28 Years Old:. First Cycle:. 6'4":. 195lbs:. Test E 400mg/week
Fellas,
Going to be starting soon. I've got my bloodwork done. Turning 28 very soon.
I have been putting this off for a little bit because of a popping hip noise during squats that was freaking me out. I took a week off legs and it already seems to have gone away. There is no pain whatsoever. I am going to take another week off squats, start doing a bit more core work, do lots of stretching, and then really work on my form as I start up squats again lightly. The gym is a 2 mile walk up and down hills, 4 miles round trip, so even taking a little time off leg excercises they are getting worked a bit. I think my legs/hips are fine I am probably just being a pussy- but when you start researching all this on the internet you start to think you need surgery for a papercut so I am going with my gut on this one.

The first pin was tonight. Used a 25g 1" long. Totally painless but took forever to squeeze it out. I pinned at 12:30 AM Monday Morning, next pin will be Thursday at 12:30 PM. I can already feel my balls shrinking up like raisins.
Here is the plan:
Week 1: Test E 800mg (400mg 2x week)
Week 2-12: Test E 400mg (200mg 2x week)
Week 14: PCT I have Clomid and Nolvadex
I also have Arimidex on hand I was going to see how I react to this front load before I add any more compounds into the mix since this is my first cycle ever.
Diet for Cycle:
3500 Calories/day
300grams/protein
Lots of Complex Carbs
I weigh 198 Currently not sure my bodyfat I will post pictures tomorrow. Going to be doing a Push/Pull routine focusing on bench, squats, deadlifts, rows, pullups.
Does my blood look okay ?

Absolutely zero reason to front load, especially on a first cycle. What's the rush?
You don't wait to use adex. You use it immediately. When you inject testosterone at supraphysiologic levels it doesn't wait to aromatize. Use it.
Follow the Successful First Cycle thread at the top of the AAS Q & A Forum and you'll be fine.

I waited like 10 years to do my first cycle!! Ask all these young dudes on here what the rush is! haha
I have 10-12 weeks to do this cycle before I have to travel, its unknown at this time how long I have. If it's only 10 week's I wanted to front load to get the most of the short cycle. Alot of people would consider 12 weeks a short cycle
I have read the Success First Cycle thread- now I'm rewriting it with this log
Just kidding. I will start the AI next week. I understand no one waits to use Adex but I have never had this much test in my body I was just wanted to see how I react before I add in these other compounds. I will likely add in HCG at some point as the evidence for its usefullness is also overwhelming.

The "rush" was referring to the front load, not how long you waited.
12 weeks would be normal. Longer isn't always better and neither is more. It's actually how guys end up with more sides as everyone thinks they're impervious to issues. Stay on top of your BW and you'll be fine.
Start your AI today, there's really no reason to wait. Having that much test in your body is exactly why you need it now, not later.

your natural test looks kind of low. i have similar numbers and feel the symptoms of low t. how is your libido?

It didn't say it was low on the report, it said normal but still seemed on the low side to me comparing that 462 to what I read on google. I thought this might have had something to do with it being "normal": "Adult male reference interval is based on a population of lean males

I could fu** like twenty times a day if I wanted to just like when I was 18 so I think my libido is fine.

I did pin 2 today, I only pinned 250mg cause kelkel talked me out my front load. for the rest of the cycle it will be 200mg sunday nights, and 200 mg thursday mornings for a total of 400mg/week.
How much HCG do you reccomend 400 mg a week as well?
How much Arimidex ?

Here is my log for April 14th, day 5 of juicing:
Here are a few random stats from the week I will throw in so I can compare after awhile:
Benching: 215x6
Dips with weighted vest: 20 & then 12 (I think the vest weighs 16lbs)
Skull Crushers: 90lbs x 8 90lbs x 7
barbell rows: 155x6-8
pull ups, 9, 7 (slow, controlled, and full range motion)
Squats: 225x5, very easy, not pushing myself just yet cause of this cracking hip syndrome but I am going to up this quite a bit.... I want to break some PRs while on my first cycle but I want to be smart about it and not injure myself

I am in the middle of week 4 now. I am weighing in at 212 lbs....... so I am up about 14 lbs since I started
to compare from my earlier numbers...
bench: 225x6 235x3... so up about 10lbs on bench press and broke a PR as well
Dips: tieing 35lbs to myself and doing 15 and then 10..... so thats double the weight from before but a few less reps
barbell rows: still working with just 155 on the rows but now I am doing them for 10 instead of 6-8
pullups: I did 11 and then 7 last night but I also weigh a little more than before.... up from 9-7
squats: I went from doing 225x5 now I am doing 285x5.... this is not a massive gain I wasn't pushing myself hard at the start but now I am

I can't really tell by the pictures that I look bigger but I think I am flexing alot more in the first picture.
The test should just NOW be starting to kick in though from what I have read (4-5 weeks for enanthate ) so I am excited to get my ass to the gym and see if these numbers start to go up.
If I am up 12lbs it is probably safe to say thats atleast 10lbs of water weight, 1 lb of whole milk weight, .5 lbs of fat, and .5lbs of muscle.
