Weight 215 Bf 18 or 19%....Hey from all the bulking..
Before I Begin, I would like to thank all the people who have made this possible, in no paticular order (Extra special thanks goes to Dabull)Talon,BigTexan,Mudman,Bornbad,Bigol'legs, and for the rest of the AR family for letting me enjoy this forum with you guys!!!
Well the big day for me is monday, But I just wanted to get a headstart on this thread so I can spend the rest of the weekend relaxing and going over some last minute preperation
My cycle is as follows
D-bol 30mg ed 1-4
Test Enanthate 250mg on mon & thurs 1-10
Nolva on hand (just in case)
Clomid for Pct
My diet is going to be very clean ...(Special Thanks to Big Texan)
My workout routine is:
Mon-chest Flat dumbell press
incline Dumbell Press
Decline Dumbell press
Incline Dumbell Flyes
Cable Crossovers
Tues-Back Pullups 3 sets x 10
Tbar rows
D-bell Rows
Seated pullbacks
Lat pulldowns front and back
Wed-Legs Squats
Leg presses
Hack Squats
leg Extensions
Calves (seated + Standing)
Thurs-Tris,Bis,Forearms Weighted Dips
Skull Crushers
V bar Pushdowns
Dumbell kickbacks
barbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Alternating Dumbell
21's(7 partial up,7partial down 7 full range of motion)
Forearms Wrist curls with dumbell and straight bar
rope with weight twist the weight all the way up to the top and then back down with absolute controlled twists
Fri-Shoulders + Traps Dumbell presses
military presses (front and Back)
Upright Rows
laterals (forward and laterals)
Shoulder shrugs with Dumbells and barbells
Shrug machine
**** set 1 8 reps
set 2 6-7 reps
set 3 5-6 reps
set 4 4-5 reps
I usually do 4 sets of everything and Go as heavy as I can With the best form that I can................

Ok seriously I'd switch your shoulder day and bi/tri day, so that your arms are already fried when doing your shoulder workout.

Bt, I've been juggleing around with my workouts....and this works the best for me......my shoulders are already very strong.....and I have no problem pushing up major weight on my shoulder and trap day.....everything is coming along nicely........and as for the Bf....yeah I know I probaly shoulda shedded a few pounds......I just figured I would start around April to do so....Im going to be doing Cardio 3 x a week for about 30 minutes....

Well Mass just 2 days away....it's been a long time of waiting....you have done it the right way bro.....you have trained your ass off....done your research....got your diet down....and now the 1st cycle of gear will be flowwing thru your body........yeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaa that's awesome bro.
Just what until the needle is ever so close to the skin....u can fill the sharp point starting to push against the flesh.....as it pops thru there is no turning back...u have now crossed over to the dark side....best of luck bro and def keep us posted....and get those pics up.......u freak.

Today @ 7:20 A.M. I crossed over. You guys should of seen me.....my legs were shaking...lmao...my wife was laughing at me telling me to be still but i just couldnt im using 20g needles to draw and 25g to inject. I felt nothing.It was awesome I almost felt like crying ....I will be taking my dbol throughout the day as well..........What a Beautiful day to start a cycle........It is a day that I will never forget. Well thats it for now...Time to go chow down on some egg whites..

Heres what my diet will consist of
all meals are 2-3 hours apart.
Meal1
8 egg whites/ 1 yolk scrammbled
1 cup oats w/ honey
2 slices whole wheat toast w/ natty pb
8-12 oz of water minimum
Meal2
3/4 to 1 lb lean red
1 cup green leafy veggies
1/2 apple or 1/2 cup rice
Meal3
2 cans tuna w/ 1-2 tablespoons of mayo
side salad w/vinigarette
Meal4
2 chicken breasts
1 cup green leafy veggie
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Meal5
fish, chicken, turkey breast, lean red meat
1/2 cup green leafy veggies
1/2 to 1 cup rice
Meal6
PWO shake 40-60g protein/ 80g carbs
Meal7
(PWO1) 2 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup rice
Meal8
(PWO2) 1 can tuna or chicken or even egg white omolette
1/2 to 1 cup cottage cheese
BED
1-2am
Protein shake with flax

Mass, congradulations brotha. Im so excited to see how your body and mind reacts to this cycle. I believe youre going to blow up and enjoy every second of it. Remember to bring in alot of potassium to stop from cramping (gatorade and bananas), glutamine for recovery, and stretch more heavily, which will stop tearing issues. Also, heat the oil in the needle w/ warm water, it will help when injecting because it is less viscus. Oh and warn your wife about the sex drive youre fixing to endure. She will probably invite that friend of hers over more to help you guys out cause youre going to be a maniac.......I was there when you began youre journey, helped you through it, and now youre beginning. LOL, now its a race to see who can put on more weight...Im up 18.5lbs (201.5lbs)......

As far as the leg routine goes do it this week and I wanna feel out your strength,endurance,rest time. Ill switch it up every week for you to get optimum growth...
And juggs.. good mornings I do on back day... and I usually throw in STD every other week.

Aw thinks are def looking good.......gotta go with the rest on the crying........I think u did also.......your title gave it away(baby)hehe........your going to want to tear the weight up right from the start.....get a great workout but def don't over do it......damn I can't wait to read how this goes....u know my cycle is very close..........hell your diet looks so familiar.....where have I seen that ..........Big T is awesome with cutting and bulking diets...... to another great bro........u have alot of support from the bros here.........give it hell you freak.......I'm PM ya later.

I have to give my opinions on day 1.......it was a really good day all in all ...the only thing to write about was the fact that I think the dbol had me feeling flush all day.....it was a weird sort of feeling....I took 1 pill in the morning w/food
2 pills 5 hours later w/food and 3 pills about 4 hours later which was 1 hour before I went to the gym.....my workout partner noticed that my face was all red....I felt hot......but it subsided once I started to work out.....I ate well and frequent and drank plenty of water just as the diet is layed out....im just wondering if this is a known side effect or is it just my mind over reacting?........but all in all it was a good day.

That's normal bro... the dbol will raise your blood pressure. With the dbol, space them out evenly, take 2 in the am, 2 a few hours later and the other 2 yet another few hours later. Keep it up bro.... I like the title to.

Yep..... BigT is right just watch if you start getting headaches or bloody noses then you need to stop the d-bol.... bp is getting too high at that point....... but you are fine.
