Good day everyone,
Started my second cycle today, i will be doing 6 weeks of 30 mgs D-Bol and 12 of Test-E 500
Stats:
24
5'11
Cycle exp: First Cycle was Test-E for 10 weeks with Aromasin EOD 6.5 mgs
218 lbs
Goal: To gain more mass, then cut eventually.
Diet is very clean, my diet is as follows: i think its around 3000-3500 cals ( 2 cheat meals per week, nothing crazy though )
Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1 cup water, 1 cup egg whites, 2 scoops of protein, half cup berries, peanut butter ( blended in a shake )
meal 2: 200g chicken, 150g rice, or potato
meal 3: PWO Shake, 3 scoops protein, 1 scoop of carbs, 1 scoop creatine, some fiber
meal 4: 200g chicken, 150g rice, or potato and 50g veg
meal 5: 200g chicken, 150g rice, or potato and 50g veg
meal 6 (before bed) 3 scoops protein, fish oil, peanut butter
Notes, sometimes i'll change my protein source around, same thing with the carb source, i've been eating this way since last july and i am very happy with the outcome so far. I dont drink either.
Supplements:
Animal Pak
Vit C
Fish oil
BCAA
Protein
Waxy Maize
Creatine
Coffee
Excited to see how dbol is Wondering when i'll feel the effects of it ..?

im about to run the same exacct cycle..prev cycle was dbol only 40mg for roughly 5-6 weeks and it was great, gained roughly 15 lbs and kept all gains plus more after PCT (tomox).. goodluck

The D-Bol is a nice kick, but I have to say it wasn't really necessary. At least from what I see now. All the weight I gained from it is water but it might turn being beneficial since the strength increase was almost instant.

Cycle update:
Cycle is going very well, mood is good, libido is good
I can feel the dbol kicking in, I love this stuff it's awesome. I feel more aggressive in the gym and can def pump out more reps, not to mention the insane pump I get from it.
It's been a week on it, weight is about the same sitting at 222 lbs
Minor acne on back, sweats at night. Taking two showers a day
The only side I was concerned about is the back pumps\kidney discomfort.
Not sure exactly what it is, but I started another thread on it.
Diet is 100% in check, and I'm drinking lots of water, still taking aromasin at 6.25 mgs EOD, I have no bloat at all.
Overall I am very happy so far

Coming onto my second week of the cycle.
Haven't noticed much strength increase. I have noticed a bit more aggression in the gym which is nice.
Still getting the back pumps occasionally but they're not as bad as the first week.
Minor acne on back, 3 zits...
Mood is good, libido good.
Nipples were a little sensitive, doing 6.25 mg of aromasin ED
Waiting for the test to kick in... Weight is the same, arms are a little fuller which is always a bonus
What do you guys think about upping the dbol dosage a bit ???

Just finishing up week three of the cycle, so far so good.
No real sides...
Bumped my aromasin to 12.5 mg e3d
Mood/libido real good.
Starting to feel this synergy effect with the dbol and test, definitely can pump out more reps, and you get that aggressive feeling while lifting.
Weight is at 226
My expectations with dbol were still a little higher...
Diet is on point, and so are the lifts.
Is it bad that I'm already thinking about my next cycle ...? lol

Hey guys, just a little update...
Nothing really new to report. The cycle is going very well, no sides except for minor back pumps on back day.
Diet is still dialed in. Sitting at 228
Mood good
Aromasin e3d
Strength from test is kicking in which is nice, next week will be my last week of dbol
After this cycle I think I'm going to lower my daily cals by 600 to get a little cut for summer.
Oh ! I've been getting really bad shin splints lately, they suck...

Alright guys, I haven't really been updating the log much ... Heheh
The cycle is pretty much done, this Saturday will be 14 days after my last pin, and I start pct that day
Pct will be 500 iu HCG for 10 days, 100 mg clomid ten days and down to 50 mg for 3 weeks
What did i think of the cycle
It's was overall pretty good, I had higher expectations for dbol but overall I'm impressed with the sides, because I had virtually none.
Water retention was minimal about 4 lbs with the dbol ( after 6 weeks I dropped down to 224, from 228 )
Currently sitting at 221
The one thing I didn't like about dbol was the fact that I was seeing a lot of my hair on the floor in the shower...
Something to look out for I guess if you care about that sort of thing...

Next cycle I'm debating between low dose is test and tren , or test deca ... We shall see
Also I'm gonna add clen to my pct to keep me lean on this bulk diet and tighten me up a little for summer. We'll see how that turns out.
