Test Prop/E cycle. Body fat %?
27 5'10
First ever cycle
Start: 172lbs
End: 215lbs
Week 1-8 250mg EW Test-E
Week 9-10 250mg EOD Test-E
Week 11-18 250mg EOD Test Prop
(I previously posted my cycle and incorrectly listed the amounts/frequency, sorry)
Strength Pre/Post (1 rep max)
BB Bench: 225/*275 for 10 (tested 1rm after 4th set and maxed at 315)
Squat: 295/385
BB Mil Press: 165/235
Deadlift: */365 for reps (never tested max pre cycle, never tried 1rm)
Diet
Meal 1: 1cup Oats, 6 eggs
Meal 2: 4 scoops cytogainer, 2tbsp nat peanut butter.
Meal 3: 4 slices wheat, 8 ounces turkey breast, 20g protein bar.
*Workout*
Meal 4: 4 scoops cytogainer, 2tbsp nat peanut butter.
Meal 5: 16oz 92% ground beef/chicken/sirloin steak (alternated), 2 baked potatoes (pasta with the ground beef)
Meal 6: 2 cans tuna, 2 slices wheat.
Workout:
1.5 hours-2hours at gym, 5-6 Exercises, 15-20 min cardio.
Mon- Back
Tues- Chest
Wed- Bi/Tri
Thurs- Legs/Abs
Fri- Shoulders
Sat- Bi/Tri
Sun- Legs/Abs
Overall I'm impressed with Ithe gains I've made. I'm doing PCT now, my bench has dropped but eveything else has stayed the same/gone up. I am waiting on some clomid, I'm 10 days in on 40mg ED of Nolva. I asked in the PCT forum about Nolva only, and was advised to take Clomid as well. Hopefully my PCT results are much better with it. I have yet to experience any erectile or libido issues, just some strength ones.
I guess this is my main question: My weight has gone down to 202 from 215 where I peaked since my last dose. I got tested at the gym for BMI, said I was at 17%. Is that typical after bulking that much? I did put on alot of weight...
I'm looking to cycle again, but I leave for the Marine Corps soon. Any Marines who went through SOI know when it's good to start again? I'll be in the barracks most likely for SOI. Any advice for that is welcomed.

Im not liking the cycle or the diet at all.......
Why exactly are you running your cycle like this?

It was my first cycle, most people I know advised me to run low dose to see how my body would react to the Test-E. I figured 8 weeks was sufficient to get the muscles accustomed to injection, as well as used to the foreign compounds.
As far as my diet, I'm a truck driver, with hand delivery and long drives being part of the job, my first 3-4 meals were the best I could do because of the limited about of time I had to stuff my face, unless I wanted to eat fast food all day.

I screwed up the original post and had week 1-8 listed as 250mg ED instead of EW
