    Tren/prop/mast cycle log

Background: Refer to Planning a new cycle after a long hiatus

    Starting Weight: 173lbs / Height 6'1 / BF 9-11%? (est)
    Cycle Start: 8/6/2015
    Cycle Length: 8.5 Weeks / 62 Days
    Tren /Prop/Mast @ 100/160/100mg EOD drawn through a 20G and shot through a 25G after warmed.
    HCG 250iu 2x / week
    Standard PCT - Clomid/Nolva

    Current Date: 8/28/2015 / Time On: 3 Weeks 1 Day / Current Weight: 178lbs
Diet: Relatively low carb, high protein, lean meats, protein supplements in daily shakes and bars, multi-vitamin, BCAA's during workout (totally makes a difference)
    Cardio: Minimal
Training: Modified Strength and Power Routine (JEFIT PRO) - Customized to add exercises to their existing plan, nothing was removed. Daily calisthenics for squats, core, abs, and chest added 7 days/week but training on M W F.
Sides: Some hair loss (I'm not genetically prone but I quickly added in nizoral and finasteride topical just to be safe), sweats, possible increase in pre-existing insomnia. * FINA COUGH.. (8/30)

Summary of Progress: Thanks to a kind VET on here (don't ask me who), I actually got some amazing supplies this time. This is my first cycle with a short ester but it is probably my 7th cycle in 14 years. Even though the half life is 2-3 days, I didn't feel the anabolic edge until the end of the second week. Today, was the first day of my 4th week and looking at my daily logs, I set 12 new records this week in the 42 distinct exercises that I'm tracking. This includes all of the major compounds - squats, deadlifts, bench variations, etc. The gains have been extremely LBM with very low water retention (probably due to the mast). Since it has been hot recently in So-cal, I'm sweating quite a bit... It is almost like a bikram yoga session without air con in the house. I'm really liking this cycle and am extremely glad that I decided to supplement an extra 60mg of prop (to the pre-blend) in each shot. So nothing noticeable week 1, some results week 2, and dramatic strength gains this - week 3. Noticeable muscle gains, increased vascularity, increased stamina, increased libido, minor increase in aggression

I still have 5 weeks left and I'm pretty excited to see how things progress. I have very detailed logs (have kept very detailed logs since 2011 actually, but now with the apps, keeping logs is amazingly easy and effective). I highly recommend JEFIT to anyone looking for an iPhone app to assist them in training/logging.

If anyone wants any other specific information, ask and I'll include it on the next update to this thread... probably in 2 weeks.

    All the best,

Only change was that I added in some VAR 40mg pre-workout on Friday. Maybe it was just psychological but I felt it.

I want to extend this cycle so bad...like for another 2-3 weeks... 8 weeks is so damn short!!! I'm used to my 12-16 weeks cycles.... But gotta respect the AAS and not be irresponsible.

And with this my cycle ended. I am finishing week 1 of PCT. It was a great cycle, excellent results, but I must say that the hair loss is ridiculous.

Okay, third week of PCT.. The hair loss stopped... but I did lose about half of my before-thick hair. Warning to those with thin hair to begin.

Libido has not returned, energy level is low, overall I can tell my test levels are low... I was hoping the short cycle would help with a quicker recovery but that's where I'm at now. My workouts are going okay... I've dropped the intensity but keeping the same high weights as on cycle. Muscle has stayed so far but I've been eating a lot, so that probably has a lot to do with keeping the gains.

That's all I got for now.
