    My current progress

    Well i am running my first cycle being:

    dbol 40mgs ED for 3.5weeks
    test e 500mgs EW for 12 weeks

    I am just entering week 7 and would like to no if i am on track.

    Beginning Stats: 5"11 170lbs
    Current Stats: 5"11 189lbs

    I am seeing 10-20% strength increases in almost every muscle group and overall mass being added. Just dont really now where exactly i should be at this point in time so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    so ur 19 pounds up in 7 weeks, i wouldnt complain, thats a good gain, thats neally 2 n half pounds a week ur gaining, ill say 2 just becuase of water weight effects,

    and yea the strength increases seem about right

    i think ur on track

    Thanks I think my diet needs just a bit of tweaking for optimal results.

    whats your bodyfat at? And i see that we 5'9 - 5'11 stay starting around 170's to 180's. Is that a normal weight because I always feel real small under 180ish

    Nice gains so far. Are you using any kind of ai to keep the bloat to a minimum? Also how did you take the dbol ? I'll be looking into a similar cycle sometime in the winter. Keep us posted.

    My body fat is around 15% might have slightly raised throughout the past 7 weeks. I no what you mean dude lol even at 190 I am feeling small and unsatisfied.

    I am not using any AI's for bloat and doing fine without it. I luckily havent been effected by bloat much, no moon face or nothing(just slightly in the arms). I took the dbol spread throughout the day at 40mgs everyday for almost 4 weeks. Overall id recommend this cycle to any beginner, cant wait to get to week 12 and see were i am at.

    Week 7- Tuesday
    Strength continues to increase by the day workouts are smoother than ever. I jumped on the scale today and came up 192lbs and feeling great! I am hoping to surpass 200lbs and i think at the rate i am going by week 12 i should hopefully achieve it. Wish me luck all!
