From fat to muscular in 5 mos!
Started bodybuilding in January and lost 50lbs in 5 mos - 230lbs to 171lbs, then packed on another 6lbs to 177lbs by August. No one was more shocked at the results than me! I'm all natural for now and chalk it all up to a very disciplined diet and training regime. I've currently "bulked" to 192 and am stronger than ever, and will be cutting in January, hoping to compete someday. Criticisms, comments and advice are always appreciated.
Here are some transformation and other pics. They're just through July, but hopefully I'll be ready to post current ones in the spring.

Here's a series of summer '03 pics taken between laps. By then I was the biggest, most muscular swimmer by far. Got a long ways to go before being the biggest LIFTER, but I'm workin' on it (not to mention my legs)!

Lastly, I've been squatting, lunging and pressing like a m-------- to build up these weak legs so I'm not all chest and arms.
Sorry 'bout the speedos, but they're standard for lap swimming - they reduce friction and dry faster. No matter how big and ripped I get, I'll stick with jams for the beach
Hope these inspire someone, and feel free to offer any advice. Thanks, guys.
