This is the one I was referring to... Good read.
To be honest it was after reading this book a few years back when I first gained a decent understanding for bodybuilding. I still use tons of the lifting and lifestyle advice the book gives. Then I tweaked my knowledge with these forums. I believe that you can get great and near same results doing full body or isolating groups per workout as long as you put dedication into it. After doing both, I say do whichever you like better.

Day 15 - September 21
Weight - 198.4 lbs (+3.1)
Broke the 90 kg barrier today, and 200 pounds coming up. Diet is 100% and i'm just crusing till friday

Strength is up real good. As far as size gains, i look bigger because of the water weight but you can't really build much muscle in 1-2 weeks.

Day 19 - September 5
Weight - 201.7 (+6.4)
Trained today...went from doing my set on Incline smith press from 8 reps r/p (6-1-1) to 19 r/p (13-4-2) and added 10 kg(22 pds) for the same reps on Hammer strength shoulder press. Damn nice. I'll upload a new pic tonight.

taken today..no pump or anything
considering that i gained 18 lbs in 2 weeks i think i look pretty lean

Week 3, day 1 - September 28
Weight - 201.7, same as last time. Calories upped starting to day according to plan.
I'm getting very strong man..30KG increase(66lbs) in hack squat, 140 to 170 kg for 8 reps and big increase in other exercises as well. Test should kick in within the next week i hope.

Week 4, Day 2 - September 29
Off day and relaxing..i'm getting bigger by the day.
Deadlifts tomorrow.
As for cycle plans i'll run dbol @ 30mg this week and up to 50mg for at least 2 weeks next week, when the test kicks in(weeks 5-6)
