Monster-ish log
Ok so I decided to do a log for my first cycle.my first pin was last night. My cycle goes as follows-
Week 1-12, test e 500mg a week pin'd Tuesday, Friday
Week 1-4, test prop 100mg eod
Week 1-14, hcg 500iu a week pin'd with test stop 3 days prior to pct
Week 1-14, arimidex .25mg eod
Pct, 4 weeks
Nolv- 40/20/20/20
Clom- 50/50/25/25
My first pins went smoothly. Usually when they run on the same day I'll pin all together but last night I did test e and hcg on one pin and test p in the other both on my quads. I'll keep this thread updated every few days or so with progress and hopefully some pics in the next few weeks

You still decided to kickstart w/prop on your first? Glad all went smoothly - know that when your prop and testE fall on same day you could pin that all in one shot... Just lookin out as your gonna need more inj sites(as you already know this)...
The only thing I could see you benefitting from is a lil stronger PCT - not much - but 75/50/50/50 40/40/20/20 I believe is Austinites first cycle protocol, if I'm not mistaken...

Yes I did decide to go ahead with the prop as a kick start and all went well. Went to the gym this morning and had an awesome workout. I already feel stronger probly all mental but still lol. I'll be rotating sites from glutes, quads, delts. Nach, yes I'll go with the pct u commented on. I knew it was something like that just couldn't remember off the top of my head lol

day 3 of cycle. just did my 2nd prop pin this morning. had a little pip from both test e and prop pins to my quads im guessing its from never pinning before.

Also, technique will get better(and this causes pip for inexperienced users) plus w/more compound loaded make sure your pushing slowly(30-45s per cc works well for me and has definitely decreased pip from b4(plus just more experience... It'll come) just food for thought!

third pin this morn I ran both test e and prop in the same pin. much easier... although I do have a little redness and irritation where I pinned, guessing from putting 2ml of fluid in a virgin muscle.

I regulate the speed of the injection by watching the plunger as it passes each 10th of a ml mark I'll pause and count to 10 (prob not 10 seconds but enough of a pause) then push on to the next 10th/ml mark, and repeat. Takes about 1 min to inject 1ml but is completely pain free with very minimal pip. If injecting in quads, sit in a chair with arm rests so you can support the weight of your arm, I find this helps to reduce shaking and movement of the pin. Hope some of this helps.

Agree Phoenix, I also suggest sitting so your muscles are relaxed(the more experience you have the better(Wgen I started pinning I always sat down) but w/time comes wisdom/experience(it gets to be second nature) it's good as Phoenix stated to push pause etc as you will not feel the pressure of the oil being injected(thus no pip or very minor - w/those virgin muscles)!

Right!^^^^^ One of the main components of good injection technique is being able to just relax. The worst thing you can do is tighten up when that needle hits you.it will get smoother and smoother with time. Don't let it psych you up....just relax.

I was definitely pushing too fast, nach I could feel the pressure when injected so im going to start timing it to get it down.

4th pin today first one in my delt. it went well I felt like I pushed slow enough and don't feel any pip yet at all

well I have messaged admin about moving the thread so now im just waiting...
In the meantime ill update the log. had pin number 8 this morning test e and hcg . im about two weeks in and im feeling great. im loving the prop kickstart (not the most fond of pining eod lol) and ive gained quite a bit in overall strength thus far. ive gained 6lb I don't feel it but not sure if its bloat or muscle gain. im sure probably both. diet has been clean and trying to keep my sodium down!

End of week 2! so far ive seen a tremendous amount of strength gain and ive gone up 14lb! i feel great chest day today my favorite day of the week lol

Oh ya i was also thinking about adding in dbol for the last 4 weeks of the cycle. any opinions on dosing etc.? I was thinking of possibly waiting until the next to use

Great Log man, getting the pins down is such a relief. I remember a year or so ago my roommate walked into my room without knocking and I turned hitting chair with syringe. I wouldn't wish the next week of pain on my worst enemy. hahah. I can't wait to see the results around week 4+, will be great!

Week 4 of cycle! Getting ready to come off the prop( last pin will be Friday) and I love it will consider doing prop only in future. My strength has gone through the roof and I've reached numbers I've never hit before. Ex. On bench I was able to do 275x5 on Monday. A personal best for me! One thing is I've been really tired/lethargic all week. I woke up for work this morning and was exhausted and am still exhausted now. The same yesterday I didn't even make it to the gym. I was thinking maybe high estro but I don't have any other side effects of high estro besides being crazy tired all week. Maybe just an off week. Anyhow cycle is going great and I'm up about 14lb still

Your blood viscosity may be starting to thicken... Keep an eye on this lethargy... Don't go by feel... Make sure you pull your BW...
How often have you been training? Are you on the verge of overtraining? Take a couple rest days(I know it sucks on a cycle but necessary) your CNS is takin a beating w/this high intensity that can't be matched(like on -but if your mindset is on you can)...
IMO I'd donate blood around 6-8 wk mark(you'll feel better regardless)... But you could pull bloods at 5-6 if this keeps up...
