    cardio 3-4 x 20min
    Height 5'7
    Dose: 10mg
    Duration 10 weeks
    Start Date: August 14th 2017
    End Date: October 23 2017

    Training 6 days a week
    Mon - chest/triceps
    Tue - Back/biceps
    Wen - Legs
    Thur - Delts/triceps
    Fri - Back/biceps
    Sat - Legs
    Sun - off

    Good questions BIB. I was wondering why on the delts so many times.

    Did you take enough time Dani after your last cycle?

    Are you just running var? I know we have talked about you wanting to run primo.

    starting aug 14
    ended my last one july 27
    I only have enough for 6 weeks
    its two exercises each time i train them

    From what I know Dani, you didn't take enough time off in between. I will let BiB give his advice on that one.

    6 weeks is a shorter cycle. Have you thought about waiting till you get more than doing a longer cycle.

    I could, how long should i leave between cycles? and how long could i run a cycle for?

    I run 10 week long cycles. Lowest I think 8 weeks.

    I thought it was supposed to be equal time off as on.

    im goning to start another cycle tomorrow, the durrication will be 10 weeks with 10mg. Starting weight 152.3

    Well, I'm still running it now - It's kinda life long - LoL


    Can you actually "feel" 10mg? I have been trying to determine female doses vs's my own - I start to actually notice the Var at about 30mg+

    Right now, actually I'm coming off everything aside from test

    But, I have been taking random Var & Winni just to see how they "feel" at higher doses. Highest I got to is 50mg of either - mixing the 2 seems to b pretty killer tho

    I did a 25mg of Winni & 20mg of Var last week = whoa

    It varies so much

    I seen guys run all the way into 150mg per day

    Why do you say whoa? what were effects of talking them together. Im taking 40mg var ed I have some winny 50mg i could take with the var

    Iv lost my period. If found please return. Im skipping my weigh in this week because I don't have access to scales, Ill update you guys next sunday.

    Weighing in on Thursday, I had a scale malfunction and now I need new scales...
    My clothes feel looser but my strength is threw the roof
    and still no period
