10 Week Cycle P90X
1-10 Test E 500
1-4 Dbol 30mg
Here is my transformation after my first cycle and workouts exclusively from P90X. Mostly two upper body workouts in my living room and mountain biking for cardio - legs. My legs are pretty built already from biking. I just started my second cycle 10 days ago and I will do the same thing - work out with dumbbells in my living room. Diet was a lot of protein and just eat what I want when I was hungry - low fat for the most part.
Eventually I may have to suck it up and go to a gym, but for now, life is good at home!Last edited by Dianablah; 07-31-2012 at 07:14 PM.

Nice transformation!
Never heard of anyone doing a cycle and do P90X lol, That's awesome. A lot of respect for Tony.
What are your goals?

Thanks fellas. Right now my goals are to drop 5% body fat by Jan 1, my 40th birthday so this cycle is different than the last one plus learning from my mistakes! Something to shoot for but dropping body fat takes a lot of discipline and I am getting there.

I had never heard of a cycle and p90x but I had no doubt it would work after doing the upper body workouts and the pump I got. In my youth, I worked out a lot in gyms and I had never seen ANYONE go through an upper body workout as grueling as the two of them on P90X.
