    I have decided to log my cycle here for my benefits and anyone else who may be interested. Thank you to Big Dans Fitness for hooking me up. The product i am running is a multi compound ph/ds stack. It contains Halodrol-25mg,Max Lmg-20mg,Msten-10mg and carbopol-15mg in weeks 1-4 and adds in Epistane-15mg weeks 5-8 I will be using Myogenix on cycle support for my liver,bp ect. I also have multi vit,coq10,hawthorn berry,ala,fish oil,and acv. For my pct i will be using clomid,aromasin ,daa,and ara. I will also be using whey,creatine,and bcaa through out I will be eating 3000-3400 cals. I am going to keep it as clean of a bulk as i can. I still like my cheat meals. I may diet pretty dirty the first 4 weeks the clean it up a bit 5-8. I am 40 yrs old 5'9" and weigh 177 at 12% bf. I have been lifting for over 20years in some form. I have done inject cycles and def agree they are best,but a few ph/ds are very good and yield great gains. The Titan stack is pretty serious as far as ph/ds goes,but with good planning and cycle support it should all be good. I have been doing a gvt style wo. This is what i mostly stick with unless i decide to change it up that day. I have a disc in my low back that is 85% gone. Dr said surgery is the only option(never gona happen) This causes me pain all day every day,so i have learned to work around it. I cant back sqt very heavy(200ish lbs) and SLDL are out. I have just started putting light DL back in. Here are my max lifts: Frt sqt-415x6 OH press-155x4 Dips-bw+185 x4 Pull ups-bw+85-x3x2 Any comments,questions,suggestions,or bitches are welcome.

    This is the 8th day on Titan stack. I'm still up 6lbs and looking and feeling fuller.
    I am taking 1cap 8am,1cap 2pm(1hr pwo),and 1cap 8pm. I can feel the effects about 1hr after i take Titan. My workouts are more intense and the pump is amazing. I think this is just the tip of the iceberg. Another 6-8 days and i will look and feel like a fukn animal.

    Today was a nice and simple leg day. My low back and hips were a little tight,but after the lunges i felt pretty good. I was going to do a high rep day,but the weight felt good so i kept stacking that shyt on. I had great focus and motivation, being pissed off does wonders for drive. I am well on my way to a 500lb frt sqt and i am determined to get it. Cant stop wont stop!

    Everything is going pretty good so far. I have my bp headaches under control and feel like i am on track. I will run with 3000 cals for another week and go up if i need to. I am up another lb,so im going the right direction. I ready for this shit to really come to life,all tho i am feeling pretty alpha now.

    Im am weighing the same today,but feeling stronger. I am very happy with my pr. OH press is generally a weak point for me,but i was in a zone today. Im still dosing the same(1cap am,1cap noon,and 1cap eve). So far everything is going good. I am looking forward to next week when the Titan stack really starts to shine. I am noticing a little bloat,but i think it is from the Max LMG. I upped my water to about 2.5 gal per day and my calories are still at 3000. I will see what i am looking like and weighing next week and will adjust accordingly. I have noticed the pump comes on pretty quick and lasts a few hours after lifting. The back pumps are getting worse so i upped my taurine to 4g per day.

    Im still holding the same weight today. I have noticed i dont have much of an appetite. Today was a decent workout except my low back was a little angry,so i only did 6 sets of hang cleans. I still managed to get a good pump and feel pretty good. Strength is still good and going up. I think it is chiro time again to work on my back. I dosed Titan the same today(8am,2pm,8pm). Nothing real exciting to report,but its all going good. I just wish i didnt have to remember to eat. Hopefully that will change.

    DAY15 CHEST/TRI DIPS-bw-25x2 INC BENCH(rev grip)-135-15x10 DIPS-bw+70-10x10 PUSH UP-(close neutral grp)-25x10 CHAMPAGNE PRESS-50s-10x5 SS SKULL CRUSHERS bw-(feet elevated)15x5 It took a few sets to get it warmed up. My endurance was really good today and the pump came on very quick. I am up another lb(+8 ) so far. I am a little bit watery in the abs now but i've been eating pretty dirty. Now is about the time the Max LMG is starting to come on so that is also part of the wet look. Its about half as wet as Dbol . Imo. Still feeling good with the TITAN stack,and still looking forward to the next day.

    My low back was feeling pretty good today so i was able to get some volume on back sqts. Weight stayed the same but i have the "pumped" all the time feel going on. The Titan stack has def got me feeling alpha. My arms and front delts are more vascular and i am more solid all over. Good run so far.

    Today was a killer arm day. My strength was up alot. 70s felt good and i'll take 6 reps for sure. The pump i am getting is nothing short of amazing and i'm not taking any pwo. I def feel very aggressive in the gym. This Titan stack is fawking bad ass. I found i like the jm presses better than skull crushers because they are easier on my elbows. The final 100 rep dips and 100 rep curls really put it on me. Arms were as tight as a drum. So far no sides that i cant controll except aggression,which is fine. I actually lost 2lbs over night but i think it must be water weight because everything is fitting tight. Blowin the fawk up!

    Its been a while since i lifted back and chest together. The pump was amazing. I am feeling stronger every day. The weight felt very light and everything just flowed today. I am def feeling more aggressive and focused in the gym. So far no sides not even back pumps. I was worried about that because i had them bad with dbol and with msten solo. I am taking 4g taurine ed and drinking 2 gal of water ed. I also added more banannas to my diet. I am at 179lbs now with very minimal bf increase. I have not been eating real clean, just trying to get the cals in. I will be adding epi in a little over a week so i will clean up my diet then.

    Today was a good day for me. I was actually able to get some back sqts in. After the 2nd set of 225 i could tell that was enough. My strength is really going up. The weight felt light,but my low back was fawkn killin me. It amazing then when i hit frt sqts no pain at all. I increased my cals today up to 4000. I am eventually going to increase to around 5000 cals as clean as possible. No sides today ,which is good since back pumps usually kick my ass. I can really tell a difference in my forearms since i have been doing the arm wrestling wo. I have been doing this 4 days per week for the last 3-4 weeks. I should be ready to kill it in July.

    Today was a fast paced hypertrophy day. No rest between arnold sets. The around the worlds were killer with the rear flys. Im feeling really good the more i up my calories. My endurance and strength is continuing to go up. I really like this Titan stack. I'm at 180lbs now with more vascularity comming on every workout. Every day is getting better.

    I think I might just do one full rotation of muscle groups and record the results once now and then record the final results at the end. A lot less work for me. To be honest though, I do not lift at 100%. Especially on my current cycle, this Tren is strong and I worry my tendons will take a beating if I go too hard and I will injure myself. Had it happen in my shoulder once and put me out for 6 months.

    I do like the fact that you focus on your forearms. I have always been a huge advocate of that. Way back when my lifts were dependent on how much my forearms could hold until I started hitting them good. I laugh at the guys who use wraps now.

    I decided today would be a bro day,so i raped arms. The 21style pull ups had my arms blowin up after the 2nd set. I didnt go real heavy,but threw in plenty of volume. The 100 rep burn outs at the end almost had me crying. Nothing new to report. Still feeling really good with Titan stack.

    That sounds like a good idea. That way you can really see your progress. Tren is def in my future for my next cycle this fall. The ph stack is good,but i have really been itching to stab that pin in my leg again.

    I wanted to change it up today and do a bodyweight day. I had a killer pump after the 2nd set. I am still dosing the Titan at 8am/2pm/8pm. This seems to work good with no sleep issues or anything. My weight is up another 1lb(181) and i am leaning out as well. The Epi added in 6 days with really help me loose bf and harden up nice.

    I've been off the last few days nursing a low back strain. I have been stretching and foam rolling. I'm doing good today so i started back with some light legs. I will be starting the bottle of Titan 2 tomorrow. It adds epi at 45mg per day to the hdrol 75mg ed,Max lmg 60mg ed,msten 30mg ed and carbopol 45mg ed. This should really help with strength and lean muscle gains. I am up 14lbs in 30 days,without much increase in bf. i am looking to finish this last 4weeks strong!

    Ok, so i started the Titan 2. I have been taking epi for a week now and will for a week after to make it 6 weeks on epi. I am very pleased. I got my bp under control(123/76),and no other sides to speak of.
    Here are my changes in 30 days:
    Weight-(+14lbs) still see abs.
    Forearms-(+1/2")
    Biceps-(+1/2")
    Chest-(+1.5")
    Quads-(+1.5")
    Calves-(+3/8")

    Im really having a good cycle with this Titan stack. I think the next 6 weeks will be even better. 6more lbs and -2-3% bf to hit my goal.
    And a frt sqt and weighted dip PR as well.

    Today was one of the best feeling back days i have had in a long time. I felt good with the pull ups,so i tried dl. 225 for reps and 305 is amazing for my back. I am fawking super stoked! This is a great feeling after not being able to do dl in so long. Great fukn day!! The rows felt really good too. I used an oh grip and pulled to my stomach area. So far the Titan stack is working very well. The only thing i noticed the last few days was upper stomach bloating. My salt intake is low and i drink 2gal water ed. It may be too many carbs and i just added a weight gainer shake1/2 serv once per day. I will just moniter it a adjust as needed.

    DAY43 UPPER BODY HAMMER CURLS-30s-10x4 CG PUSH UPS(palms facing)-20x4 DB ROWS-30s-15x4 MID GRIP PUSH UPS-20x4 As you can see this wo sucked. I have been having pain in my left shoulder. . I am going to go very easy and ice it. He also said absolutly no arm wrestling in july,but we will see. I hope lifting light and alot of ice will help. Pretty much all flys,oh press,most bench are not gona be in my wo for a while. I will just lift around it the best i can. I thought about going to a 3day week of legs(mwf) and fill in upper body the rest of the week. On a good note Titan has me up to 186 and looking and feeling solid. The last week i could really tell i am getting bigger.

    This was one of those days where outside sources gave me alot of pissed off drive. The epi in the Titan stack is def starting to affect my strength. 315 was fukn easy and fast out of the hole. 455 is a 35lb increase in a few weeks. It was a little slow but i locked out. 500lbs is def in my future. I am up 18lbs so far(188 )and still can see some abs. If i can get 20 lbs i will meet my goal.

    Ok so i'm about 1 week from wrapping this cycle up. DAY1-LEGS DAY2-UPPER BODY DAY3-LEGS DAY4-UPPER BODY DAY5-LEGS DAY6-OPTIONAL The only upper work i can do is db curls,shrugs,db row,tri kickbacks,close grip push ups. I am up 20lbs so far. This def makes me happy. My Frt sqt has gone up 95lbs(455). Along with many other prs. At this point i call this cycle a good one.

    Ok,so i havnt posted in a while. I had a little time off because of a left shoulder issue. I worked around it the best i could. I am now finished with my Flex Titan stack and i was very happy with my results. I ended up with a 22lb gain with only about 1-2%bf increase. I am happy with the way i look and how my clothes fit. The comments on my size increase were damn good as well. The only sides i had were at the start with some bp issues. I got that under control easily within 1 week and was good my entire cycle. (123/72). If i wouldnt have had this shoulder issue, i know i could have hit +25lbs easy. I really want to thank Big Dans Fitness for letting me log the Titan stack. I would def go back for my next run. I will be posting as i get through my pct. I think keeping most of my gains will be pretty easy since they were fairly lean. In closing,anyone looking for a great cycle with huge gains,call Big Dans Fitness and get the Flex Titan stack. You wont be disappointed!
