32 5'7 172 13%bf squat 405 dead 365 bench 220x5 16"arms
I've been working out natty all my adult life got my diet in check almost 3years ago
on hgh at 4 iu ed for 5month now bumped it to 8 iu Ed with the start of my 1st Test cycle of 75mg prop Ed started oct1st.

181.7lbs
started on .25mg arimidex Bloat is half gone but still my nose is much bigger than before...lol
Muscles are much fuller and really obvious to everyone I'm getting much bigger I get this comment from any one who talks to me for more than 1sec

Muscles are getting harder and weight increase is a lot less than before al though I'm eating everything in sight an stopped counting cals I consume 300+ protein per day with lots of extra cals but no junk.
Sometimes throw a pizza here or there twice a week to help with the weight increase.

It was a big fight between me and the scale the whole week to get to this weight.

Starting to have prob digesting food at night I wake up feel that I wanna puke.
Jeans are to tight gonna change my size today for the first time in more than 10 years.
Arms are 17" no pump.
My size increase is now the main topic whenever I try to talk to someone.
Water in my body got a lot less but ppl tell me my face looks diff don't know what that is?
Still 7weeks to go target 200lbs+

I started gaining some fat though don't know if I should ease on the weight gain or gain the max now and cut later like around march when I've solidified my gains. I cut pretty easily it's the muscle gain that's hard for me.
I'm at ~16% right now.

Been cutting cals for 3days now dropped fat back to 14.5% and am @187 so I gained almost 2lbs of muscle wile dropping 3lbs of fat in 3 days.....this s**t is f***en amazing!!!

is your goal simply weight gain? i used to this and got lost on what i was really doing....... dont always use the scale as a judge...... just my 2cents!!

Weight is at 188.3
Lost a lot of water and weight is almost the same so gaining muscle for sure.
Getting really strong......
Nipple issues completely gone.

I've been dieting all week so weight is at 185 but dropped some water and fat due to cutting carbs a lil.
Overall my body looks bigger and harder and strength Is through the roof.

Weight 184 dropped some more bf and gained some mass overall look bigger but weight is less so this will be the direction I'll be taking for the coming 4 weeks as I like my size now.

So overall gained 17lbs of muscle while dropping 4 lbs of fat

Ok guys here is the diet that I had most success with during the last 9 weeks:
Meal1:5whole eggs.1lb of black beans.
Olive oil
Meal2:10oz chiken breasts. 2cups white rice.salad
Pre wo: 50gms whey 10oz sweet potato
Pst wo: 50gms whey 50 gms simple carbs
Meal5: 10oz salmon. 1 cup rice
Meal6: 10oz chicken breasts. 1cup rice. Salad
When I ate this during the past 9 weeks improvement was guaranteed daily.

My body is changing dramatically in a totally different way in the past two weeks I'm getting much more muscle density weight is the same but I'm getting much dryer so must be gaining muscle ill check bf% end of week 12

bro - impressive changes in a short period of time - i had to do a paste up to really see the difference, but it's clear you are adding size and staying the same or lower BF. Must be the diet too. nice work. you've got me stoked to try out the higher dosage!
