    My 1st Stacking Cycle Deca/Test Eth/ Anavar

    Will be Starting this Cycle Jan 2nd 2012. Still doing research to improve it currently, so working document, and cycle so far.
    Anyone see any improvements I can make to it? Goals = be at 225 at end of it, bigger, stronger, healthy

    Cycle Log

    Age 32
    Weights 11 years
    Height: 5ft 11inch
    Weight: 195lbs
    bf is around 15%
    Cycle history: Deca Twice for 10 weeks each in 2003 (Did No as PCT )

    Cycle
    Weeks 1-5 D-Bol 50mg pday (10mg morning/30mg PPWO/10mg evening)
    Weeks 1-10 - 500mg Deca (Monday AM & Thursday PM)
    Weeks 1-12 - 400mg Test E (Monday AM & Thursday PM)
    Weeks 12-13 Anavar 50mg pday (10mg morning/30mg PPWO/10mg evening)

    PCT
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    Workout Program (5 days Per Week/35 minutes each)
    Monday: Chest & Abs
    Tuesday: Quads & Hamstrings
    Wednesday: Shoulders & Calfs
    Thursday: Back & Abs
    Friday: Bicep/Tricep
    Cardio: Ride Road bike on weekends, 1-2 hours each

    Diet
    Work out Day:
    20-21 Calories per pound of Body Weight (4,000)
    2 grams of Protein/Carbs per BW (400)
    .5 grams of fat per BW (95-100)

    Non-Work out Day:
    16 Calories per pound of Body Weight (3,200)
    1.5 grams of Protein (300)
    1 Carb per BW (200)
    .65 grams of fat per BW (125-130)
