    Wrong forum..

Either way you need to lose weight. A lot of weight.

I would first diet down to at least 15% body fat. Get your diet/ training back under control. If you're planning on using the gear you have, keep it on the side for now as a reward when you've reached these goals. And use your time meanwhile researching/ learning more about proper use of AAS.

You need to diet down a bit and reduce your bf a lot more, cycling at this bf will only increase the sides.
How long have you been training?
    what is your diet like?
    do you do cardio?

I trained really hard 4 years ago and on and off since. I got injured and gained 180lbs in a year and a half and lost 70 and have kept it off. I can lose about another 70 in 2 months with straight cardio. and be where I need to be. my diet is okay right now but am going to tighten it up. Im just trying to do my research right now. would any of those help me cut weight cuz muscle gain helps burn fat. just asking?

Keep up the good work but dont take steroids yet, you need to reduce your bf alot more before going down that route. Start training hard again with weight because more muscle you have the better and also hit the cardio to take off the bf. Do this slowly and when you come to a sticking point either adjjust your diet and step up the cardio but little increases will help you progress further down the right path but your a bit off steroids imho

When you have a high bf % it increases the conversion factor of testosterone to estrogen, this will increase the sides related to high estrogen. You can also be more likely to higher water retention sides and increased BP when you have a higher BF %. Fat cell receptors have more of an affinity to aromatising so if you have more fat cells than you have more of a chance estrogen related sides.
