    Test and tren cycle was on tren for 3 months

    Hey everyone,

    I want to share my experience running tren for 3 months, while working, have a young family of 2 kids age 8 months and 4 years old!


    Im 42 years old before the cycle I was 169lbs and 12.3% bf. After cycle I was 180lbs and 10.2% body fat. All this was measure by InBody 570 body composition analysis machine.

    Cycle was for 16 weeks:

    500mg/wk test e 16 weeks dosage split twice Mon/Thurs

    50mg anadrol daily 1st 4 weeks

    200mg/wk tren e for the 1st 4 weeks then wk 5 to 8 up the dosage to 400mg/wk then week 9 to 12 dropped the dosage down to 200mg/wk. Dosage was split Tues/Fri

    Side effects:
    1st month was very tired and getting night sweats but after 4 weeks was super confident and always wanting to do stuff (restless).

    Not much sleep only 4 to 5 hours but that was all I needed

    Aggression: was quick to anger at times but I feel that im like that anyway.

    Labido: had increased a lot which was annoying for the wife lol

    Calories: around 3000 calories around 240 grams protein, 220 grams carbs and 100 grams fats. On weekends I go a little higher and not so clean

    Training: would go 3 to 4 times a week: Mon Push, Wed legs, Fri pull and Sunday arms.
    I felt I could of been on tren even longer but thought it would be best to give it a rest for a bit. Im now back on TRT dosage using test cyp 100mg/wk and looking to bulk up in May aiming to eat around 5000 calories and if the blood works all good and will look at jumping on 500mg sus250 and 400mg deca for 10 weeks.

    Just wondering if the above results is good for what I done or is there something I could of done for better results?

    How tall are you?

    Was this your first cycle?

    How long after your cycle are your "after" stats from?

    And most importantly, how do you have an 8 month old and a 4 month old? Step kid(s)?

    No, im 42 years old and my 1st cycle was at 30 and prior to that been training for 9 years natural. However I stopped all together for 5 years and got back into it last year

    How long after your cycle are your "after" stats from?
    Was 1 week after the last pin of that cycle which was Tren on a Friday and checked everything the Friday after

    And most importantly, how do you have an 8 month old and a 4 month old? Step kid(s)?
    No lol i said 4 year old.

    At 5'2" and 170 BEFORE cycle, with those stats, you were pretty solid. <-- I triple checked the 5 foot 2 inch but maybe I'm still mis-reading it

    At one week post cycle, you will lose some of the gains. That's just how it goes. Still, not a bad cycle.

    And I called myself reading that bit about the kids 47 times and still mis-read it lol

    Double checked my height as I done it myself the 1st time. When the wife done my height I was 5 foot 6 not 2 lol.

    At one week post cycle, you will lose some of the gains. That's just how it goes. Still, not a bad cycle.
    Thanks, to be honest I would of thought I get better gains.
    I noticed on the 2nd week I lost a bit of strength and starting to get pain in my joints but im having good sleeps at night.

    Thank you. Will try a bulk phase in May and see how we go
