    6'3 250lbs 20-21%bf trying a t3/albuterol cycle minus aas

    I plan on running 6 weeks of t3 at 50mcg and 10-12 weeks of albuterol ramping up from 6mg 12mg supplementing keto after the first 2 weeks

    After a bunch of reading it seems like using no more than 50mcgs of t3 is the sweet spot for retaining as much muscle as possible when not taking aas on this journey. I figured I have a good bit of muscle as is and if a lose some it's not a big whoop. i am 35 years old anyway and i'd much rather be a lean 215-220 than walking around at a bloated 250lbs and passing for dlineman 3 years removed from the nfl.

    I noticed that these logs tend to fall flat so I will do my best to keep you guys updated on at minimum a weekly basis. I will post pics of how i look currently tomorrow. Below is my routine

    My workout consist of only primary body parts and no secondary parts. I will do LISS cardio 5x's a week and sometimes supplement my cardio with boxing or hiit

    Monday Legs: Leg press (bad knees can't do squats) 3 warmups sets, 5 sets of full range leg presses at 4-5 plates on each side for 8-15 reps.

    Wednesday Chest: Dumbell press 2 warmups sets, 3 sets at 110-120lbs dumbbells for 4-8 reps, 3 sets of incline dumbbells 90lbs 4-8 reps, 3 sets of weighted dips

    Thursday Back: 3 sets of standing barbell rows 155-185lbs, 3 sets of seated cable pulls 160lbs, 3 sets of widegrip pull-ups 3 sets 5-7 reps at body weight only

    Saturday Shoulders: shoulder dumbbell press 1 warmup, 3 working sets 90-95lbs dumbells for 4-6 reps, 3 of standing behind the neck barbell presses 135-155 and upright rows

    Started my cycle 5/31

    Jumped on the scale today and clocked in at 245.5 Also, I added creatine to my regimen because I am not on any AAS and I wanted to offset the appearance of my muscles flattening out and looking deflated while on T3. I am a little warm during the day sometimes and have been a smidgen tired, but so far those are the only adverse affects.

    T3 is fast but it makes me weak.

    So it's been a week now and I weighed in at 240.5 this morning. That's almost 10 pounds which seems a lil extreme considering i don't feel like i lost 10lbs. My waist is definitely smaller as i can now fit into my 3rd tightest pair of pants. I still don't feel like my strength is waning, but i am clearly not getting stronger. It also seem as though i haven't put the 2-3lbs of water weight on i was expecting by taking creatine. This may be a result of me only taking 5g of creatine a day as opposed to loading for 5 days and then following the recommended dosages for maintenance. I am not sure how much of the weight loss can be attributed to water weight, but i am smidge more vascular than i was a week ago. Stay tuned for my mid week check on Wednesday

    Keep it up, 10lbs is great, my waist shrunk fast, from 34 to 30, but it did make me weaker, but after about a week or so off the strength came back pretty fast. I took albuterol with it at 12mg a day, thats all i could handle, i have a low tolerance for stims.

    How long did you run your cycle for? What was your starting weight and bf% and ending?

    Bf, not sure, did not take, i was on both about 8 weeks. I didnt really lose alot of weight, basically i could not see my abs to being able to see my abs with a few veins. My waist just shrunk over night it seemed, the first few weeks, i only noticed more veins showing up.

    I weighed in at 238.5 this morning. Fit in my tightest pants are improving. Again, I still don't feel like my strength is waning. , but i am clearly not getting stronger. Stay tuned for my Sunday weigh in.

    Yeah I moved locations in the city with work and i haven't had time to meal prep, so i have been trying to eat healthy things at various places during lunch (not ideal)

    I also have been drinking a little (4-5oz of vodka) due to the nba playoffs

    Gonna try to start next week strong though

    Dam still losing weight eating like that, imagine how good it would be if u ate strict, playoffs are over, skip the vodka unless your a iifym, which works great from what i have seen others do.
    Drink lots of water, i got really dehydrated from just drinking 12 cups a day, had to increase it too about 20, the dehydration is one of the reasons i think it made mr alot weaker.

    Gotta tighten up now. I hopped on the scale Sunday and was 239.5 much to my chagrin

    Hopefullly by Thursday I will be back to 238.5 or better.

    This morning I weighed in at 237.5

    Albuterol is definitely preferred over Clen . I have been on it for 3 weeks now and am glad to report I have not had one cramp. The 1st day of doing clen my eyelids would twitch and i would get severe bicep and tricep cramping later in the cycle. I still haven't noticed any weakness or dramatic muscle loss with T3 yet, but maybe that's because i am keeping it at 50 mcgs

    235.5 and still ticking. Probably would have been a little less, but I had 2 cheat days last weekend.
