I have nolvadex on hand and clomid for post cyle. I'm also using milk thistle @ 1100mg/day while on dbol and winny, as well as a multi-vitamin

Diet bulk: 4000-4500 cals day, 400+g protein, 400+g carbs, 90g fat (mostly unsatured fats...but will allow some free meals during the bulk phase)

Diet cut: 2500-2000-1500 cals, 300-400g protein, 50-125g carbs (with a carb up day every week or two), 40-60g fats (all unsaturated)
