Executioner, I'd say your body fat % is a little higher than you said, 13%?? I really don't think so, and if you did trim some of that fat off of your arms, I bet they woudn't pass 17 in, big deal. Why don't you try to get just a little bit of definition in there before you start mouthing off calling people "weak and pathetic." I personally don't see the reason for callin other people this when anybody can do a few cycles and balloon their arms up with mostly water!
