    sorry for not getting back sooner guys but ive been pretty busy post-christmas.

    So it's going pretty good. I'm really dried out (and not in a good way). I mean joint pain and cracking knuckles and knees... oh well, took a bit of glucosamine when it was at its worst and that helped me through it.

    I did my last shot two weeks ago and am starting pct in a week. I hope to get some pictures taken this weekend if I get a chance.

    I'll admit the lethargy is starting to get to me... I actually missed a workout . But my acne sides have completey gone, probably because I'm a week off of provimed.

    Vascularity is still crazy, like getting wierd looks in the gym from cooworkers crazy.

    BJJ to answer your question I haven't been doing cardio as my goals for the next year or two are to gain weight. However I noticed an improvement in my endurance with light sets at around week 5. And around week 7 I noticed it to a point that I could continue to lift a lighter weight until my joints hurt to the point that I had to stop, and needed to up the weight to actually strain the muscle.

    At this point I'm not yet dissapointed with the cycle, but I'm not jumping up and down thrilled either... we'll see how pct goes as I suspect gains will continue through it.

    I tilted the scale to a whopping 216 lbs last week. This is a HUGE deal to me as I have never been heavier than about 212 I think (that's a guess, please don't quote me from another thread to the contrary). I'm still clinging to the fastly vanishing possibility of hitting 220 on this cycle, gonna have to pull a rabbit out of my hat during pct.

    That is interesting.
    I still do not know if I am going to use equipose on my next test cycle.
    I'll see.

    This seems like a common problem. I am thinking of doing a cycle after I have done my research, and maintain my diet and training, but everytime I try to read over peoples cycle logs they just end. No end of cycle pics, No post PCT pics nothing. I want to see pics before and after of people with the same hight weight and similar builds as me, and how the different test cycles affected them. I have been looking in the members cycle results forum. Is this the right place to look? or is there a place where you can look at only complete logs with pics? I know I just hi-jacked but this one is dead anyway!

    This frustrated me at first quite a lot as well. Not many members finish their logs, it's sad and it feels like a lot of good info is not being shared. Anyways I'll close my log on Wednesday with one last update after PCT.
