    Sus, decca, tren e.

    Hi this is my 4th strength cycle

    ive done sus decca and test e decca

    now i was thinking of doing a sus, tren e cycle
    what are yoru thoughts on this

    ill be running sus for 1-12 week at 500 per week
    tren e for 1-10 week 250/week
    hcg 10-12 week
    clomid 15-18 week

    i also have anadrol that i can mix into it and i have decca

    is a good idea to run tren and decca at the same time?

    ive never ran tren so any imput would be great thanks.. if you want to know my diet i can post it again for you

    im also doing a 5x5 work out 3 times a week of compound workouts..

    in this cycle i just want to get my strength up..

    I wouldn`t run deca and tren together as they are both 19-nors and it makes even less sense being your first run with Tren.

    thanks ya i figured as much but some "guy" at the gym told me to run both.

    thanks ill stick to the tren

    ok so i just got my gear and im going to start this weekend

    is it true that the more you squat the higher you can jump?

    or does it just have to do wiht you fast twitch muscles?

    no!! U need to do fast movements to make progress with your jumping!

    Its good to have big muscles in ur legs though! It will help, but it's all FTF baby

    so im on week two right now and ive already gained 4lbs??
    ive lowered my cals to about 2700 a day
    i know i was going to gain some weight but i didnt think so quickly is this normal?

    Unless you weigh about 130 lbs, you probably need to bump the calories a pinch. 2700 seems a little low for a cycle.

    But I'm trying to gain a little weight as possible
    I Really want to gain strength and hopefully not go over 230 lbs
