Hmmm...is it strange for a 30 year old to have a wet dream, or did my test prop kick in...lol. Christ, I woke up in a mess and thought I was a teenager! Please tell me this has happened to someone else. I am going to try my delts for the first time today, so wish me luck. I have not had problems with the glutes or quads, but I think I will need more sites if I plan on ED injects.

Well, Day 56 has come and gone and sadly there is no exciting progress to report. I have managed to put on some lbm since I started the tren prop a week ago, and my strength is returning, but I have not moved from 14% bodyfat in over a week. I think I know why I was losing strength in the beginning of my cutting plan; my dextrose was mislabeled and I was only getting half the amount of carbs I needed in my post workout shake! I have added some extra cardio, and I will use the proper amount of dextrose now so maybe the fat will start melting off again. I find it hard to believe that having booze on my cheat day totally prevents fat loss during the week, but I will try a booze free weekend to see what happens. I took another picture, but I don't see much difference since the last one so I won't post it. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have made more progress and I will post a new picture for comparison. The tren and prop are definitely starting to kick in, as I can hardly sleep at night and I have the night sweats. Later.

I was looking over that wet dream thread and LMAO!!! It just brought back memories to this time when I was a teenager and I woke up in a mess. I though I pissed myself during the night but when I felt what goo I had left down there, it was all sticky and a mess. I wish I would have remembered who the dream was about because she must have been good.

Day 63 has come and gone, and I am happy to say that the fat has stopped being so stubborn and is finally starting to come off again. I have not made any drastic change in bodyfat, but my lbm has increased while I decreased fat...thanks tren /prop. Even though you will not see much change, I am happy to be getting some strength back and to see some fat loss. Here are my current stats and a new picture: 202lbs at 13.4% bodyfat, a single skinfold test said 12% and change so I called bullshit and did a three site skinfold. I will post pic number one again for reference.
Does anyone know a way to put the pictures side by side without a scanner?

Does anyone else think that women are put on this planet simply to torment men? I have not been able to do cardio in the morning all week for two reasons: 1) Rain on Monday and Tuesday, and 2) a persistent member of the opposite sex that wishes to date me. On Tuesday night she calls and asks if she can spend the night because she did not feel comfortable at the house where she was supposed to sleep. I say okay with intentions of being asleep by the time she finished dancing. Well she comes over, wakes me up to crawl into bed, and then proceeds to grind against me all night even though we decided it was best that we did not sleep together anymore because we do not share mutual romantic feelings for one another. Now imagine the will power it took to deny her advances considering that I am on test and she is sexy as hell, albeit not the type of girl that I want to date. I managed to make it through the night, but I got very little sleep as the little fella came out to play and did not want to go home until he had his way. Needless to say, no cardio the next day, and sex on the brain all day at work. Last night while I am lying in bed she calls again to ask if she can come over. I think about for awhile and my brain said "Nooooo," but the test had more control and said "YES!" I gave in, had sex like a porn star all night and in the morning, and was too exhausted to do cardio. Damn women! Damn Test! So here I sit at work with the morning after sex grin, and the droopy eye I want to go back to bed look. Now that I gave in, I will have to explain to her once again why we are not right for one another. Hmmm...I wonder if I will have a productive work out?

Alright guys, I need some advice. My female friend showed up today with gifts for me and I told her I could not accept them, but I finally gave in and kept the clothes. How do you make a girl understand that you are not interested in dating her seriously without being an asshole to her? I have explained why we should not date one another, but she keeps trying to get me to change my mind. I want to remain friends with this girl, but I cannot make her understand that we will never be "together." Help a brutha out!

I had an awesome workout today fellas! Must have been all the sex I had this weekend...lol. I did chest and abs today and completely destroyed myself by combining high weight sets and ending with slow high rep sets. Bench went two warm up, 225*11 (goal was 12), 265*3, 225*8. Next was incline dumbells: 75*8, 80*6, 90*5, 70*8. I polished off chest with incline cable flyes supersetted with hanging leg raises for 4 sets, and followed those with 4 sets of slow incline sit ups. What a nice short intense workout.
As an update to my cutting progress, I have to say that my progress is slow and steady. I would like to drop bodyfat faster, but I think I was having a hard time with the loss of strength. Today was day 70 and here are my current stats: 201 pounds; 12.8% bodyfat per a three site skinfold. According to those stats compared to my first week, I have gained 6 lbs of muscle and lost just over 10 pounds of fat. Like I said, nothing miraculous but I won't quit until I hit 8% bodyfat. Tomorrow is back and traps day.

Thanks for the support HP. I look back at my week one picture and I cannot believe how fat I let myself get since I broke my ankle nearly two years ago. At the time I was working out like a beast, but not eatting all that great, and I looked pretty good. Then, Whammo, busted ankle led to sitting on a couch and eatting garbage for two months. 20 pounds of fat later I had to start over with my lifting and revamp my diet so I could get back in shape. I am on my way, slowly but surely.

Another great workout today! The Fina must be in full effect now that I am three weeks into the cycle. I mixed things up a little today and tried reverse grip bent over barbell rows to start: 135*10, 185*10, 205*10, 205*8. Next I did pullups: 8,8,8,10. I polished off back with deadlifts. Now I just recently began doing deadlifts so don't flame for the sissy weight I use in my lifts. 185*10, 225*8, 225*8, 275*10. I have never tried 275 for more than 8 before and I probably could have gotten a few more reps, but I did not want to press my luck because I don't wear a weight belt. Finished off the workout supersetting shrugs and calves and then I went roler blading for a 40 minute session. I cannot describe how good the pwo banana flavored protein and dextrose shake tastes after a solid workout. I have to say that I am impressed as hell with the Fina/prop because I am gaining strength and muscle while only consuming carbs in two postworkout meals. Now I have to decide if I want to add winny and clen to the end.

Thanks Ripsid. I actually enjoy the effort it takes as I appreciate a challenge and I don't quit until I achieve whatever goal I set for myself. Bros, the same girl I have posted about above came over to my house again, unannounced this time, to show me something drastic that she did to herself. Before thechange she looked like Christina Aguiluera when she had the braided hair, now she chopped her hair to shoulder length and it is a combination of blonde, black, and dark brown. It looks pretty sexy but she has to change it again because it is too wild for some modeling she has to do for Venus swimwear. Anyway, I can't help but think that she is trying to change so that I will start dating her seriously. No matter how many times I tell her that I don't want a girlfriend, she still keeps trying to get me to change my mind. Normally, I would just be rude and tell her to buzz off, but I want to remain friends, and the sex is phenomenal. What the hell is a guy to do?

Today I hit the legs, short and sweet like usual. My legs are not back up to par since I broke my ankle, but I am determined to keep at it. I started with squats 135*20, 185*10, 225*10, 275*10, then 185*20 almost touching my ass to the ground. I had a weak hamstring workout because my lower back was so pumped from the squats. I just did 4 sets of 70*20, then stretched them out with two sets of low weight stiff legged deads. Next, and last, was 4 sets of extenstions 100*10, 130*10, 180*10, 100*20 with a 2second pause at the top with each rep. I limped out of the gym!
Cycle is going great and I am really starting to feel some gym aggression. I feel like I can jump right into another set immediately upon finishing one!
Man did I have to do a tough thing today. I received a phone call from my mom and she was in a tizzy. Apparently her cat attacked my sister's kids twice this week and scratched the hell out of them. This is not the first time it happened so my mom decided to put the cat down so the grandchildren would be safe. Guess what, I was voted to be the one to put the cat down! Thankfully, I have a shotgun so it was painless and quick, but what a difficult thing to do to a family pet.

sig, it sounds like everything is comeing along pretty good in the gym. wait until you wake up in the morning. on the model thing, be careful, alot of marriages start that way! as far as the pet goes, you will have a new found respect for the little boy in "ole yellow".

Alright guys I need some advice on thickening up the biceps because mine never seem to grow. Here is my shoulder, bicep, and tricep workout that I did today. For shoulders, I started with dumbell presses, with a twist going up 35*10, 45*10, 55*7, 55*7. I finished shoulders with upright rows 95*10, 135*8, 135*7, 95*15. Biceps started with barbell curls 95*6, 115*6, 115*4, 95*6 followed with four different types of concentration curls. Triceps started with weighted dips 45*8 for four sets followed up with four sets of decline skullcrushers. I always feel like I have a good workout, and I get a great pump, but I feel like my biceps really need some work. Any suggestions?

Well, I have decided to try the liquid clen and T3 but I do not know if I should run them together, or run the T3 for the last 20 days of my cycle and then hit the clen/ECA. I plan on dosing the T3 according to Cycleon's 20 day example in his T3 doseage thread. Any opinions on the best way to run the clen an T3? I will have to take 5 days off from the gym and cardio because a gal from Atlanta will be visiting me the first week of August. I was wondering if the T3 or clen will affect...ahem..sexual functions?

I have to bump this for info on running t3 and clen together, or should I keep them separate? Maybe I should be more specific. I know the doses of each individually, but do the doses change if you run them together? Would it be less catabolic to run the t3 at the end of my cycle with some prop and follow up with clen/eca during post cycle?

As far as this thread is concerned...excellent job! The progress is most definitely showing, and it appears as the fat drops that you may be one of those individuals blessed with some nice serratus (sp?) presence to enhance that low bodyfat look.
As far as the clen /t3 in combo, I don't have an answer for you other than to say that most other things i have heard and read would indicate that it is not a good idea. I don't want to send you his way if I'm thinking of the wrong person, but hasn't Money Boss had a lot to say lately on the sides associated with weight loss compounds?

Thanks BG. As far as the t3/clen goes, I have decided to run the t3 for 20 days while still on cycle. I will save the clen to run pct while I am still trying to cut.
I had a sad day fellas. I preloaded the last two weeks worth of my fina/prop. I am starting to think that some of the prop I have is either underdosed, or bunk, because I seemed to notice the effects of the QV prop more. Once the fina is gone, I will run the last 10cc of QV prop then hit pct. I have timed the cycle so that the fina will be finished just before a girl from Atlanta visits me. I want to run the prop to ensure sexual function and ease the body into pct.

I have Nolva, Clomid, and Ldex. I did not have any problems with Tren before so I did not worry about getting bromo. I have not seen much info on the lactation aspect of Fina use.What is bad about the lactation if it will go away after the Fina is discontinued?

What a great day. My friend with benefits came over last night for her booty call and she is putting her efforts to snag me into overdrive. When she got in my room she showed me a pair of pants and a pair of shorts that she wanted to give me as a gift. Well, I tried on the pants and they fit great in the waist, but they were so tight in the thighs and groin area I resembled a skinny european model in tight pants. Needless to say, I had to bring them back to find a new size. I decided to go to the store right before I hit the gym for arms and shoulders so I was wearing shorts and a tanktop. I told the woman at the checkout that the pants were too tight in the thighs, and she said, "Mike, another employee, is a body builder too and he had the same problem." I took it as a complement and asked to try on a different pair of pants. Not one single pair of pants at Express that fit my waist would fit my thighs, so I had to get another pair of shorts. After that I hit the gym hard and I even saw the beginnings of veins in the shoulders and arms when lifting. On top of looking great and getting complemented, I received my liquaclen and t3 today. I decided to run a two week cycle with both, then take a 5 day vacation before I hit the gym again. I am a little sad that the Fina/prop will be over soon, but I am happy with my progress so far. I will hit 8% if it kills me!

I've only been on the Board for a short time but I have learned a lot. In particular, I wanted to give you props for posting your shoulder workout (07/19). I have never been able to put together a shoulder day that leaves me feeling like I worked. Yours did that for me. Whether it was the fact that we lift about same weights or just that I had a good plan, I had a tremendous shoulder day this morning.

Flounder-I'm glad you like the shoulder workout. I mix it up every couple of weeks by using various raises instead of the rows, but I keep the reps high.
HP-I am damn glad to hear that the Fina tits are going away. I was told the puss is prolactin buildup so I started taking some Vitaming B-6 at 800-1000mg per day along with my nolva. I finish the Fina next weekend, and I'm going to run the test for another 10 days before pct. What was your final opinion on Fina? I am curious because I used it while cutting, and you used it while bulking.

Well today is day 84 and I thought I would give an update. Progress has stagnated, but I will post a pic anyway. I am still just over 12% bodyfat and have maintained my 201 pounds. The goal is still 190-195 and 8% bodyfat. I am going to hit it hard this week and forgoe the cheat day and replace it with a cheat meal. I just started my two week blitz of clen /t3 so I expect some fatloss soon. During today's workout I started to go hypo and had to skip my last three sets of deadlifts. Here is the newest picture, even though I feel like I failed myself over the last two weeks.

Awesome workout today, and I can really feel the t3/clen working. I have tapered up to the max doses of both and I started to get shaky hands today. I will maintain 100/125mcg respectively for the next four days then I will start to taper the t3 down.
For chest I started with bench, and mixed up my rep/set scheme from the last time I benched: 135*10, 185*5, 225*2, 265*1, 295*1, 275*2, 225*8. Next was incline dumbells at 65*10, 80*8, 85*6, 85*6. I then supersetted peck deck and incine reverse crunches with straight legs for four sets. I polished the abs off with four sets of cable crunches, nice and slow, 150*15*4. Chugged my pwo shake and jumped on the couch.

Great read, sigrabbit. Your progress has been good, but like you pointed out, has tapered off a bit lately. I can't remember if you mentioned anything about it earlier in the thread, but you would benefit greatly from throwing in some cardio if you are really looking to get your bf that low. The % from 10 to 8 are the hardest to lose.
I have to admit, I'm a little curious as to why you wouldn't want to date this swimsuit model of yours.

Thanks Strut. I have been doing cardio seven days each week, but I have slacked off some by not doing it in the morning on an empty stomach. I think my body has simply adjusted to my workouts, so I am going to take a break for a week and then hit up again.
I finally broke it off for good with the stripper, yeah right. I must maintain my willpower and not give in to her seductions. I don't have a problem with strip clubs, but our lifestyles just don't mesh. The only time we see each other is at night, after she is done dancing, when we have sex, and then I am too exhausted to be productive at work or in the gym.
