Weight was 207.8lbs today, shoulders went really well, did 95's for a set of 5 on seated shoulder press. Aggression is at an all time high today. I wanted to fucking kill people who were just sitting aorund talking and wasting space in the gym. Dbol is making me drowsy, I think its the IGF produced on the second pass through the liver. TIme to eat.

Update:
Weight 209.4
Did another chest workout today, did flyes before every pressing set to preexhaust the chest got a massive pump.
couldn't bench for sh!t but wow, the pump was awesome.
SIDES:
Dowsiness, back pumps, aggression.

Weight: 211.1 lbs
Clean up today, did arms and legs.
I can no longer use the 2 pulley racks, i did sets of 12+ of the entire rack for pressdowns and curls. Great pumps, to the point of almost extreme pain
Noticing that i am starting to get peaks on my bis. I feel great at this point, I'm the biggest Ive ever been, the strongest. I am healing at an excellerated rate as well. The next two weeks will be interesting, and odd, I'll be training in a different way so we'll see how that goes it'll prolly be that long before I update.

Great job bro. I know what you mean about those pulley racks... I always used to use the whole stack, but nowadays it's like a joke.
And dbol always gives great pumps.

End Of Week 1: 204

Dbol is incredible, even at a dose of only 25mgED the strength and weight gains are awesome. Side effects as far are minimal, but the most annoying of these is the back pumps from everyday activity.
Sust shots are painful, due to the prop I think.
Proviron is acting synergistically with the increased test in my system, making me very aggressive and extremely horny. Adding aratest to the mix next week should be interesting.
Next week will be non-weight training.
Will be back in a week with updates.

End of week 4: 212lbs.
Strength is insane right now, I jsut got off of two weeks of gymnastics. and i feel massive right now even if the weight is not up that much. Probably due to the cardio i did.

Chest and Bi's today:
did 275 for 4 reps, almost 5 on flat bench
after doing 2 sets of 15+ of flat dumbbells with 100's and 2 sets of 100's for 10 reps on incline.
Bi's - I did 55's for a set of 10curls, only impressive part
weight is down around 210
