First Cycle Results...Thoughts? Be honest. Don't hurt me.
Hello everyone, here are my first cycle results.
Test Cyp 400mg/week 12 weeks (won't do that again) Currently doing 8 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Stats before 5'10" 25 180lbs guesstimate 17-18%. Prior to cycle i cut down naturally from 195 to 180.
After 208 after PCT guesstimate BF still 17-18% (dirty bulk) I ate everything in site. Just wanted to get bigger.

Good results, you have defo added some size, well done...
Just make sure you maintain for a short period post PCT and then really hit it hard to keep your set point a little higher

Thanks man. Been real hesitant on posting pics, but decided to so I could get some real honest thoughts. Currently trying to lower BF. Really want to get under the 15% before I hit it hard again.

Thanks for your input. I have had prior lifting experience for a few years consistently during my time in the Marine Corps and before that but I did stop for a year before I got back into the gym, so I shrank then decided to juice. Since then I have been reading the forums I see I should have stayed lifting before I started to juice consistently.

You are right about staying motivated I def didn't want to be one of these guys who gets swole off of one cycle and then quit and it all goes away. This has been a lifestyle change. The before picture was taken early August of 2011 and the after was in December 2011 after PCT. I have actually been able to maintain my size and get to 215 naturally where I currently sit at now. Been hard and had to learn to diet better as well. Instead of eating everything I have based my diet off of the UNOFFICIAL "HOW TO CUT" post by rambo. Like I said earlier been trying to lower BF. Trying to get rid of the "stocky" look like you said and get more defined.

I haven't tried non fat greek yogurt. I had to start cooking a lot of food on one day and then pack my meals for on the go...pain in the ass but better than fast food ya know.

I think you made some good gains. If everyone had a perfect first cycle and got the desired results they wanted, we wouldn't need to do another cycle. You did well for 400 mgs. a week. Sounds like you are doing your homework in terms of diet, just stay at it.

Thanks Brown, I did okay on my diet. I have invested a lot of time reading in the diet and nutrition section now. After seeing guys on here preaching about diet I figured it has to be truth. 400mgs to me was thought to be a lot. I see after being on here some guys use a lot more than 400mgs. I just don't want to use to much and **** myself up. I'm terrified of causing irreversible health problems.
