    Female Var log

Hi people this is a female var log as inspired by ElectaMaddox and Sweetss.
So this is my first var cycle after 2 hard years of natural dedication, I have decided to up the game.
Probably be posting every few days or per week. Initially going to be on var for 4 weeks and I'll take it from there.
    Supplements:
Var 10mg (x2 per day, split dose)
    T3 25mg (4x ED, 2 days on, 2 days off)
    T4 (200mg every other day)
The reason for the T3 and T4 is that without the T4 I have a major thyroid crash while on it and start getting the shakes, although I can drop 5 pounds of fat per week.
Diet: aiming for around 1500 calories per day.
    Regimen:
Gym every day, alternating between weights and cardio. Cardio 1hr HIIT cycling, weights as heavy as they can go.
The main reason for this cycle is to majorly tone and lose fat, hopefully get a 6-pack but not turn into really big muscles.
Hope this give some support or interest to anyone thinking about starting a cycle or is on one just now.
    Current stats:
    Height-5'8"
    Weight-138lb
    Body fat %-19.4
    Chest-34"
    Waist-28.5
    Hips-36"
    Hips and butt-38.5"

    Wish me luck!!!

Good luck. . . Is four weeks a little short? I don't remember the other ladies' cycle durations.

But, I get thrown off quite a bit since it's just so different from a guy.

Post up your progress, var seems to hit females pretty good.

I guys this hasn't been much of a log_ I'll start again and do a proper log on my next cycle

I think I may have to stop using these for a bit because I currently have extremely high blood pressure. And this is with aerobic exercise and a low salt, low fat diet.
I am also losing my sight at times and I have read that high blood pressure can cause blurred vision.

As for gains my arms are pumped!!!!

I need to do something about my belly though as it seems to have gotten bigger? or not decreased... one of the two...

    My tits have defiantly shrunk.

My periods have stopped completely, no spotting problem THANK GOD!!!!

A for weightloss, there hasn't been any, inchloss nope although I can see a slight change. It is true that it takes about 2 weeks to feel the effect. I think I may try a 12.5 or 15 next time coz 10 was ok but i think it could be better.
I can lift much bigger weights!
I can lift 55lb with each arm 4 sets 12 reps.
    319lb calf extension
    297lb hip abductors
    275lb hip adductors
the whole weight lift is just beautiful

I was a strong person anyway but leveling up arms was so difficult! Var has definitely helped me here!

As for other sides, there has been a bit of depression, the high blood pressure and....ahem...things getting a bit bigger downstairs....

I think this is the end for now. No more T3, T4 or var until i get my blood pressure down!

This seems like way too short of a cycle..only 2 weeks? You really wont get to experience the full affects of the var. i wouldnt consider increasing your dose until u complete at least 4-8 weeks at 10mg. Also if ur experiencing those sides i wouldnt increase ur dosage. I have never heard a women experiencing depression or anything abormally growing at such sides at a low dose. I was at 12.5mg for 10 weeks and had very minimal sides.

It is too short a cycle only because of the high blood pressure side effect.

My BP is currently at 160/70, it's far too high, so I need to stop everything that I'm taking to get this down before it causes permanent damage to my kidneys.
I personally think the problem is the high doses of T3, which will take at least 2 weeks to get back to normal.

I think I may have high t levels naturally, as I can build muscle really easily without supplements. So the var probably gave this a bigger boost that in women with normal levels of t.

I'm taking a break for now and then going on another, proper, cycle once everything has calmed down
