Well, I look at it this way. The only reason I was 145 was because the GH Leaned the hell out of me. I could of gotten back to my normal weight of 157ish in a matter of a week or two without GH and just by eating. So, I don't look at it as a 19 pound gain. I only look at it like 8 pounds or so. My ending weight from my last cycle was about 157 and remember right after that, I didn't lift for 4 months because of my shoulder. During my first cycle, again, It didn't seem like I gained a ton of weight because I lost a lot of fat in the process....

    Question:

I just got back from my Dr.'s office (HRT shot) and I happen to ask him about skin cancer. (My buddy's wife was just diagnosed with it along with brain cancer) Anyway, I lifted up my shirt to ask him about a tiny lump on my chest and he said "why are you soo red? Well, I knew it was from the DBOL , but I lied and had to say it was from the tanning booth. (he wasn't happy)

Anyway, what is the cause (I'm assuming BP) of the flushness with my skin? He checked my BP and it was perfect? Does it go away???

    DAY 8: DBOL

Strength - Same (Chest day) Lifting very light
    Weight - 164
Pumps - decent pump after working out. I notice now that it's beginning to hurt when I lift. My arms feel strained....
Shoulder - I almost quick working out today forever. I had a really bad day at the gym. Basically down to lifting 30pd. dumbells. It really sucks.
    Dosage - 25mg
Sides - Flushed skin (chest & face). NO more nausea while working out.

The shoulder thing is really frustrating me. It pisses me off that I can't do most of the things I enjoy.... Bench press, etc...

Don't let this get in your head bro......there are us that have worked around shoulder problems with some very good results....one major thing I had to do was completely remove any barbell work from my chest routine(it just ****in hurt my shoulder to much), it was all db's, machines, and cables....find what rom doesn't hurt your shoulder, and of coarse warm up the shoulder area very good before chest exercises....I know u want to get back to your normal weight and lifts asap, but don't rush this shoulder problem, that's where I went wrong and spent about 8 months or so trying to heal mine....do a search for some good cuff routines that help with strength and flexability.....it might help the shoulder become stronger in the long run.....good luck bro and don't ever let me see u type you almost quit working out forever, again!!

Born....Thanks bro!!! I'm doing some shoulder warmups that Swell gave me. It's true. I have to take barbell's completely out of my routine and now I'm thinking the same goes with DB's. I was sooo pissed lifting 40 pound D.B.'s that I through them across the gym. I also think morning workouts are the worst for my shoulder since I'm just waking up and it's really stiff. I think I will start lifting in the afternoon and see if that helps.

I refuse to QUIT. I will lose the F cking arm before that happens!!!

All of your guys advise and support has been priceless. I can't thank you enough!!!!

You know I had a really bad knee... diagnosed with burcitus of the knee, when I did deca on my last cycle, I got incredible relief of the knee and even though my deca ended in December, the knee has continued to get better and better since and right now my knee is in the best shape its been in, in over 6 years. I was thinking about doing the deca again because of the tremendous benefits I encountered with my joints... I have even been able to introduce some workouts to my legs I couldnt do at all in past because of the burcitus and its not aggrevating the condition like it used to. I didnt do that much deca either, only 250 mg or 1 CC once a week. Maybe you should consider future cycles using deca.

I know it's your day off today, but I think u will start seeing some strength gains tomorrow in the gym....hope the shoulder continues to be ok, another thing u might want to do(if u don't already) is move the neg for a 4 count on all movements that involve your shoulder joint....it helps eleminate momentum.

I knew it would start to kick in yesterday or today.Glad you trained smart.

To your lower right will be your intestines, the upper right, your esphagus(sp).Could either be heart burn or you might want to take the dbol with meals,it will play havoc on your intestines at times.

    Be Good and train smart.

It's more towards my waste....I am also noticing shortness of breath. I know it's a side, but wondering if I should again lower the dose...(it could also mean the DECA is kicking in as well)

Question for DBOL users. I take 10mg every 5 hours. Now, with that said, my last dose is usually between 7-8pm. Should I be spreading it out so when I'm alseep, my levels are more consistent??

That's one of the reasons why I take 40-50 mgs ed.I have very long days also..and pondered this subject myself.I came to the conclusion it's best to keep your blood levels as stable as possible with this drug..as with any other form of AS.

Yeah, same thing happens to me when I come off. People usually think it's from Clomid, but it's just a hormonal imbalance the body is going through....

I was doing my dbol as follows:
    5:30am - 10mg
    10:30am - 10mg
    3:30pm - 10mg
    8:30pm - 5mg
I didn't add the 8:30pm until I upped the dose to 35mg ed. It worked very good for me doing it that way.

Hope it continues to go well for u bro....I also hope the shoulder continues to get better and stronger.

    WEIGHT - 165

I had a really good workout over the weekend! I wore a shirt Da Bull sent me which helped motivate me even more!!!!I am eating VERY clean lately as well as consuming a **** load of water!!!! I took some pics, but I'm still not happy with the way I look.

    DBOL: Day 18

    Strength - Same
    Pumps - Same
Shoulder - OMG, I went to work out this morning, and It might be the worst it's ever been. After 1 set, I had to leave the gym. I no longer can lift up my arm. I'm thinking about taking another week off.
Dosage - 40mg (upped it again. I am not responding to the DBOL . My diet and water intake has never been better??? There has to be a medical reason why I don't respond to the stuff???
    Sides -Same.

    WEIGHT - 165

I am almost at my wits end with this shoulder problem. I don't know how much longer I can go before I am talked into surgery. I see my Dr. tomorrow and I think I'm going to make an appt. to get an MRI done on it. ****, all I wanted to do is make it through the summer then give it time to heal like I did for my right shoulder. I'm sooo frustrated. DBOL still isn't doing much I've not up to 40mg ED. I just dont get it.

Wow, I'm sorry to see you have such problems.

If I were you I'd just end it now, do your PCT and concentrate on getting healthy again before you do another cycle. What's the point in going on if you can't lift?

Sage advice from JS. I have been through this....including the surgery. If you go that route...be prepared for worse pain than your shoulder has ever given you. Recovery is a bitch. Take plenty of time. Take more time than the doc says you need, before going back to the gym......trust me...I made this mistake and it put me back in his office.

Get the shoulder fixed and ease back into this stuff...don't get depressed when you see the POW staring back at you in the mirror. Just file that away for incouragement when you can come back.

Well, with my right shoulder, I was told to do surgery and I was told by my friends dad NOT to ever ever do shoulder surgery.(very complicated and like swell said, a very long time for it to heal) I stopped lifting for 4 months and my right shoulder healed. I honestly don't think I will do surgery, but I definitely need to take some time off to let it rest. I am going to give it couple of more days to see how it does, and if it still hurts, then It's time to quit the cycle and allow it to recover. I'm just soooo pissed because it's almost summertime. Maybe I will take the time to do cardio, lean down and in a month or two, start another cycle up.

    Thanks guys

I'd sure get a few other opinions before I'd do surgery myself -seems to me that should be the absolute last resort, after all other treatments have failed.

If you were told you needed surgery did they tell you what was causing your shoulder problem? Who was it that told you?

AS OF TODAY, I'VE ENDED MY CYCLE. I'm DONE

I am going to take a month or two off, allow my shoulder to heal, then I will start my 3rd cycle. Like all of you said, There is simply no purpose to continue this cycle, If I can't lift.
Though there was a lot of ups and downs (more downs) with this cycle, I am happy. 20 pounds is good. I am just disappointed that I won't be able to lift for a couple of months and I certainlly don't want to take a step backwards.. I see my Dr. today and I believe he is going to prescribe me some HCG . in a couple of weeks, I will begin my CLOMID. I will continue to eat clean and rehab my shoulder....

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR HELPING ME OUT AND LISTENING TO ME BITCH! I really appreciate it!!! I will post a pic when I get to work in a couple of hours....

Yes, but very limited....I will do legs and a lot of cardio. Even if I try and do chest/bi's or tri routines, my shoulder still really hurts.

You look great dude! A LONG way from the guy in the original "before" photo!! Maybe you could get a pic like before where you're not holding the camera?

Hey, keep us posted about how it goes with your shoulder. I feel bad you couldn't keep at it but it would be way worse to do permanent damage to your shoulder and not be able to lift again at all. In a few months you should be fixed up and ready to go again.
