    Thx bro I'm done with cycle I'm now 183 it's day 4 of pct look better overall now as weight lost was mainly water on face abs and ancles....
    Sex drive is really good till now strength and mood is really good also don't know if it's gonna be like that through the rest of pct but I hope so.

    Actually I was planing to stay on 8iu till a month post pct but I feel I've already recovered in first week of pct and feel really good and strong so I dropped it to 4 iu starting today to avoid further nose growth as this is the only side I don't like about this hgh dose.

    Dropped the hgh to 4 iu and week 1 of pct is over I feel really good I'm down to 181 and back up to 183 but much more cut and face is turning human again....I'm verry happy at the results till now I didnt want to continue on the 8iu as my nose is getting bigger it's shrinking now and that's the only negative thing about the whole cycle.

    For me it was deeeeep sleeeeeep and extreme recovery. And some minor fat drop like 2% or sth really good mood all the time

    Ok guys this is good news my face and nose are back to normal I did the body analysis I do every week and I'm day 11 pct so the prop is completely out of my system I've dropped 3 lbs of water and every thing else is the same sex is perfect all through pct till now mood is really better than when I was on test hgh I take 3iu Ed as I think it's no good for big doses the sides are not worth it and at low dose u only get benefitssssssss.....

    Great you finished so strong. Beforeandafter is impressive - esp shoulders and traps,but you look thicker all around. Keeping your gains will be all diet - seems like you've got the pct nailed. Great way to start off the new year! Props!

    Actually I'm eating one meal less than on cycle since day 9 pct I didnt want to replace the lost water weight with fat but I'm gonna up that starting today as I'm 177 lbs this morning after 12 hour fast as I skipped the bedtime shake stupid me.
    I'm gonna try to regain some mass during the rest of pct hope it's doable....

    Thx man for following my traps were lagging before this cycle so the emphasis was on traps and shoulders and triceps and calves as all other muscles grow really easy for me happy u noticed.

    Day 13 pct had a biiiig meal at 5pm took a nap from 6 to 10pm woke up really pumped and had whey two scoops of whey with A big sweet potato then had a steak with basmati rice ..... Still one meal to go ill keep updates of how I can recover lost mass during and after pct as this is the most important part of the cycle IMHO as everyone gains on cycle but keeping the gains is all what matters...

    So you think don't back off the food? How many calories were you consuming during your cycle and how many now?

    Dont back of the food and keep it clean now I'm consuming same like on cycle I don't count cals but I take in 6 50g protein servings with as much carbs as I can stomach and that usually is more than enough to bulk me it's just I needed a break and I got it during the past week now I'm back at eating biig.
    Its all about the food intake.

    Day 14 pct I'm back up to 179 I feel really good and my strength is still same like on cycle I don't know how but I'm loading creatine since the last week of the cycle.
    I'll try to gain back more the more I recover my natty system....

    you should do some blood work when u are 2 weeks out of PCT - check the estro and cortisol as well as test. (JMO)

    Ok guys weight is stable now and everything seems to have returned to normal again libido is 80% back And sexual performanc is 100% back don't know if that means any thing but had morning wood today when I woke up.
    Strength is still all there and I put on lots of quality muscle that I think I'm gonna keep from how things are going till now and overall I feel great.

    Excellent! Yeah the wood is a good sign of recovery! When you get your bloods - make sure you get the estrogen checked too - thats unusual on male panels but good to include if you are cycling. Mine was really high a while back and i had no idea - had to step up my exemestane to ed from eod.

    I'm mid week 4 pct and I have almost all my size I'm at 180 but when I'm working out and pumped I look bigger than when I was 185 I'm really happy with the results till now......
    I'm thinking of stopping pct by the end of this week as I feel fully recovered is this a bad idea????

    Good progress bro! You'll always look bigger cut than if you have a few more %bf its good seeing the striations when working out!!
    I would finish the PcT mate, better to fully recover, be safe rather than sorry! Get your t levels back to as normal as possible

    I wanted to give my system a break couse I've been blasting protein and training for almost 8month to the max so I'm taking it easy till end of march probably then I'll start cutting my aim now is to maintain what I have I eat three big meals lots of carbs a day and two shakes and workout i stick to basic movements and try to keep my strength and I got the trx and put two or three exercises into my workout and it's amazing and I rest more like 3 days a week.

    I'm back to 183 lbs with a lil more fat as I'm eating more to stay anabolic and I'm not thinking about cutting before may or April

    I'm verry happy and I've had zero sides
