Okay almost done with my first ever cycle.
Here is what it consist of.

week1-4 Test PROP 3.3 CC week
Week1-4 Deca 3.0 cc week
Week4-8 Primo 2.5 cc week
Week4-8 Winstrol Dep 1cc EOD

week 0 176lbs
week 1 ?
week 2 ?
week 3 180lbs
week 4 183lbs
week 5 182lbs
week 6 183lbs
week 7 190lbs
week 8 ?

None of it seems like it's fat. I am 6.9% bodyfat as is. I am a ectormorph

Youll gain weight towards the end of the cycle cause the juice kicks in in about 4 to 5 weeks really nicely...train hard!

Your bf % seems really low...and it sounds like you are a hardgainer. Why not substitute EQ for the primo? The EQ will bolster your appetite and allow you to put on some Lean body mass provided you eat and take over 12-16 weeks.

Oh, well i just took my last injection 2 days ago. So yeah EQ will be on my next list. As will Ethenate & dianabol & deca .... very light dianabol. This would be my 2nd cycle. Working on some novadex right now. Whens' a good time to start taking novadex?

Okay here was my cycle
all 1 cc of test prop = 100 mg
all 1cc of deca = 100 mg
all 1cc of primo = 100 mg
all 1 cc of winstrol = 50 mg

first cycle ever..
went from 177 to 190...
3 weeks after last injection no estrogen blockers or anything.
I lost only 2 pounds.

TOTAL GAIN OF 11 POUNDS OF MUSCLE STAYED RIGHT ABOUT 6.8-7.0% BODYFAT.

kEEP IN MIND NATURALLY I'VE BEEN PLATUED IN WEIGHT FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS.
