I have a feeling I was just extra dehydrated last weigh day. In any case, I didn't lose anything this week.
I'm upping the T3 to 150 mcg, keeping the Albuterol at 6 mg tid, Taurine 5 gm EOD, and Ketoifen 1 mg HS. Calories will be reduced to 1800 again, 500-ish below maintenance, and exercise will provide the other 500 cals.

Day 21 - Easter
OK, no workout today, and extra calories will be taken in. I do have another training session on power cleans plus my leg workout tomorrow, so the extra calories will probably come in handy. I had a headache late last evening and then I was up to the bathroom a number of times through the night - this has to be the most annoying thing I'm experiencing. Meds are T3 125 mcg OD, Albuterol 6 mg TID, Taurine 5 gm EOD, and Keto 1 mg HS.

Day 22
Another power clean session today. Meds are T3 75 mcg OD, Albuterol 6 mg TID, Taurine 5 gm EOD, and Keto 1 mg HS. I've decreased the T3 because I read that my frequent urination may have been caused by excessive T3.
Cals: 1826, Fat 64 g, Carbs 141 g (Fiber 14 g), Protein 172 g

Im far from a pro at this diet game but I would suggest maybe dropping carbs and increasing protein a bit... With the chemical cocktail your taking I would think you would have enough energy without the carbs.

Day 23
Another bad sleep. Up to the bathroom all night. Today is the end of the Albuterol, since I am out of it. The plan is to take T3 75 mcg OD, Albuterol 6 mg TID, Taurine 5 gm OD, and Keto 1 mg HS. Calories are going to be weird today as I have a mandatory day long meeting to attend, and lunch will be sandwiches and wraps, I'll skip breakfast, chicken breast and veggies for supper, and should have a lot of calories to spare for whatever lunch may be. Won't be able to workout until after supper tonight either. I'll do my arms and abs workout as planned, and some squats for good measure.

I finished up the last four days with T3 at 50 mcg daily.

So there you have it. In four weeks I stripped a quarter inch of fat off of most of me, and dropped a corresponding 10 pounds. I am happy that the 180's flew by pretty quick, but had hoped for more.
I will be starting clen after it arrives, which will probably be in a week. In the interim I will be taking T3 25 mcg OD, and continuing at 1800 cals per day. I will then run the clen and T3 and see how I do on that, to give a better comparison of albuterol vs clenbuterol .

Third part of the log begins. I started clen today with my T3. I took Clen 60 mcg OD (will increase depending on tolerance), T3 75 mcg (will increase to 100), Taurine 5 gm OD. I've been taking T3 at 25 mcg OD during the interim, and lifting heavy three times a week. Calories have been at 1800 a day.
Beginning stats:
Neck: 15.75 (-0.0)
Shoulders: 46.5 (-0.0)
Chest: 40.75 (-0.25")
Belly: 35.5 (-1.0") NICE!
Waist: 36 (-0.75") NICE!
Butt: 38.5 (-0.0")
Rt Bicep: 14.25 (+0.125")
Lt Bicep: 14.25 (+0.125")
Rt Forearm: 12 (-0.0)
Lt Forearm: 11.75 (-0.25")
Rt Thigh: 21 (+0.25")
Lt Thigh: 21 (+0.25")

I'm very pleased with these results. It was good to see a chunk of that midsection disappear. I'm also pleased to see increases in my legs - I've been working them hard and I'm starting to see a split in the front when I stand. Anyhow, we'll run this and see how it goes.

Day 7 of Clen
I ramped my way from 60-100 mcg of clen daily, with 75 mg T3 daily, and 3 gm of Taurine daily. Clen certainly gives me the shakes and increases my heart rate. No issues in the weight room, and keeping my calories at 1800 max.
It's kind of weird. All my measurements seem the same, but my stomach feels smaller to me. *shrugs*
Weight: 176 (-4 lbs)
BF: 18.85 (-0%)
Hopefully next week I'll lose some measurements. I'm probably just dehydrated today.

Day 14 of Clen
I kept my medications the same until the middle of the week, then increased to 120 mcg of Clen as I wasn't feeling anything. I tried taking 1 mg of Keto for the past two nights and we'll see if that improves things today. If not I will be taking two weeks off of the clen.
Now for the bad news. It looks as if I have an inguinal hernia, which puts an end to my lifting for a while, however I can do light cardio.
I dropped an additional 1.4 pounds this week, bringing my weight to 174.6 lbs. I lost of a quarter inch of neck fat, a half inch of back fat, and a half inch off of my butt. These areas seem to fluctuate a bit though.
Anyhow, I guess this will bring an end to this log, since without the weight lifting I'm probably going to lose some muscle mass over the next month or two, depending how quickly I can get surgery.
