It's a toss up with me. The days I feel restless and in pain are the times I seem to sleep the best. And the reason I can't are always changing. The shoulder pain is odd for sure. Just feels like they need to 'pop'.
Also body temp is going crazy. Most of the time I feel super hot but times like this morning I had the chills.
I took yesterday off from dosing GH and my hands feel a whole lot better today, less tight and numb than the usual.

What I noticed after a few months was sharpness in memory and clarity in thought. It was amazing. I could remember details like when 20.

And then it ended and I so wish I could be on hgh for life.

And as far as running longer cycles I should be one of the lucky few set for life, at least for the time being. I return to the doc sometime in October for more blood work and getting refills written out. Let's just hope it stays that way! I am literally laughing at the gym at how much I literally FEEL like the HULK. Another option if it would help is prolly reconstitute with 1.8ml bac water rather than .9ml and still take the 'same' draw each day to stretch it some. But since the retention has noticeably gone down I may have hit my sweet spot for now. We will see.
Honestly nervous about blood work as I am sure whoever actually will look at initially is going to think I am really ****ed up. Also don't want it affecting how my doc will scribe me in the future but good luck has been with me so far.
Noticing I am balls deep now in the cycle as my chest seems to turn super red almost purple when doing heavy upper body movements. On top of some vascularity returning in anterior delt and upper pec region which looks SICK.
Getting stoked just thinking of it. Makes me want to go the gym AGAIN. Back already feels recovered and I killed it 2 hours ago.

I was not running anything but hgh. It never showed on a blood test. The test is expensive....

Gotcha and yes test can be.
Now that I have a good diet plan set up in about 4 months I should be pretty cut up for the first time in about 10 years. May abs are already showing through pretty well but I am prone to having a thicker mid-section rather than the typical tapered look. Not complaining. good for me so I appear bigger!

Seros are great. I have been on them about nine monthsish. They have been a real game changer for me. Especially when I added in some t4.

DAY 26
So I have skipped fasted cardio the last couple of days. All I have been wanting to do is get as much sleep as I can. Going to whine again about not sleeping but a log is a log. Feels like someone is jamming an ice pick into my shoulder socket and it keeps me up, that and the night sweats but its the pain that wakes me all the time. Despite all of that once I actually get moving it takes me no time to fully wake up. Hands are feeling better but still somewhat numb at times.
Also soon I am going to get deep tissue work done and to help fix a few tacks I have in my right trap and left delt. And for those who have never had deep tissue, get it done. It is well worth it. I had been put out of the gym for a solid 2 months when I first got into weight training because on of my left bicep tendon apparently 'moved out of it's groove' from what I was told. I saw a chiropractor 4 times, had x-rays and shoulder adjustments and could not do any form of upper body work without it feeling as if my arm was being ripped apart. Basically the LMT/RN and her assistant took only 2 sessions before being able to move the biceps tendon back in place and I was on my merry way. I have had all sorts of other issues fixed suing the same woman.
And for any of you wondering why I didn't do lower body work, well, who wants to do legs everyday for 2 months??

I would just do an update every week. its HGH not an oral. months will go by and this will be 4000 pages long lol.

DAY 33
Strength and recovery is at the highest it has ever been. Pinned calves yesterday and got a super pump doing legs last night however there was very minimal pain. Recovery is INSANE. Weighed 202lb post workout so my fasted weight should be somewhere around 198lb. Fat is def dropping off even with cardio at a halt. Hands have been feeling somewhat better. Sleep is up and down along with body temp.
Noticing I am 'full'. Muscles aren't looking too flat however I still need to peel some fat off to really expose more of my true definition. I should be getting more Serostim in a few weeks to hold me over for another 3-4 months so I can slap on some good weight after summer.

DAY 48
Weight is down to 193lb and BF is around 12%. The fat now seems to be falling off fairly easy. Strength is still good. Work has been super crazy and schedule has been way out of whack so my diet and workouts have been sparse but not dirty eating. Got 4 weeks left until vacation. Going to re-feed sometime this weekend.
