Test prop- First cycle Result!!
Hi there, i've started my first cycle on the 31/08/2013.
Base stats: 20YO/ 5'9 or 5'10(haven't measure myself for a while)/Been training for 5 years, 4 years seriously(started at 130lbs)
Condition: Low test free due to High SHBG. Low fsh/medium LH. Testosterone total is on the high end.
Planned 10 weeks at the beginning but ill only do 8. See log to know why.
with between 3000-4000 cals daily.
I did have a base diet plan, however when I was feeling like it I was eating more. And more. And more.
31/08/2013 stats: 160.8 lbs/13%
I dropped a bit less than 10 pounds prior cycling, because I had a big race that I was preparing to the week before I started. So my cals intake dropped, my cardio increased.
07/09/2013 stats: 170.2lbs +9.4lbs
Of course that weight was due to the fact that I was eating like 3 times more than the weeks prior. So most of it are just digested food.
That week I had issue with my injections, my gear had a VERY HIGH BA concentration... so the injection felt like pinning pure alcohol...
Damn painful... I just switched vial and the others was ok.
Pip were there, but easy to manage. I handle the pain well, so it was alright.
Small libido increase(mental), Intensity at the gym increase(mental).
Felt no different than always.
14/09/2013 stats: 173.4lbs +3.2lbs
Injection and pip are ok.
Libido increased again, having sex once of twice a day without trouble.
Intensity increased again.
However, the way I planned my training I'm not trying to break PR. I take a special care to not injury myself... Im not pushing heavy, I'm pushing smartly.
Feel a bit better than before cycle. Not feeling the great "ON feeling" people talk about.
Small backne nothing to worry about for now.
21/09/2013 stats: 180lbs +6.6lbs Dropped arimidex to .2mg ED
Libido still the same, not as high as I would like to.
Intensity still high.
However, I had stomach pain, Realized a bit later that was due to constipation(made small changed in my diet who caused this).
Backne betting a bit worst, still nothing to worry about
28/09/2013 stats: 182lbs +2lbs Dropped arimidex to .15mg ED
Was constipated, fixed it that week.
The constipation is gone for the most part.
Had to skip a day to the gym due to the stomach pain.(deadlift day :'( )
I still manage to recover that day by adding each exercise on other day.
My libido increased due to the change in arimidex, however still not enough like I think I should, so I dropped it to .15mg
Backne are getting worse again, I don't see my back adn my GF say it's ok, so its ok.
05/10/2013 stats: 185.4lbs +3.4lbs
Relieve myself for a bit of constipation that was left.
Ate very salty the last day of that week...
Bloat increased a bit due to salt.
Backne... Damn!
Backne got way worst! My GF told me that my pimple increased and when I went to check, It was all over my back!
Normally, I wouldnt care much. However, at school I often have to be shirtless for the purpose of the class.
So backne really started to annoy me...
Libido left unchanged
Intensity as great as before.
12/10/2013 stats: 184lbs -1.4lbs
This weeks I cut all the salt, to reduce my bloating, it worked.
I was scared that the estrogen could be one reason from my backne so I increased back my arimidex to .2mg ED
Intensity great again. Libido good.
19/10/2013 stats: 186.8lbs +2.8lbs
Bloat gone.
Libido great.
Intensity great.
nothing more to say.
27/10/2013 stats: 186.8lbs +0 lbs
I took winstrol for this week, nothing to report at 40mg/day felt no difference.
Been constipated again this week...
Havent gain weight but look a little bit leaner, so... its good
My training has been very intense for the first 3 days of the week after it went down. Friday was total shit due to stomach pain. and today(sunday) has been my arm who has been pretty well.
Started PCT as well. Clomid and Nolva taste awfull!!! I wish ar-r would have put some stevia in it XD
Mensuration before/after:Prior cycle:
Mensuration: I may haven't took the measure in an official way. This is only a base line.
Calves: 38 cm
Quad: 54 cm(left) - 55cm(right)
Glute: 94.5 cm
Chest 1: 97.5 cm (over nipples)
Chest 2: 104 cm(under armpits)
Shoulder: 112 cm
Arms 1: 34 cm(over contracted triceps)
Arms 2: 31.5 cm(relaxed at mid biceps)
Post-cycle(3 days into PCT, most of water retention gone):
Mensuration: I may haven't took the measure in an official way. This is only a base line.
Calves: 40.5 cm +2.5 cm
Quad: 56 cm(left) +2 cm - 56.5cm(right)+1.5 cm
Glute: 96.5 cm +2 cm
Chest 1: 103.5 cm (over nipples) +6 cm
Chest 2: 111 cm(under armpits) +7 cm
Shoulder: 118.5 cm +6.5 cm
Arms 1: 36.5 cm(over contracted triceps) +2.5 cm
Arms 2: 33 cm(relaxed at mid biceps) +1.5 cm

Note aside:
I'm trying hard to see an endocrinologist and get BW done about 1 month post PCT. I do hope I will manage to get it. I will post how all that goes.
My goal is to keep my SHBG undercontrol so my test could be higher.
On the last 4 weeks I've had plenty of comments like:
-damn your arm got big!
-It is just me or you grew larger, and your leg! they are huge .
-**** bro..., you gained some muscle.
-Yeah man, you are way bigger.
-How do I do to be massive like you?!
-very muscular back you got there.

The success of your cycle surely depends on lowering your shbg not the weight gain?
The weight gain is huge, I bet you ate way more on cycle than you ever did off cycle. Like most people give more dedication on cycle than off. Let's see 6 weeks post PCT how much you keep, you're gonna have to eat even more to have a chance.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Of course the weight gain is great. but if my testo get back to what it was... I won't be able to keep it anyway...
Yes and no... Off cycle I've eaten about the same(a bit less because the fat gain was insane...)
But even at 3000 cals daily My weight gain was slow but it was only fat...
3k/day for 3 month I took 6 pounds...
Gained 2% bodyfat... and some water.
So before cycling I was eating about maintenance... It was not getting me fatter, but not bigger.
If I were dropping a bit of cals. My weight dropped normally but my bf almost didnt change.
I was loosing more muscle than fat...
Eating the same thing that I did on cycle. about the same quantity. a bit less intensity(test helps alot on that) but still pretty intense...

decided to take winstrol at 40mg/day for 1 week. I just want to gives a final drop to my SHBG. So when I'll come off, my testo could go back to what it should be.

OP I will address just a few items here. You already jumped so no reason for me to get onto the age message grind.
You have make all these measurements for you aesthetic appearance , your overall size as some my take it and think you are massive when that is all good however means nothing to what LMM you gain and currently have grown to. If you get fat your measurements will just get bigger meaning little. I for myself like to see what I have gained within my true lean muscle tissue which will really tell my gains on cycle.
With that you are missing something. Your statement that if your Testo gets back down you will not be able to hold your gains but that is not the truth. You will lose water and fat. You will lose the measurements you have taken only in regard to bloat. You can if you eat and train hard be able to keep what lean muscle mass you have gained. Unfortunately you will be disappointed because the true muscle you have gained is not near the weight you gained. If you have a log of the measurements when you were lean and can get back to that equivalent leanness you will see you mass gain. I only say all this to point out some sense as to how you are perceiving your gains and cycle
You said using Winstrol for a week, well that was a total flush down the toilet. I mean you can get NOTHING, from that. No one would get anything like that. So I tell you nicely you should get a bit more educated on the compound you plan to use whenever using them. I wish you luck because you will need something more if you continue in these practices. ...crazy mike

Interesting opinion, however.
measuration was to simply to give me a number on what I see.
gain is obviously some water and fat.
I never said I would not lose weight afterward...
I'm talking about losing the lbm I gained...
If I can maintain it with 370pmol/L of free test, GREAT. but I doubt it, maybe Im wrong(I hope I am).
About the winstrol , studies show that 20mg/day has dropped SHBG of 50%.
I didnt look into it in detail, I didnt see the time frame of that.
I have 2g winstrol sitting there being unused, and Im really not a fan of winstrol. so it will probably be trashed one day or another.
If it do nothing, Fine with me.
If it reduce my SHBG of 10%, Ill take it. The effect of winstrol on lipid profile scare me too much to run it for a extended period of time.
Even if you disagree with my choice, its my choice. I would rather be on TRT than comming back to what I was.
Actually if my BW show that my SHBG has gone up again even with my attemp, Ill self TRT myself.
The main reason why a 20YO should not use aas, is better than how I was feeling before.
So I didnt see anything good reason to dont do it.
And honestly I still don't...
And like you know, I havent jumped on steroid with no idea of what Im doing. Ive been on this forum for about 1 years and I know enough.

Ok OP, Good response and sounds valid. glad you are studied up. I may have been off on a few assessments but I think as well very valid of me also. I do wish you the best and it sounds like your on track. Keep the BW knowledge/tracking and keep us tuned in.

Update #1: Last pin has been done on thursday, I should have taken my weight this morning, however, this week I have been constipated again. (Since I started eating white rice I have difficulty with that...), So my weight would not be representative anyway.
Will take my new weight tomorrow morning with mensuration.
Also my training of Friday was crap...(went after work and wasnt in the mood at all...)
Today I can't train, I'm working all day long and my gym close when I finish. Anyway.
I'll retake some of my volume lost into Sunday.
My PCT will be started tomorrow morning.
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

Update #2: 5 days since my last pin, 2 days into PCT.
Yesterday has been no different than any other day.
Did a great arm/abs training. I was thinking of CT fletcher while curling. I COMMAND YOU TO GROW! You must grow! I tell you what to do, you don't tell me!

Today however. It has been a very good day.
Strangely all my day has been exceptionally productive. I did in one day what I would have done in 4 days, normally.
Probably not PCT related but still.
I trained chest and mid back today, not great but still a good training. However, I've beaten my Bench Personal record. So I'm happy about it.
I went to my job to get a BIA done(body impedance analysis) it gives the body composition and the water repartition(intra/extra cellular) and more...
I compared it with the one I've passed 4 months ago.
Results are quite interesting:
4 months ago: 167 pounds/14.4% bf = 24lbs of fat and 143lbs of lean body mass.
This morning: 182.4 pounds/13.5% bf = 24.6lbs of fat and 157.8lbs of lean body mass.
The water repartition is almost at 62-64% intracellular and 36-38% extra(so not much water retention)
By this measurement(Not 100% accurate, just saying), I gained +14.8lbs of LBM, Gained .6lbs of fat but lose -.9% of BF
Even if these result arent very accurate, It gives a good idea. I do think that I gained at least 10 pounds of muscle on this cycle. And I'm planning to keep it.
I'll keep you posted on how my weight change on PCT and how I react, next time I can.
Up to now everything is alright, however I do feel like my erection arent as hard as they were on cycle...
But I'm only 2 days in so I guess not much should happen here.

Difficulty to keep it hard, Cialis do wonder for it, thanks ar-r .
Libido, low. But not that bad... once or twice every 2 day is ok.
Nolva/clomid still taste awfull XD
Havent feel a big crash, so I feel ok. not great but not depress either. so I'm fine with it.
Training:
Still great, very intense.
Diet:
I'm far less hungry than on cycle... I have more difficulty with that. Craving are present, what I didn't have during cycle.
Still manage to eat alot but not as clean as before. I will get on track for week 2. I won't let these gain go away!

2 weeks in PCT... It is bad...
This morning I was weighting 178.8lbs( lost about 8 pounds since), Look leaner, but a bit flat. Normal, I lost water.
However, I'm not feeling really great, I'm havent been motivated this week... I had some bad training this week...
Even if my weight has gone down My strength from what I can see is this the same.
Libido:
What libido?? havent had sex of the whole week!!! Havent even masturbate... I don't even know If I manage to get a small erection once a day...
Tried to have sex... Couldnt make myself hard...
Tried 30mg/cialis, went semi-hard for 2 minute... I wanted to have sex, But physically, nothing was happening. Like If I lost every sensation on my dick and nothing could stimulate it...
My girlfriend is aware of my PCT and what the situation is, so it's not that embarrassing... I still manage to laugh at this. but that's goddamn not funny...
Maybe it's all in my head... I hope it is...
I will finish my PCT get BW done after 4 weeks. And see from there. With luck my ED will be gone since then...
I'm starting to wonder If ar-r nolva/clomid are truly legit...

Update #5:
My PCT is finished, my libido is back up. (seems higher that before but not by much)
But my weight has dropped drasticly...
Im now at 175pounds(finished at 186.4) about the same BF...
Make me sad a bit... but I cant do much for now.
Ill get BW done in 6 weeks to see where im standing.

Here's the update about 4 weeks post pct..
My libido was good until 2 weeks post.
right now my libido as drop substancially... I domt feel lethargic, I never did even at 380 free test. so I cant comment.
I hope my lack of libido is caused by the stress of the end of my session at the college...
Stressfull time + the holiday's comming...
Hopefully next week it will be better.
My training is going very well! I estavlish a new PR at deadlift. 405pounds. when my max on cycle was 385. Im pretty proud of it.
Gym goes well, bedroom not so much, and my weight is going up a little(as my BF).
Im about 177lbs right now. about 16%.
Overall I feel ok.
Ill have my BW done In 2-3 weeks, to know for sure.
Ill keep you posted.

I passed them, cant have access to them for now...
My endo was supose to send the result to my clinic where my GP is and she didnt, so I have to get them from the hospital whih takes about 3-4 weeks...
Im trying to get it from a friend who is an nurse there. With luck ill have it this week.
I havent forgotten, you will be the first to see them kelkel.

Here's my Bw about 2 months prior cycle.
LH: 5.8 UI/L Range: 1.7-8.6
FSH: 4 UI/L range: 1.5-12.4)
Test total: 27.2 range (10-30)
Test free: 471(223-915)
SHBG: 54.8 (12-46)
Estradiol: 53(28-156)
Now, Post PCT:
Cholesterol have gotten better(even if i took some winstrol toward the end(10mg daily for 7 days to help drop my shbg a bit more)
Phosphatase alcaline a bit elevated 137(30-130) (probably winstrol related... if so i respond badly to orals...)
others liver value are alright
PSA .35(0-4) LOL XD pretty low...
Now!... (I have to preciseI haven taken my test at 8 AM I did it at 11h30 Am So it could have lowered a bit)
Testosterone total: 19 (same range)
SHBG: 56.5(dafuq it increased!!!)
Free test: 296(223-915)
Estradiol:79
LH: 5.1
FSH: 2.1
I was feeling like shit, lost gains, no wonders why with these level...
Anyway Started TRT recently, feel better now, will hope for better days now.

I thought I would share a bit of how I feel being on TRT.
I've been on 200mg test/week for about 5 weeks now.
Feeling:
I feel much better, my Libido is up, me intensity at the gym is up, my hunger is up, overall I just feel well. I just feel more man.
Training:
Intense as ****, weight are slowly going up each times I enter the gym.
Havent done any 1RM since the end of my PCT but It would certainly be about 5% more on each of my big three.
Weight:
My bodyfat as stayed about the same.(15%) but since I started I gained a bit over 5 pounds. Which a good part of it is water(due to testosterone + increased carbs), but I feel bigger, I am bigger, I am stronger, I feel fuller.
Recap:
I am happy with my descision so far. I may regret it one day. But I strongly believe that not doing it would be a bigger regrets on the long run.
Right now, my couple is doing better, the gym is doing better, the.physic is doing better.
And health wise, I dont believe that testosterone is harmfull on a appropriate protocol even on the long run(and studies tend to agree).
Thats pretty much it.
