Took the morning shift off to go sell my bike.
Ordered Cardarine from a Canadian website (10mg, 90 caps)
Carried my Bodylastics kit to work and did biceps during my night shift. Got a killer pump.
Then ate the meal I had packed and slept.

Barely any biceps DOMS
Leg workout was good.. What used to kill me only hurts me now.
I was in bad shape post workout as expected, but I could walk down the stairs easily to my car.
Previously, I used to lean on the walls and go down 1 step at a time, grunting in pain after leg day.
Went to a shitty, busy night shift after that.
Got about 3.5 hours of sleep.

It has kicked in.
It's the 5th week now.
Killed chest and triceps today.
The twins are hanging full and low, no worries.
HCG 250 x3 has worked.
I'm not much stronger now but I'm recovering from workouts sooner now. Legs DOMS was over in 3 days. Earlier it would take 5-6 days to fully recover.
I've gained fat but no gyno.
Pinned HCG 250 today.

Couldn't go to sleep without working out, that too on a pin day.

Murdered shoulders and traps today.
Did planks at the end and spinning for some cardio.
Note- knee joints are hurting during warmup. Am I nuking all the oestrogen? That's not good.
Anyway, I feel good in general. Must be the Test.

This isn't working.
Bought some fresh HCG , different brand this time.
The twins are like two marbles, very soft and fluffy with barely any testicular sensation.
I'm so bloody scared but most probably the HCG got spoiled inside the fridge or something during power cuts.
I'll know by tomorrow.
This new HCG better work.
I'm so effin scared.
Good back+biceps workout.

The brothers are back!!!!
The HCG WAS bunk/spoiled.
They're almost back to normal size.
No gyno/painful nip lumps etc, thankfully.

Went home after the night shift and then pushed off to the airport.
My 4 month old baby cried for 2 hours straight when she saw me coz she missed me for a whole month.
Stuffed my face at my in laws.
Balls were super tiny so I freaked the f*** out and bought a new vial. My current vial was back home. Transporting it without Cold Chain was pointless.
What a waste of money coz I won't be able to transport this back home either.
Damn it

Woke up late.
Needed the sleep/break from work.
Flew back.
Balls seem to be recovering well.
Took my PTs advice finally and used HCG 500mg this time.
I'm thinking of settling for 500 twice weekly rather than 250 multiple times.

-My knee is almost fully back to normal.
-Ran on the treadmill @15 kmph
-Balls are much much better now. They aren't shriveling up or anything though they're smaller than normal. I'm not worried anymore.
They don't hurt anymore.
Did a massive chest workout.
Ate well.
Took Vit D 60,000 again.
Forgot my AI again... this is becoming a thing really.

DNWO due to 18 hour work shift.
The twins are okay. Slightly smaller than normal as expected but like I said, I'm not worried anymore.
Plus the next shot of 500mg HCG is scheduled tomorrow anyway.
This cortisol from all the night shifts is killing my gains I think.

12.5 mg Exemestane ED...I tried 25mg and even splitting 25mg into two doses.
Also,I missed a couple of doses but that's about it.
It's fixed.
12.5mg ED works.
HCG-
After all that confusion and ball juggling, I've settled on 500mg twice weekly.
Not more,not less.
Keeps em boys inflated and me happy.

Edit- First couple of 250mg shots of HCG (as shown in that snap of Week 7) were useless. So I had to improvise and try a 500mg shot. It worked just fine and therefore is a keeper.

Holy shit!!!
Did arms and took out all my frustrations of not being about to work out on myself. I hate missing workouts especially when I'm pinning. Got a killer arms pump.. I could barely bend or straighten my elbow joints!!!
Pinned Test E 250 and HCG 500 as scheduled.
I'll leave the balls updates out from now on.
If I ain't posting about them, it means they're chillin in their hammock, swole AF.

Great legs workout.
Squatted 200 pounds for the first time for 10 clean reps.. No spotter or whatever.
I'm defo stronger.
This means it's time to go heavy as hell next time.
I'm confident I'll pull it off.
Feeling great in general..my confidence is up, definitely getting more road ragey, but that could be the shit ton of brutal death metal that's always in my ears.. Ha ha! No, metal doesn't make you aggressive. It's the testosterone fo sho.
Even my finicky and irritable tummy is behaving well.

Had a good chest workout.
Yeah,this week we're mixing up the workout split just to break the monotony and to keep surprising the muscles.
The box of Cardarine I had ordered arrived today from Canada. 90 caps, 10 mg each.
The bastards at the Post Office charged me 35% Customs Duty.
(Well,as long as it's ok to import SARMS I'm ok with it.)
Time to go nuts with the workouts... There's only a month/4 weeks left on cycle.
It's crucial I hit the muscle groups hard, 2 times a week, without missing any days.
I've decided to do 20mgs Cardarine for the last 4 weeks on cycle (starting tomorrow) and leave 30 caps of 10mgs aside for the 30 day PCT that'll follow later.
I need the endurance boost and fat loss ON CYCLE.
There's Nolva and Clomid anyway for PCT and 10mgs of Cardarine a day should be good during PCT.
Not everyone uses Cardarine during PCT and it's just an added cortisol blocking bonus..whereas increased endurance DURING the cycle will translate into much better results I think and fat loss while on a wet compound like Test E is always welcome.
I'll dose the GW @ 10mgs in the morning ED and 10mgs 1 hour before workout.
