4iu hgh is plenty .. just need to rotate in some synergy with that . insulin , T4, Clen (not for fat burning), MK677, IGF .. other then the IGF thats all very cheap compared to hgh and can be used to make way more out of the hgh you are taking .
1500mg of Test
600mg deca
4iu HGH
75mcg T4
40mcg clen
50mg MK677
60iu insulin
lots of growth factors going on there for not much $. then add in an occasional 30 day blast of IGF at 100mcg per day for extra if you can afford it

That's a very good idea, thanks for the help. I'll do a small cycle now just to get back on track (13 weeks 950 test e, 750 deca, 2x4 weeks 40mg metha, 2x4 weeks slin).
After that I'll be 100% healthy again, and as soon as I get enough money I will do something like you said e.g. 13 weeks 1500 test 600 deca 10 weeks 3iu hgh with all these factors. I'm already looking forward to it lol like a child before Christmas

By the way, I was curious and wanted to know how much would this cycle cost me. Idk, but the growth factors cost nearly the same as hgh. Growth factors for the 10 weeks would cost me 600$, the hgh for the 10 weeks would cost 800$ (and it's 100% pharma grade, 150ius), the whole cycle would cost 1830$. Maybe I'll wait a few years to afford that.

Check this kid out. Nick Walker. He's 24 now and a monster. Believe this is a very current pic.
This below pic was from a contest he did about 3 weeks ago to qualify for the USA's coming up next month. He was up to about 280 off season and in the below pic was 250 at about 5'7" I believe. If he doesn't pull a Dallas McCarver he'll win his card. Trains at a gym in my area a few days a week. One of the strongest guys I've ever seen.

on a side note, he's not doing this himself, I know of the 2 coaches he's been working with over the last couple years and he is getting top notch guidance. so he's skipping a lot of trial and error mistakes on his own and moving up quickly by doing it right from the start

For me it's
4500iu slin for 10 weeks 160$
1 T4 22$
5 MK677 74$/1 total 370$
3 Clen total 47$
I didn't even add in IGF-1 and it's already 600$. Btw IGF-1 for 10 weeks would be another 280$.
Guess this kind of gear in my country is fuckin expensive? AAS are kinda cheap, but peptides, sarms etc are a little new here and not so many use them, so they cost a lot.

Don’t get disheartened. Sure it would be nice just to throw everything but the kitchen sink at it, but you’d be surprised how far you can get on a gram of testosterone (basically free) a week. Which most people can run for a Long LONG time with out much side effects. Some big eating, and bad ass training.

I'm gonna start that "small" cycle on 8th July, I'll try to write a better cycle log than last time lol.
The cycle looks like this:
13 weeks
1-13 1125mg test e
1-13 900mg deca
1-4 and 10-13 40mg metha
3-6 and 10-13 20iu slin on 5 wo days (5 pre 15 post)
Will cruise on 200 cyp after the cycle for 6-8 weeks then do this (or a little tougher) again. Wanna hit 250-260lbs with the same condition and bf at the end of the year.

I will shoot 1400mg sust and 1000mg deca that remained from last cycle next week, then start the cycle.
Meal plan:
6am 120g oatmeal 30g whey concentrate 300ml milk
8am 200g chicken breast 100g rice
On slin days 5iu slin around 8.10am
Training from 8.30am
10g bcaa 10g creatine 20g sugar when on slin
10.45-11am postwo 30g whey and 70g oatmeal (10-15iu slin when on slin +10g bcaa +30g isolate)
11.45am 250g chicken b 100g rice
3.30pm 250g chicken b 100g rice
6pm 200g chicken b 100g rice
9pm 250g cottage cheese like thing that contains 30g protein (more casein), 30g flaxseed oil (for kcal and hormones), 10g flax seed
Total protein 350g on slin, 305g on training days, 285g on rest days (2)
Total ch 450g on slin, 430g on training days, 380g on rest days
Total fat around 50g
Total kcal 3650 on slin, 3390 on training days, 3110 on rest days
Definitely will consume salted dry roasted peanuts almost every day througout the day, that's another 150-200 kcal.
Starting weight is 225-228.
Would appreciate your thoughts and adjustments.

So here's a little 9th day of the cycle update.
It's also the 2nd day of insulin .
I'm getting a bit stronger, and much round, especially the delts and traps started to pop out, veins are fully back, and I have already started to see veins that never before lol.
Weight was 231.5 this morning after breakfast and workout.

Weight was 234.5lbs on Monday (07-15) after first meal and a workout, will check again tomorrow.

this is just my 2 cents and opinion . but if your young and your trying to grow, I'd look into modifying your training split. doing one body part per week works great for maintenance, it also works great for 300 pound pros that put so much homeostatic stress on each muscle group they can only hit it once per week ,, but my guess is , for example on chest day , your probably bench pressing 275 for maybe 8 reps. thats not a ton of load and you can recover from that in a few days. so I'd change your split up so you hit each body part at least twice per week . again , your young and trying to grow, you gotta maximize your training.
example
mon - chest and shoulders (can add in tricep)
tues - back , traps, and rear delts (can add in bicep)
weds - legs
thurs - off
fri - arms
repeat
you can switch things up as needed.. but point here is to hit each body part more frequently then once per week

I feel if I hit each body part more frequently I had to lower the volume. I train really really hard and my workouts are very intense, since I love using drop sets etc.
I'll give it a try, but now I don't want to mess up my daily routine (work-eating-working out etc), since it's going extremely well and I'm also developing well.
Btw since I'm using slin there are much more veins everywhere, and incredible fullness. Tomorrow is the last day of slin. Will take a 3-4 week break then do 3-4 weeks slin again. Also started to lose weight again with slin, today morning was 232lbs.

The small gyno in my right nip started to be a bit painful 3-4 days ago. I was on 2 arimidex a week, don't want to up that, so started using 10mg nolva on the days without adex. It's still a bit sensitive and hurts a little little bit when pushing it, may up the nolva to 20mgs for a few days.
Yesterdays weight was 231.5, it was the last slin day, so I expect my weight to go up, since it looks like I'm always leaning out on slin. 5th week just started.
