    first cycle. test prop

    Hey guys. This is my first cycle so any comments or advice would be a great help.
    Stats
    Age28
    Height 6'1
    Weight 185 to start
    Been training hard for 10 plus years
    Deadlift 450 raw
    Squat 485 raw
    Bench 255
    Clean and press 195
    Preacher curl 185
    This is day 15 so my stats are pre cycle only.
    My cycle is 150mg eod of test prop for 8 to 10 weeks
    I will be starting liquidex at 0.50mg eod in three days when it arrives.
    Pct 100/70/50/50 clomid and 40/40/20/20 nova

    So the first two weeks I really had no gains but as of yesterday I'm up to 187 and I got my max on Deadlift for 3 then 315 for 20 just because I could lol. I have not felt like I did in the gym yesterday for years and it was amazing! Today my workout partner had to cancel so I am relaxing because my right elbow and shoulder are smoked so I don't really want to push the issue with them lol. My vasculinity is crazy and I'm hopping that the ai in a couple days will assist in reducing water retention so I will look even better.

    All I have to say is there are a lot of people on this site who know there stuff! Listen and you will be very happy with the results.

    I will try and update this daily.

    Lol yeah my biceps are my naturally strongest muscle in relation to performance. It actually kinda sucks cause my triceps are my weakest which affect my bench so I would love it the other way around. Thanks though bro I will keep pushing trust me.

    How big are your arms?

    185 is a grip

    I hit hammer curls with 60's

    There is a guy at my gym that does 110's on each arm. He makes me look like a twig.

    Hammer curls 110 damn, me I always did hammers to exhaust the muscle and only maybe up to 50 lbs.. For me it the opposite my tris are my strong part.. One point was walking around with 20 inch guns mostly tris lol

    185 preacher curl with a bar..... I get 65 dumb bell curls for sets with my back against the wall. Also size does not always mean strength. And triceps make your arms look bigger then biceps do overall biceps are two muscles triceps three so triceps make up more of your arm trust me bigger triceps are better then bigger biceps. My arms are big for my size about 16 inch last time I checked like a month ago.

    You know, it really is true. Size does not directly show strength. I look huge, but my chest is weak as fvck.

    My arms are solid though. But, I am right @ 18" now and no way in how hell I can curl 185 on anything.

    Day 16

    Pinned today. First time I had any trouble with it had to hit 4 times but I guess I was pinning to slow so it shouldn't happen again.

    No gym today shoulder is still not feeling great giving it today and tomorrow off even though I'm dieing to lift!!! Fml!!!
    I think im going to straight up bulk on this cycle I was going to try to build lean mass but I'm always lean and its time to say screw it and get big. I'm still doing it pretty clean no junk just forcing the cals down.

    Nothing's changed really from yesterday. My shoulder feels better and my ai will be here today so imma start that. Back to the gym tomorrow!!! Chest and tris I'm g2g baby!!!!

    Day 18

    Started my ai yesterday. 0.3mg liquidex eod.

    Pinned this morning went to work then gym for two hours after work. Yeah buddy!! Results are amazing already! I have been stuck on bench for about a year prior to cycle my bench is up 15 pounds already and I think I coulda got more it was cake!!! I'm breaking loving it!! It's gonna suck coming off.
    I have been eating everything the last couple days like 4000 cals plus and my weight is down!!!! 183 pounds right now. I think I'm going to start a dirty fast hard core bulk I'm going to check nutrition section first but I gain weight so hard.

    u are curling ur bodyweight that is farked bro!! i curl 55-60kg regularly, but my strength never increases! and u have the same stats as me, except im 5'11, 185 with 16+" arms, your tris must be lagging! get some photos up bro! threads with photos always attract more ppl! which = more help and better accountablilty

    Barbell curl strength seems pointless. I do high rep for biceps ans really squeeze at the top

    Yeah my tris really are weak in comparison to other muscle groups.
    And yes barrel curls heavy are not really impressive.
    Trust me guys I would much rather have stronger bigger tris and weaker bies f***ing genetics lol.
    I'm nervous about posting pics cause of topic of forum but I will at some point I have a couple on my phone pre cycle I believe.
    So day 20 and I'm gaining great strength is up like crazy and I'm gaining weight finally and continue to work on diet with help on here.
    I'm sitting at 189 now !!!! I'm stored. I don't really feel the best today so short and sweet with this post. Sorry.

    Ok so its day 23 i think and i have not felt the best the past couple days and my body is not use to the food intake i am doing but its working so Im going with it. I've been plowing through the weights like crazy my power is off the hook right now I've gone up 60 pounds on my deadlift 20 or more on my bench and idk how much on my squat it is crazy.
    i am at 190 now which is amazing for me cause gaining weights is not easy for me bit with some real good advice on here its working. my physique is still good Im really happy so far.

    So today is day 24 its my off day so Im planning on relaxing and doing absolutely nothing. i pin in a couple min then eat again then back to bed maybe.

    Pinned today went well
    my energy is back i feel good so that was just a lil bump in the road
    hit the gym today did bis and back man the pump was so intense it got hard to lift felt like i was gonna tear something but the strength was crazy!!!
    I look like a monster right now with a good pump lol
    lost a couple pounds which is strange but with this diet its hard to get everything down. i feel like throughing up i have to eat so much lol. important staying pretty solid with the diet though.
    I know alot of people would kill to have my metabolism but dam.
    I look like important 210 not 190 right now all my muscles always have a hard round look not a long flat look like most people at 6'1 but now my peaks are really popping.
    Over all even with my poor planning i am very impressed with this cycle and i am so greatfull for all the help i got on here.

    This cycle was ended early due to bad fake but more likely just really underdosed gear.
    I have a New cycle going with a New thread.
