tren kicked in immediately.. should tell the firmness of the muscle and general well being the next day.. I check my self in the mirror everyday and say.. damn, i look great. going to try to get ankle fixed asap and then start 6 days split... i want to work out everyday, but sometimes i just cant cause of work and other commitments.
As for the sex on the tren (and ghb) i was an animal with this Spanish bird for about half an hour, wore here out completely, but was very short in breath and dumping sweat.. TREN SWEATS ARE REAL!! YOU SWEAT LIKE A FAT GUY ON CAKE!! either way erections are very strong so very often so the prop is doing its job.
i shoot 1.5ml (75mg/75mg) ED rotating in front quad, top quad, glute, delt, bicep, chest.. right one day, left the other.. and continue as such through the rest of the cycle

how did u twist ur ankle..? rugby? that looks like an absolute bitch man, ALOT of swelling. i presume ur still going to work upper body while it heals right?

OUCH!!!! don't know if it will happen to ya but i rolled my ankle like that few years back and when i elevated it (lying in bed) i would have to get and take a leak the blood would rush back down and when i elevated it again it hurt like a son of a biatch!! let me know if that happens to ya.

DAMN! that doesnt look good with the ankle. No squats for you big guy. You can still work legs good and hobble around for the rest but for now I hope you are using a LOT of ice 24/7 or at least 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off with the ice around the clock. It's really important and DONT use heat for the first 3 days.

Bro ankle is jacked up hope u have a speedy recovery.I have been following this thread the whole time and some really good stuff on here.my question is what gauge and size needle u using when doin your injection in pec's. I have personally only done in legs and glutes and is there any greater advantages doing the shots in the pec's as opposed to glutes/ etc....?

Sorry to hear about your ankle mate, but yeah as someone said try and drop the b/f and add more muscle, im sure tren will do most of the work for that, but your diet will be screaming for help to
Try and address that acne on your back to, u dont want it to get worse.

rolled your ankle...ha, ive done that before and it only hurt a little bit.. yours looks like the terminator , chuck norris and jackie chan all had there way with your ankle, THEN a bus hit it... good luck man hope it heals fast.

update: this was a dif pic then my leg mine was worsae i broke my fibula...\stopped the tren and will start again in a month. fvcking broken legs suck

DAMN sorry to hear that. Looks like my first wife's ankle, she had the same thing from an auto accident. Hope you heal quick. Dont give up on the working out in the mean time. I know it's easy to stop but dont, it's only your ankle. You can still do legs just no squats or press obviously. Dont stop... I had to for 3 months due to eye surgery and it SUCKED. Hard to get back into the groove.

Wow dude, not so lucky with the ankle huh !! But hopefully you can jump right back into it when you heal! Good luck! Im also running tren and test prop, over the wknd hurt my arms arm wrestling, not a smart idea, ima gonna give it a few days, in less than a week expecting it to be good!!
Funny you said no side effects from tren, i shoot 75mg eod, and the days i shoot i get crazy night sweats and CRAAAAZYYY dreams! As far as the cough, only on the first week!

All healed up now, i injured my shoulder while my leg was still recoverying, long story but just getting back into training.. weight dropped down to 208, back to 217 now... lost ALOT of strength, but it will come back.. i havent weighed this little since highschool, but everyone says i look much better, especially the women, so i might change my game plan and try and staty at a lean 220-225 rather than bulk back up to where i was before.
