    One year and some change.

So I was looking back at some old pictures today, and I found one I took mid-September of last year. That was the first day I really started lifting hard- I had wrestled in high school and was actually pretty strong, I just ate like sh1t and never really followed a direct plan. That day I started going hard; and this is my change since then.

Thanks guys. I changed up my diet, not exactly the cleanest but I get in at least 200g protein daily, at least 300 carbs and 90 fats. I played with my diet a bit, and that's what's worked the best for me. I go for complex carbs, trying to stay away from non natural sugars as much as possible.
My training is probably a bit unorthodox but it works for me- one week I'll train heavy, 4-5 working sets with no less than 3 reps but no more than 6, compound exercises exclusively, then the next week or two I'll focus on hypertrophy, no less than 8 reps but no more than 12, focusing on squeezing and mind/muscle connection, about 50/50 with compound exercises and isolation.
Yes, I ran a cycle of blackstone labs alpha 1/halo for 8 weeks, with 8 weeks pct Nolva/DAA. Strength went through the roof, from a 365lb raw deadlift to 465 raw, 275 squat to 415, and 185 bench press to 305.

Also, for reference. I'm short, I'm 5'3". Body weight between 155-157, depending on time of day/meals consumed.

Those are some serious strength gains in a short time, be careful not to overdue it and hurt yourself. Great transformation though! You've definitely been putting in the work. I agree with your training split alternating btw heavy/light weeks. How long ago did you finish pct from the halo cycle?

I finished PCT just over three weeks ago. Thanks for the agreement on the training, I can't tell you how many people have told me I'm crazy for doing it. Crazy usually seems to work, though.
