Pictures attached - Starting my first cycle
Hi everybody,this is jads I’m 25 and 170 pounds.
Ok here we go, I have always been interested in the iron game, right from my childhood but never took it seriously until last year. My ideology was that the more I out worked out the more junk I ate. So I was kinda bulky n fat always,decided to change that n I did ( you can see the pics below) , and there is something else,took my interest to the next level and now I am a Certified fitness trainer, and also in the middle of another certification, Specialist in performance Nutrition. I’m not practicing since we have our own business; I did it just out of interest and to equip myself. So I have all the knowledge (hope so) about training and diet. But none what so ever when it come to steroids , I have started my first cycle, took my first shot yesterday (14th sep) have done my research i guess and would like for you all to help me with your feedback if possible please.
Cycle
Weeks 1-10 Testosterone Enanthate 500 mg (250mg twice a week, Mon – Thu)
HCG starting last week of the cycle ending 2 weeks before nolva ends, nolva 20-25mg everyday for 5 weeks starting 2 weeks after the end of the cycle.
Wanted to take d-bol along but I am taking a test only cycle to avoid confusion with side effects and psychological issues when stopping d-bol after 4 weeks.
Have attached a few pics of mine so yeah that’s about it…please giving me your opinion on this.

WOW . You have put in the work so far. And dialed in on your diet. I wish you the best in your cycle.
I think you should add aome CLOMID into the PCT.
You should do a log let people see what happens when everything is dialed in correctly.

hi chap mate, thanks for the comment, so you think the cycle is ok to begin with rite? for bulking up, anyways i did read quite some about the nolva v clomid article and have decided to go with nolva since its 20-25 v 100-150 mg of clomid. anyways thanks, will keep that in mind...

the cycle sfine dont worry,
if u want u can kickstart off the first 4 weeks with 40mg of dianabol daily since the test takes time to build up in ur system

yeah i thought about it too, and i've heard so much about d-bol i always had wanted to use that. but the reason why i dint go for it was, say if i use d-bol for 4 weeks n after that i might feel a bit slack in my mind thinking that there's going to be no more d-bol from then. even though if it dosent actually affect my performance, it might do my head a little... so i dint want to go through that. thought i'd take it next time... what say?

Yeah man agreed with Aizen you got a good base and should really grow on test e I'm doing 400mg for 12 weeks currently 6 weeks in and up 9lbs down 1.2% bf as well and my diet is heavy bulk amazing what this stuff can do lol. Good Luck

Chap nolva and clomid are both serms. They both raise endogenous testosterone levels , only nolvadex does it with less. IMO the best would be tormifene is the best at this but could be hard to find. He should be set with HCG , nolva and an AI for PCT.

ok well now that makes me think, its a while before i do my PCT, anyways i got the conclusion of using just nolva along with arimidex by reading the anthony roberts PCT and the article in bodybuilding.com which is http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catnolv.htm
so if you can mate, give a look n let me know your views please...

Yeah I ran test e solo for 400mg so far gained about 9 solid lbs and bodyfat is lower which is odd cus there is nothing lean about my diet lol...but here is my log...First Cycle Log Test E a few pics on there I actually put some up today

Regardless of who is right, here is my PCT and I have never had any issues recovering....or any sides from it.
20mg nolva ed wk 1-4 of pct
.25mg l-dex ed wk 1-4 of pct
100mg clomid ed wk 1-2 of pct
50mg clomid ed wk 3-4 of pct
I know there is alot of different ways guys are doing it now (hcg etc), and I am sure there are better ways, but I have done this from my first cycle and I am not changing anything until this doesn't work.
If it aint broke, don't fix it.

ha looks like we re on the same page damion
that pct looks alright...
although id change a couple things:
week 1 nolva 40mg ED, clomid 100mg ED, aromasin 25mgED (could also use arimidex @ .25mg EOD)
Week 2-4 nolva 20mg ED clomid 50mg ED, aromasin or clomid same protocal as above
everyone is diff and diff things work for diff people, so this is just my opinion on PCT

thanks bruv, PCT is a long way to go, but still yeah everything is sorted out... there was never any confusion... m going to exactly do as specified in my first post... one small addition though, i am going to add 0.5mg of arimidex ed along with nolva... thats it... you could have an altogether seperate FORUM for the nolva v clomid thingy... but everybody has got their own opinion n you wont have yours until you take a side, i've taken mine n lets see how it goes...

great work man nice transformation before cycle....i hope all the new peeps see this cus this is a shining example of how to do things correctly.....all the young ones are trying to jump on cycle before learning the basics of diet and exercise....KUDOS to you my friend for getting all your duck in a row before cycling....i will enjoy watching your progress...good luck bro......

looks good...you seem around my same stats and same type of cycle i had in mind for first time. what is your height? also what are your #'s as far as strength goes...b/s/d? are you looking for just size or strength gains on this cycle?

Looked great already bro, but nice work so far! This is a good example of why diet is so important during a cycle... it's clear that you bulked up quite a bit but still remained as cut and toned as you were in the beginning... Can't wait to see where you end up! Great job!
