Contract complete.
Ready to get back to normal. Can't wait until tomorrow to get back under some weight. My diet has been a bit lower in calories than what I needed, so I didn't necessarily grow, however, I do seem more cut. Muscle development is definitely occurring. Now to pack on some quality protein and some heavy weight. Got to pin today and get my mind prepared. Feeling great

How has your anastrozole been, you think that your TRT dose has been enough for the blast?

Pretty strong workout this week. Need to get my cardio and diet down a little tighter. Strength is still good. I will be increasing my reps for the next week or so to get my conditioning down a little more. I can't say that I am real impressed with the test though to be honest. I am up to 750mg a week and whereas I do have some changes, its not a lot. No sides like acne or anything else. I thing I have some pretty underdosed gear unfortunately, but I will keep the course and get what I can out of it. I still need to got get bloodwork, hopefully next week. Busy, Busy Busy. Hard to get time out of the day anymore. Getting some sleep would probably helpful as well.

Good strong workouts all week last week. Had to pick up the cardio some because I was getting a little too heavy. Mostly bloat but it never hurts to hammer the cardio. Still not eating quite as much as I would like but I have gained a solid 13-15 pounds and look pretty good. Muscle shape looks a lot more defined. I would have to call this more of a body recomp rather than a "bulking cycle". After the bloat drops, I will probably be left with 5-8 pounds of muscle and a lot leaner. Pretty happy with those results.
Strength is constantly going up but to be honest I have held back just a little. I am careful not to get anymore injuries and I do not want to outrun my tendons and connective tissue. I have been keeping it slow and steady and doing a lot of pre-exhaust work before going heavy. Looking out for those joints. Injuries suck!

End of cycle on Thursday...
Gained 17 pounds, but probably 8-10 is fat and bloat/water. I'll be happy to have gained 7 pounds of muscle overall. I checked measurements from the beginning of cycle and made positive size gains in my back, quads and shoulders. arms and chest mostly changed shape and got more defined. They look bigger, but they are not. Strength went up, but I can't put a number to it because of the way I trained. Their was constant muscle confusion with high rep, low rep, no rest, long rest...etc. Conditioning improved. I am anxious to lean down and get rid of some the bloat and fat.
Lessons learned.... Plan meals better and focus harder on nutrition. I did pretty well, but I had a lot of travel and it made it somewhat difficult to stay on track. I also started off with too low of a dose. Since I am on TRT I didn't consider that 200mg a week gets me up to normal, so when I started at 500mg a week I was actually doing 300mg a week which isn't much of a cycle. I didn't up the dose until way into the cycle. I also think my UGL sauce was underdosed. May consider another lab next time.....yes next time. Of course I plan another cycle.
I'm not sure what I will do, but I plan on sometime around february. I will see what my body weight is and how I feel in mid January and then start planning. If you followed this thread, thanks for following...feel free to ask questions.

I'm in a similar situation as you. I'm also on TRT at 200mg/week Test C and on a blast. If you don't mind me asking what brand gear did you use for the blast? I've actually been using an UL even for my TRT dosage as I'm saving my Pharm stuff for a blast in the summer.

Having never blasted before ( thinking maybe after Xmas ) , is the fat gain from the blast or poor diet ?

My diet was pretty good, with the exception that I didn't eat enough calories. I was on the low side with Carbs, high on protein. I usually do a bit more cardio than I did on cycle, so maybe that was a contributing factor. I think most of it is just good ole' bloat from the blast. I had my last on cycle injection today and will go back to TRT dose of Test, anastrozole, and HCG on Sunday.
I plan to pick up the cardio a bit and whittle down to the hard muscle. My back definitely grew. I put on a jacket from last year and it was way off in the back and shoulders. I look forward to the next one sometime next year.
