Thread: First Cycle. Full log with pictures. Test Cyp 400mg pw

    Sorry I have been missing my friends. Been busy with a lady and didnt want to risk getting caught posting pictures to a steroid forum with my face cut out and have to explain lol.

    I am up to 192 lbs as of today! Last update I was around 179-181. Strength gains are crazy. I have been taking fish oil to help with joints because it felt like my wrist/knees were going to snap at times when lifting lol, but it has gotten much better. Diet has been on point except for Christmas eve and Christmas day. Calories/protein/carbs/fat have all fit the macros I am going for more or less everyday except 2 in the past 4+ weeks and I can deff vouch for the fact that it's almost ALL about diet when going for results. Here are some pictures for an update, and I still have a month left!
    First picture is Nov 2nd, 3 days before I started cycle

    These next 2 are from Nov 26th if I remember right, less than a month into cycle and a little more than a month ago from now.

    Here are pictures from Dec 29th. Not much difference in the pictures with my shirt off except I look a bit more leaner? But I am up 10lbs from the picture from November 26th

    I made the changes to the diet bud, took out bagels, added oatmeal instead also took out the mayo. I will post the lifts/rep ranges and full diet again when I get a chance. Dont have a spare 30minutes to type it all out at the moment

    Did my last "blast/cycle" pin today so it is technically over. I am going to go back to my normal/prescribed 200mg pw. Looking at some of the pictures right before I started the cycle I am more than happy with the results I got.

    Start Weight: Around 170 End Weight: 188-189. Got up to 195 at one point

    Mistakes made:
    1. Ate too much (Lol), Even though it was a 99% clean diet (minus xmas/thanksgiving) I stopped counting calories and just tried to eat as much food as possible to maximize muscle gain.Christmas/Thanksgiving with my Mother's cooking didn't help either haha. I started a cut the last 8 or so days of my blast and I plan on continuing it until I am less than 15% bf. (Currently close to 20% I think) Lesson learned.

    2. Overtrained towards the end of the blast/cycle.(The last 3-4 weeks maybe even more)
    I was hitting each muscle group every 4 days which was fine at the start but it began to catch up with me and hindered my strength gains and probably overall gains in general. Now I that I know what I did wrong I have changed my workout schedule around. Lesson learned

    I am still very happy with what I got done but I am far from satisfied because I still have a LONG way to go before I have the size/strength that I am aiming for.

    Here is 2 days before blast/cycle and then the last day of blast/cycle. (2nd one is extremely zoomed in, dont know why)

    DJ - Welcome to the forums. Congratulations on finally getting yourself on TRT, I went through a similar process of "come back for another blood test". My first blood test was Sep 2012, and I got TRT this week. lol!

    I'll touch lightly on some of the earlier comments here. Even from the pictures you've posted recently (Dec), you dont look like you've much training experience. There is no real muscle mass there. You're gaining muscle probably because your body is normalising with the new T levels, and the training you're doing now.

    Id suggest you stay on TRT only for a couple years absolute minimum. TRT only bring you back to where a normal male would be, so your argument that its different for you, is invalid.

    Negativity over: You're here, on there forums, and that can only be a good thing. Education is everything, and we have some real brainboxes here with knowledge beyond compare. You'd do well to poke your nose about in a few other blogs and threads, if you havent already.

    Keep up the progess, regular photos will give us, and you a real gauge of where its going.

    Heya Krugerr, thanks for the reply.

    I have no plans of coming off of TRT and I have been on it for awhile now! I guess you are new to TRT but it is meant to stay on for LIFE! Maybe you didn't know that? Maybe you misunderstood or misread my thread?

    Glad you got on TRT, it's a long road I hope you do well and get "dialed in" quick. Good luck

    You misread, or I mistyped. I meant only use your TRT for a while before you consider adding other compounds

    I'm fully aware TRT is for life. I get the distinct impression you'd only have comments here that support you cycling, despite you have little/no training experience. As evidenced by old pictures and new. For that reason, I'm out.

    Yeah, I think you "mistyped" because I didn't see anything about other compounds in your first post? The title of the thread says it all I think "400mg pw Test Cyp". I couldn't agree with you more though. I don't see myself ever injecting anything that didn't come from a pharmacy with my name on it, let alone some UGL Trenbolone or Decca etc. I wouldn't even trust UGL Testosterone simply because the makers don't have anyone to answer to when it comes to regulations, ingredients, and strength/potency. One mistake from the UGL and that's all it takes for something serious to happen and the scary thing is that the UGL would most likely get away with it and keep making products.

    Not sure if you "mistyped" again but I think what you meant is you thought I would have the impression that everyone would support me doing a blast/cycle while on TRT? Lol, given my pics of course not! I have read hundreds and hundreds of these cycle results threads and even successful cycles with little to no side effects with good results get very few comments like "good job" "well done, great progress". Most of the comments are harsh criticism and warnings of ending up on TRT for life or high e2 sides etc. depending on the compounds or dose they are running. I agree with those comments and I think people need to hear that whether they like it or not...especially younger people. The reason I posted this log knowing I would get a lot of flak for it is because the 2-3 comments with good advice for me was worth all of it.

    I appreciate the "God speed" and extreme concern about my training experience, but I think I will live lol It's a slow process but it's not as difficult as some think and I learn something new almost everyday. I know a lot of people on here wouldn't agree with me running a blast and I obviously could've gotten close to these results with more time on my prescribed dose. I weighed the risk/reward of someone like me who is already on TRT for life already, knows the side effects of e2, also isn't new to getting bloodwork done on my own and went through with it... and I am very glad I did. I learned a lot and nothing bad came of it...except a lil extra bodyfat lol
