My first cycle cut
Hello, I don't know if I posted well.
I did this thread about how working my cycle. It is the first cycle. I want to be cut because I hate my body.
Information about me:
age: 18years old
height: 165cm
weight: 77kg
My macros:
Monday: 2900 cal. (180g prot, 420g carbs, 55g fat)
Tuesday: 2600 cal. (200g prot, 300g carbs, 65g fat)
Wednesday: 200 cal. (210g prot, 175g carbs, 73g fat)
Thursday: 2500 cal. (225g prot, 230g carbs, 75g fat)
Friday: 2000 cal. (200g prot, 130g carbs, 75g fat)
Saturday: 2300 cal. (180g prot, 225g carbs, 75g fat)
Sunday: 1500 cal. (160g prot, 70g carbs, 65g fat)
CALORIES: 2280
PROTEIN: 194g
CARBS: 221g
FAT: 69g
Cycle:
300mg testosterone propinate/ week
40mg winstrol /day
10mg proviron /day
I am beginner so please give me feedback what I do wrong and how I can fix. Thanks !

The first thing you would want to do is get a steady diet in place. Currently you're ranging from 1500 cals all the way to 2900 so thats not a good idea. For your goals, a good sound diet coupled with a over the counter fat burner should do the job. No need to take shortcuts, especially at such a young age when there are natural ways to get to your goals.

yeah but just the first day is 2900 after cut calories so body not think is a deficit and use bf for energy?
I training with weight 5days/week and 3 cardio session
