Yea, face definitely looks better. I had major moonface going on when I was on cycle. Most people that haven't seen me for a while say that I look thinner in the face lol.

This weeks weight is just a little under 77 KG, so loss of around 2kg, or 4.4 pnds. Don't know why I lost so much weight, I only went to gym 3 times this week and didn't do that much cardio, plus one day I ate loads of junk, 18 chicken friend nuggest, 2 hamburgers, and 2 large fries, along with a huge slice of baskin robbins cake. I look the most muscular i've ever looked in my life, so i'm definitely not losing muscle mass. I finished cycling around 4 weeks ago, the cycle was amazing, i've kept all my gains and will be coming off PCT soon.
Still very confused about how much weight was lost this week, considering I didn't do that much activity to warrant the weight loss, although I have cut calories from protein sources, so i'm consuming around 220-250 gm's of protein e/d.Last edited by Kiki; 03-24-2010 at 03:25 AM.
