    MACHINE'S Test and Tren slingshot cycle log

    alright guys.. figured i would get this up eventually been really busy with work and shit so haven't gotten the opportunity till just now../

    i will post up starting pics in the next two posts

    starting stats:
    5'11"
    230lbs
    18%BF
    28
    3 previous cycles (most recent was 600mg test e 12 weeks with an Abomb kicker, ended PCT in late NOV.. so 5 months total off time)

    Proposed Cycle:
    75mg Test Prop 75 mg Tren Ace ED 8 weeks on 2 weeks deload 8 weeks on again
    I will be running tamox at 20mg ED through out
    I will also be running HCG at 500iu 2x a week starting week 4
    I will be doing 120mg Torem on the deload phase as well as 4 weeks of PCT dropping to 60mg last two weeks of PCT.. might do 6 week PCT.. not sure
    will be running nolvadex straight through deload and PCT

    BLOOD WORK WILL BE DONE 6-8 WEEKS AFTER PCT.. BLOOD WORK PREVIOUS TO CYCLE IS SHOWN IN POST #18

    I haven't gotten my test p and tren yet and had some test e laying around so i decided to start at 250mg MWF starting on the 9th of May (7 days ago).. so far i am up to roughly 240lbs in the first week..

    Training will be 5 days a week on a 4 day split.. sometimes 6 days a week.. i am considering doing a morning work out and evening work out 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on.. but will wait to see what happens with energy levels and balancing work with this...

    My Diet will be roughly 4500 calories and will look as follows:

    DIET:
    12:30 Pre-Work Out Shake
    1 cup (100g) ground oats: 151 cal 12p 60c 9f
    1 cup (243g) egg whites: 117 cal 26p 2c 0f
    2 cup (500ml) skim milk: 205 cal 29p 28c 1f

    TBH I know u wanna bulk but if i was in your shoes I would drop the cals down to a little over mtnce and try and drop some BF and gain some size at the same time...

    Kind of a re-comp

    yeah.. i probably will.. i will see how i progress once the tren starts kicking in.. idea is to stay at 230lbs maybe to 235 and get down to 14-15%BF.. this is my first time with tren and i have heard you dont have to eat much to gain a good amount of muscle so i will try to balance it out.. my last cycle was somewhat of a recomp as well.. but i didn't gain as much muscle as i wanted to.. in retrospect i was not eating enough carbs.. so i am going to make and effort to increase carb intake..

    I have calipers and what not so i am gong to keep an eye on my readings (those that i can measure myself).. but the idea is to lose some fat more than it is to gain a shit ton of muscle..

    Thats true, i believe it will help burn fat while he is on the tren , but if the same eating habits are kept after the cycle to what he is on now he will but it back on. IMO

    Good luck with the cycle tho, im sure your pumped for it.

    Slingshot is interesting but I will not run it untill someone can show me test levels b4 and after a 20week cycle...

    i have blood work from last august.. so prior to me doing a 12 week test cycle.. i haven't gotten in after, but i feel great.. i know that does not mean anything.. i will post my blood work once i find it in my very first post

    it is not my eating habits that put on the weight.. it was my lack of cardio but more importantly my social life of beer drinking that kept the lbs on.. I cut that off almost entirely. So i am confident that i will not be putting much if any fat on.. As stated, i am going to keep measurements and a close eye and drop carb/calorie intake if i see myself getting any fatter.

    got my gear today.. did 75mg/75mg (1.5ml) inject into right pec with a 22g 1.25" today.. no coughing and not too sore.. we will see what happens tomorrow if it gets real sore or not. did my pec cause i did chest earlier today and it is going to be sore tomorrow anyways.. so i figured i would inject into the muscle i worked out that day so i do not effect training if it gets sore..

    Blood work from 9 months ago.. as previously mentioned this was 2 weeks before my last cycle and I ended last cycle in late nov.. and then finished PCT by christmas..

    This is for the purpose of seeing if you can fully recover after a load-deload-reload (8on,2off,8on,6week PCT) phase of Ronnie's Slingshot program.. I volunteer to be the human guinea pig.

    Tren has kicked in already.. pumps are good.. gym is great.. eating like a maniac.. sitting at 245lbs now.. so roughly 16lbs in two weeks.. pretty good..

    tren sweats are not that bad.. and pain from test prop is not that bad in glute injections although my pec injection was sore.

    16 ibs in 2 weeks? and 10 ibs in 1 week of test e? i was under the impression that test e takes 3-4 weeks to act as its a long ester.

    no it spikes in day 2 or three then tapers off for 2 weeks.. it is just usually in week 3-4 when it really starts kicking in.. but everyone is different..

    Sounds good so far. Feel like Tren is making any difference in body fat? I have read so many reviews that say "man, the fat is just dropping off me."

    hungry all the time.. i am always eating.. 4500 calories a day and i am still finding my self to be hungry all the time.. The energy is good.. good strength increase in the gym.. pumps are good.. the dreams i have. two so far, were very very vivid like i was in real life.. could taste the food i was eating and smell the smoke in the air type real dreams.. the sweats are mostly unnoticeable durring the day.. although i am always naturally warm and don't sweat much anyways.. the cardio is definitely more difficult though.. so endurance is a tough one.. but nothing horrible.. i have cad a cough, but i smoke cigarettes from time to time and it is not anything that i wouldn't get from time to time anyways.. there was one time where i did start coughing so bad that i threw up my morning shake... but that also could have been because i took the Red Line pre workout energy pills prior to eating the shake.. so tough to tell if that was really from the tren and not the cigarettes or energy pills on an empty stomach..

    the pain from the prop is completely bearable and seems to be barely even sore after injection now.. i mean it is as soar as a minor bruise for a day, but nothing crippling, again i think a lot of that is cause the prop is dosed at 50mg per ml.. so it would naturally be less painful.

    I cant necessarily say the fat is melting off, but i do appear leaner but that may be because the rest of me looks bigger.. i will take measurements and pics when done with the first 8 weeks.

    I weighed in at 245lbs this morning.. so about 15 lbs above starting weight..

    again.. workouts are great

    So i am on one week total test/tren and just 17 days total on test and feel great.. when i go open the fridge i feel like i could pick it up and throw it accross the room.. so the general feeling of well being and constant pump is there.. my muscles are noticeable harder, lats, traps, shoulders, arms, chest and legs all noticeably bigger and harder. There is a noticeable difference between this and the test only cycle i did last time.. not sure how much is the prop and how much is the tren, but regardless they are a great combo.

    Leg work outs going up about 30kg on all lifts
    Bench is up 20kgs..
    i can do 5x10 pull ups now.. which before i needed assistance.. so back is much stronger as well..

    All together i would say it is about a 15% increase in strength, 7.5% increase in size in a little over two weeks.. interested to see where i will be at in 8 weeks... hoping to be at 250lbs and slightly less fat.


    As for the sweats.. they are noticeable but not unbearable.. my palms are often sweaty when just sitting down in front of the tv and i sweat much more during workouts now.. i usually didn't sweat at all. and when doing cardio it just pours like buckets. the towel is soaked in 15 minutes and there is several noticeable drips dropping at any given moment.. but its HIIT cardio. you are supposed to sweat.

    all together i am very happy with this and looking forward to what else it can do.

    that is a pretty poor effort if u culdnt complete sets of pull-ups b4 cycle :P granted im ALOT lighter but bodyweight excercises have always been easy 2 me.

    r u gonna be running the test e 4 the rest of the cycle..? or were u just using up what u had left over? pretty sweet gains! and u see the leinster match last week man?! was fvcking incredible...

    yeah great stuff..

    as for the pull ups.. by assistance i mean i was able to do like 7-8 reps raw wide grip. did 12 with like 12kg assistance. i was able to do sets of ten before i cut.. but cutting lost me a bit of muscle so i was a bit weaker then i was naturally going into this.. I think a better reference for this is that i do 290lbs for 5 sets of 12 on the pull down machine. and 270lbx5x10 on row machine.. as that is as high as it goes... i do pull ups last, and widegrip is a bit harder than regular but definitely "flares out" your lats...

    As for your test question... i only front loaded with the test e for four shots starting on the 9th of may.. MWFM 300mgs each shot... as i need this 8 on 2 of 8 on to end at a certain time as i do not want to walk onto the rugby field on tren .. your endurance would just become a nightmare.. I will be starting the HCG next week at 250iu EOD through out weeks 4-18.. i balls are realy tiny now so i definitely need it..

    I'm reping 5x5x140kgs.. slowly down to 1" from my chest and then back up slowly.. i think i will so 150kg next week though as it was like i could have done 6-7 reps on my last set this time around.. last cycle i peaked at 4x10x140kgs and 4x8x150kgs.. even a month after PCT i was 4x8x130kg.. but i lost a lot of strength on my cutting cycle.. so some of this is just muscle memory..

    with GB's calculator
    18%BF @ 245lbs makes my LBM 200.9lbs x 15 = 3000 which is what my TDEE is with no exercise at all..

    according to BMR calculator.. my bmr is 2305 and heavy exercise (6-7 days a week) the calculator is 1.75xBMR which is what the calculator i used calculated.. so i do not agree with GB's calculator.. (sorry GB)

    I am also getting 8-9 hours of good sleep every night as well.

    Hell, you could probably hit 4 plates right now. I've never done 5×5, ill give a try though

    I am using it on dead lifts and bench only.. the rest i do 5x8-10 reps.. sometimes 12 reps since the machines/DB's only goes up so high in my gym.

    If you want to add a bunch of weight on your bench use this program.. i got up to 405lbs from 365lbs in 6 weeks naturally.. this shit rocks.. i do not want to go that low on reps with tren though as i am concerned that i might tear my pec by lifting too heavy by trying to do negatives on tren.. i might give it a go in the last 8 weeks though.. just to set a new personal record.

    only pay attention to the chest work outs.. ignore the rest of the work out do your own back and leg work outs on those days and do bench two times a week.

    Nice progress so far mate. How long did it take for the Tren to kick in ? Also since you have the same dose of Tren & Prop did draw each oil into the same syringe to do just 1 shot =O ?

    As for higher BF% like 25% or so you might be more prone to gyno cause you already have bitch tits and it is hard to see what is going on under the fat.. If the rule is 15% for power lifters than you could kiss the strongman competition goodbye.. i agree you should be 20% or blow to start AAS.. se how the side effects are.. worst case scenario you get puffy nipples ad water retention.. take some adex and problem solved
