't ask). Anyway, I can handle 600mg for 3 days. I've taken the powder for 10 days before and and saw the same results as I do from my 3day crystal blitzes. I know my shit about diet and cal intake etc... 600mg crystal is not so bad as long as you time it right. Like I said, I am experienced with DNP and have picked up a lot of tips on how to properly use it. I worked out today on 400mg of crystal dnp now that you mention it. I'll take on more cap before bed and run this one about 3 days again. I'm sure I will lose at least 5lbs initially, and probably close to another 5 in the coming month due to the trace amounts that remain in me. You have your methods based on your research and good knowledge of diet, I have mine based more on past experiences. I think 3day crystal blitzes are the optimum way for me to use dnp. I only end up having to miss one day of working out.

Alright, I'm sure nobody will read this, except for those doing research, but what the hell?! Incase you didn't peep the links listed about a third from the top of this page I decided to paste them here for easy viewing. This ASS justs starts ripping into people for no reason, that's pathetic!! I'm not the smartest guy here, but at least I do my research, now I may start stupid threads and be an all around Moron, but I keep my mouth shut and respect those that have come before me, in fact that's the main reason I never respond to any threads, I don't want to come off as arrogant or an ASS!!!

    Here's ya boy DNPNOOBIE-----
    Just for laughs...Ben Rogers
Do you guys remember Mike Rogers? I think he was banned but I wanted to post this email he sent me. I dont want to go into the details but if anyone was having any doubt what type of retard this kid is, here is your proof...

    "Haha,

you are the one who is a discrace to the body building community you fat ****. Scamming others on the internet is probably the lamest thing you can do and you did it, good job.

Also you fat **** if your under 20% why the **** do you even use DNP you lazy ****, go do cardio you idiot. Its dumb****s like you who take dnp at 10% BF, that are the dumbest people on earth. At such low body fat all you can do is cardio/diet and no need for any god dammn fat burner.

DNP is reserved for 25%+ for people who dont have motivation or dont want to wait 20 years to lose weight. Under 15%BF, you sohuld not use any fat burners ****, you fat lazy **** your a discrace. your product is a discrace, .

DNP is like easiest thing to acquire u can buy 300grams for 30$ from a chemical company and capsulate it easily. **** enough dnp for 10 years.

    good job nigger. "

    facts

    FACT:

Fats burn in a carbohydrate flame, meaning that you need carbs in your diet to burn fat.

    FACT:

90% of weight lost on a diet is from muscle lost due to poor nutrition and the release of muscle burning hormones. Mostly due to cortisol release.

    FACT:

Increased body temperature CAN result in a decrease in overall bodyweight, but this is mostly due to a depletion in water and other minerals. UNLESS, an enviroment where fat becomes the primary source for energy to decrease body temp due to proper dieting techniques.

    FACT:

Ketosis is a state where protein has been broken down into amino acids to be converted into glucose. If you are in Ketosis, you are generally burning skeletal muscle.

    FACT:

only 5% of your total bodyweight is stored in the form of carbohydrates.
This is why the majority of your diet should consist of carbohydrates.

Just thought I'd post this from an exercise physiologist standpoint i find it amusing how fixated people are on weight in lbs on the scale. You should gauge it on the 2 part compartment analysis instead. But whatever the case, I hope you're all happy with what you get, hopefully its what you wish for...

Wow DNPNOOBIE, good job offering some of the worst advice ive ever read, and then flaming! You can't lose weight on DNP and you're offering other people advice? PLEASE! Go back to Elite, we dont tolerate that kind of behavior here.

Rampage, if you have any questions you can private message me on here and i'll get back to you, I dont feel like dealing with dnpNOOBIE. Oh and i'm far from a DNP "noobie" considering i've run 1000+ mg for 30 days at a time and lived to tell about it.

    BTW, ALA usage is advisable.
