I attached a cycle that I will be starting in about 2 weeks. Please let me know what you think.

I am 6ft 228lbs about 23% body fat.

My diet
4 egg whites/ 1 cup oatmeal
8oz tuna
2 Lean Body MRP within the whole day
large green salad/ with chicken or Tuna
Steak/fish/chicken and 1 cup brown rice or Mixed Vegs
3 scoops whey protein within the whole day (PWO) 1 scoop whey protein

Supplements I’m taking:
milk thistle
animal pak

The times I eat change on a daily bases with School and work so that’s why there are no times on each meal. Also the times i go to the gym are different as well.

My Work Out
Cardio in the Am before breakfast
Gym will be Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs/Friday
